It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

This was our first stay here, and among all the places we’ve visited, it was the best Accommodation for Western-style cuisine. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality from welcome to farewell. The Room (very relaxing) and the bath (the in-room bath was more than enough) were both excellent. Above all, the meals were outstanding—both dinner and breakfast. Each dish was beautifully presented (including the tableware) and delicious, and we were amazed by how many items there were in the Japanese breakfast (we finished everything). We will definitely visit again during the autumn foliage season. One request: it would be nice to have body wash towels available in the bath area.

Whenever you visit, you can count on peace of mind, safety, and exceptional cleanliness. If it makes people feel their best, it’s sure to be just as satisfying for dogs. No matter how many times we go, we’re always completely satisfied. -

The location with a panoramic ocean view was absolutely amazing! The Facility was very clean, and we were able to relax in a stylish space. The staff were courteous and attentive to every detail, making our stay truly pleasant. The BBQ facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all well equipped, letting you fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone—families, friends, or couples alike. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We stayed for one night in Yayoi in July with our dog as a couple. We’ve stayed at many dog-friendly Accommodations, and this is the best one for us. I especially love sulfur Onsen, and while other dog-friendly Accommodations we’ve stayed at had Onsen, none had sulfur springs. Here, there is also a free-flowing natural hot spring bath in the Room, so we didn’t have to leave our dog waiting to go to a public bath. Even though many places don’t allow dogs in the bathroom area, this Accommodation provided a dog bathtub, shampoo, and towels—I've never stayed anywhere so thoughtful. Our senior large dog kept coming to watch us enjoy the Onsen with curiosity. Just walking through the spilled water from the free-flowing sulfur spring at the washing area turned his rough, cracked paw pads into smooth ones—just like the Reviews said. It’s truly an amazing Onsen. The Imabari bath towel after bathing was fluffy and very comfortable. Since it was a No Meals Included stay, we mainly brought takeout from Nasu restaurants. We also bought Nasu cheese and sausages along with drinks and snacks, and picked up bread and yogurt for breakfast at a nearby shop before heading to the Accommodation. With the best sulfur Onsen, delicious food and drinks from Nasu, a quiet setting, we were able to relax completely. Our dog also seemed very satisfied with the cool highland climate, peaceful greenery-filled surroundings, and private feel without running into other dogs—he looked truly relaxed. All of us were soothed by both nature and the Onsen and went home extremely happy. My husband said he wants to come again in winter too—so we’ll be making another Reservation. Early in the morning, the view of the Hakuba Sanzan from the window was breathtaking. The Room was new and comfortable, and having fas amenities was an excellent choice! The only downside was the hair dryer—it was practical, but its performance wasn’t great. The food was delicious, and the wine pairing made for a truly enjoyable time. Breakfast was also lavish and very high quality. The service was attentive, and I was very satisfied.

It was an absolutely amazing stay. I was truly impressed by the outstanding, well-equipped Facility that anticipated every need. The staff were very considerate with the luggage we sent in advance, prepared a pool for the children, and even when an accident happened, their first words were to check on us. Talking with friends around the barbecue, setting off fireworks with the kids under the sunset sky, and looking up at the stars late at night—every moment became a wonderful memory. My only regret is that because it was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities outside the cottage, such as basketball and the trampoline. We will definitely visit again next year. I often visit Kamakura. This Hotel is in a great location, and this time I chose a tatami Room, which was very nice. The soba restaurant on the first floor was refined, spacious inside, and the food was delicious. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I would like to stay here again.

We stayed here to celebrate a proposal—one of life’s most important milestones. What impressed us most during our stay was the thoughtful attention from everyone, especially the person in charge. For the surprise proposal, they handled everything flexibly to match the situation, including preparing and handing over the cake and bouquet, which allowed me to feel at ease on the day. Thanks to that support, it became an unforgettable, truly wonderful time. Every dish was genuinely delicious, and the explanations were perfectly paced—not too long or too short—so we could enjoy not only the flavors but also the dining experience itself. The atmosphere inside the Accommodation and the views were also outstanding, and we were able to relax from the heart. Above all, we were so happy that their desire to make our stay memorable came through in every interaction. Thanks to them, both my partner and I naturally found ourselves saying, “Let’s definitely come back for anniversaries,” and it became two irreplaceable days for us. I am truly grateful that we could welcome such an important moment of our lives at this Accommodation. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone who wants to spend special time with someone important—whether for a proposal or a wedding anniversary. Next time we visit, I hope we can return as husband and wife.

