I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. Both dinner and breakfast were cooked right in front of us, making for an enjoyable, delicious, and truly memorable time. I’m really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you very much.

While waiting for the Shuttle Service to the station after check-out, they kindly offered cold drinks and showed thoughtful care in many ways, providing truly attentive hospitality. The meals were delicious, and the tableware was stylish—both the taste and presentation were very satisfying.

We arrived a little early, kindly left our car, and took a stroll around the area. Right away, we visited Suwa Taisha Shimosha Akimiya Shrine next door. In the backstreets of this historic townscape, you can find Onsen springs here and there—perfect for wandering at leisure. Both inside and outside the property felt very clean, showing careful management throughout. The staff’s smiles, service, and conversation were all refined; we truly felt their hospitality and attentiveness, which made our stay very comfortable. From the Room we stayed in—named “Kirishima”—we enjoyed a view of the grove surrounding Suwa Taisha Shimosha Akimiya Shrine, full of charm and atmosphere. Both dinner and breakfast featured local ingredients, and everything was delicious. We could also sense how dedicated the staff were, which made dining even more enjoyable. Bathing in the panoramic large public bath while looking out over the townscape glowing at dusk was exceptional. The water was a gentle Onsen that seemed to softly cling to the skin. Although it wasn’t in our original plans, we stopped by Harmo Museum about 7–8 minutes away by car after receiving a recommendation as we checked out. Driving along the well-maintained lakeside of Lake Suwa and enjoying wonderful paintings became a great memory for us. It was a truly relaxing Accommodation for adults—wonderful in every way. Four women stayed in a Japanese-Western style room—ocean view!! We relaxed on the spacious sofa, and our conversation really flowed. Above all, the meals were outstanding. Every dish in the creative dinner was simply “Delicious!” Breakfast was a perfect 100, too! The front desk’s attentiveness and the restaurant’s serving timing were also flawless.

This was my first time staying here. The Room was a comfortable size even for three people, and we could see the sea diagonally across from the window. There is a smoking area on each floor. It was a bit hot outside during the day, but while having a smoke and looking at the mountains, we saw a Taiwanese squirrel dart by, black swallowtails fluttering around, and kites flying in the blue summer sky. Since it’s a retro-style Hotel, it gave us a pleasantly nostalgic feeling. My companion tried the set menu of an enzyme bath and foot reflexology massage and said it felt amazing! The enzyme bath was spacious, and the staff were very polite and kind—it seemed to warm up and relax both body and mind. The atmosphere in the Room is calm as well. Amenities like toothbrushes and toilet paper were properly provided. At night, the corridor outside the guest rooms had an Italian-style vibe—I couldn’t help murmuring, “How lovely!” The whole Hotel isn’t flashy, but it’s clean, quiet, spacious, and relaxing. After checkout we all agreed—“That was really nice.” It became a wonderful memory for us. I’d like to stop by again. Thank you for taking care of us.

This was my second stay. Last time I had plans and couldn’t use the lounge, but this time it was raining, so I was able to relax there both during the day and at night. The complimentary alcohol service and duck soba were a wonderful touch. Although I hadn’t booked a Plan with breakfast, I wanted to try it and bought a ticket the next morning. There was a wide variety of dishes and everything was delicious—especially the zunda mochi, which truly lived up to its reputation as a Sendai specialty. It was an extremely satisfying breakfast. Everyone at the front desk, in the lounge, and at the breakfast venue was genuinely kind and provided excellent service, making my stay very pleasant. The Room felt clean, there were several types of pillows to choose from, and I personally appreciated having two towels. I would love to stay here again. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

From the moment we stepped through the noren curtain, it felt special and exciting. The staff were cheerful and friendly, which was wonderful. The Room made me want to live there rather than just stay overnight. We enjoyed a delicious meal while watching the surroundings gradually grow darker. As an extra order, we had foie gras added on top of the meat, and it was excellent. Since it was an all-inclusive Plan, we fully enjoyed some great cocktails. It’s also close to Dazaifu, so we were very satisfied. I’ve already been recommending it to friends.

Everything was excellent. We stayed in a Premium Room and enjoyed access to the lounge—thank you for the wonderful food. The breakfast was, of course, delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The bathroom had a separate washing area, so I could relax and unwind. However, one disappointing point was that inconsiderate guests were making loud noises until close to midnight, which made it hard to fall asleep.

I became a fan of The Gate Hotel in Kyoto, so I stayed here in Osaka as well. The location is, of course, excellent. Every Room offers a wonderful view. The interior is clean and efficiently designed. Details like the side tables use eco-friendly materials, giving it a modern feel throughout. Breakfast was delicious across the board, and I was very satisfied. I will stay again.

This was my first stay since the COVID-19 pandemic. They upgraded our Room, and the service had improved wonderfully as well. I stay on the club floor every time, and I could feel the staff’s thoughtfulness in every detail, making my time comfortable both in the lounge and in the Room. The lounge food was delicious, and the Chinese cuisine at Hoshigaoka was also excellent. The Chinese tea in particular was outstanding—I wanted to buy some to take home, but it wasn’t available for sale, which was disappointing. I would like to stay again for next year’s vacation. It would be perfect if you could provide amenities such as facial toner. I was so tired that I went to sleep as I was, expecting my skin to get dry.

While solo stays at Onsen Accommodations can be difficult to find, Uematsuya is a welcome option for solo travelers. They also offer a Shuttle Service from the station, which was a big help with my heavy luggage. Bessho Onsen is a small hot spring town, so you can explore the sights on foot. The Ryokan’s Facility is old but well maintained and clean. I was able to enjoy the Onsen at a relaxed pace without running into other guests. The meals were delicious as well. At the dining area, a trainee served us with great dedication, which was truly heartwarming to see.

This Accommodation keeps improving every time I stay. The service and cleanliness are flawless.

Staying at the Tokyo Station Hotel had been a long-held dream, and it was even more wonderful than I imagined. From our Dome-side room, we could watch the flow of passengers coming and going through the ticket gates, and enjoy unique features of Tokyo Station such as the original brick walls preserved since its construction. Despite its rich history, not only the guest room but also the corridors and shared areas were impeccably cleaned—beautiful, spotless, and truly impressive. The staff’s service was also outstanding, allowing us to enjoy a flawless stay. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing, and breakfast was delicious as well. We stayed to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and we were deeply touched by the warm hospitality—preparing a commemorative gift for us and taking photos to present as a keepsake. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories.

It was a charming and wonderful Ryokan. The staff member who assisted us was courteous, gave clear explanations, and provided pleasant service. The Room had been renovated and was spacious enough. The toilet and shower were separate, everything was kept very clean, and the amenities were well stocked. There was a kettle with hot water as well as a water pot, and two types of teacups, glasses, and more were provided. We could really feel the thoughtful hospitality in every detail. The location was also very convenient, close to Izumo Taisha Shrine.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied with both the large public bath and the breakfast. The Room didn’t feel cramped at all, and I was able to relax comfortably. Walking around town was fun, but it was hotter than expected, so I ended up drenched in sweat and completely exhausted. After rinsing off in the large public bath, I really didn’t feel like going back out, so the complimentary late-night soba service was truly appreciated. (The half-size portion was perfect as a light supper after eating out.) At breakfast, I loved being able to enjoy small portions of local specialties, and it felt like a great value. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at again.

I stayed here for a concert trip this time. Because of the concert end time and traffic, I didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM, and I ended up getting to dinner very late, but you welcomed me with a smile and I had a wonderful time. Breakfast was also delicious, and since I had some time before checkout, I was able to take a walk in Kenrokuen Garden across the street. The location is excellent, and above all, every staff member was smiling and seemed genuinely happy—I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kanazawa. I stayed here after reading the Reviews. The Room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. It is directly connected to the station, so you can get around without being affected by the weather, and the front desk staff were quick to respond, making for a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again.