We stayed in a pet-friendly Room. We have used many Hotels before and expected some odor since dogs stay there, but at this Hotel my wife and daughter, who are sensitive to smells, were happy to say they didn’t notice any at all. Also, when we mentioned that our dog cannot stay alone in the Room, we truly appreciated your thoughtful consideration. Thanks to your kindness, it was a refreshing trip for us.

Just as past Reviews said, the food was simply outstanding. The seafood in particular was superb—I couldn’t help saying “So delicious” with every bite. Even though it’s a Hotel, each dish was carefully served one by one like a restaurant course, so both hot and cold items were enjoyed at their best. Breakfast also had an uplifting menu that started the day off right, and I was very satisfied. All of the staff were kind, cheerful, and left a great impression. The top-floor club level had a lovely atmosphere, and the complimentary sweets felt pleasantly refined. As for the bath area, it was thoroughly cleaned and I didn’t notice anything unpleasant such as stray hair. I didn’t have high expectations for the stargazing experience, but the telescope was better than I imagined and the host’s fun talk made it another highlight of this Hotel. Thoughtful touches like welcome gelato and hot coffee when seeing guests off also made me want to stay again. Although the Hotel has been around for years, it never felt dated—this is definitely a Hotel I want to visit again.

We stayed one night in a second-floor Room starting 2026/6/6. Our group was two adults, one 2-year-old, and one Pomeranian. The Room was stylish, clean, and spacious, and the private open-air Onsen bath was more than large enough. The water temperature was easy to adjust. Even though it was June, we didn’t notice any insects, and it was wonderful to be able to bathe 24 hours a day at whatever temperature we wanted. The only reason this isn’t a full 5 stars is the lack of a view (it didn’t bother us at all at night). We were surprised to find an indoor puppy area in the Room that’s big enough for light running. Also (in a good way), even though the Facility is extremely clean, dogs are allowed to walk anywhere as long as they’re on a leash. The vanity has double sinks and is very comfortable. There’s also a front-loading washer/dryer, so staying two nights or more would be easy. The shower room is very spacious, which made bathing our 2-year-old much easier. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and tableware for cooking, but we ate out this time. Within walking distance there are great sushi places, buffets, loco moco spots, and an infinity-style scenic footbath with amazing views. Shirarahama Beach is about a 20-minute walk from the Hotel—an excellent location. Within about 10 minutes by car are Toretore Market as well as recommended yakiniku and pizza restaurants. They offer free rental of an outdoor wagon: we loaded our 2-year-old and our Pomeranian into it and walked to Shirarahama Beach. At night we went to a buffet about a 3-minute walk from the Hotel; after our child fell asleep we enjoyed Onsen time with drinks; the next day we bought delicious bread from the attached bakery Hotel before sightseeing. Thanks to all of this, we had an amazing holiday. We will definitely return—if I had to nitpick: - I would have liked a baby guard to prevent falls (we pushed the beds together and used pillows as a barrier) - I would have preferred an enclosed toilet room (this is also why it’s not quite full marks for the Room) We’ve stayed at many pet-friendly Accommodations before, but considering location and value for money, this was by far the best. We will absolutely come back. Apparently Rooms on the third floor have ocean views—next time we’d like to stay there.

This stylish A-frame vacation home is in a very quiet location. It’s far more spacious than staying in a Hotel Room, and even our family of five could truly relax without feeling cramped at all. Thanks to the baby amenities you provided, our stay was genuinely comfortable and very helpful. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful attention to detail. The Onsen is fed directly from the source, so it may feel hot at first, but you can quickly adjust it by adding water and enjoy an exceptional soak.

All staff are kind and welcoming, and the “welcome home” atmosphere feels wonderfully comforting. Dinner and breakfast are both delicious. You can fully enjoy the luxury of having the view from the open-air bath in your Room all to yourself. I would love to visit again.

Thank you again for taking care of us—three times in a row since last month (lol). Check-in is always very smooth, and I’m so happy the staff remembered us. The Room is always clean, comfortable, and spacious!! Not only the Room but also the location is great with easy access, so we enjoyed early summer to the fullest—going to Tatsuno’s Firefly Festival on the first night and Narai-juku on the second day! I’m a huge fan of Bluequadhotel and have been recommending it to my mom friends, but I’m also nervous that it’ll become too popular and we won’t be able to make a Reservation (lol). We’ve been staying every month, so it’s really disappointing that we can’t come in July!! Please take care of yourselves as well—I’m looking forward to chatting again.

Thank you very much for accommodating my daughter’s allergies and picky eating. At her earnest request, this was our first mother-and-daughter trip to Hanamaki to experience the world of Kenji Miyazawa. I’m always concerned about her meals, but we were able to relax and enjoy our stay with complete peace of mind. It was a wonderful Ryokan—24 hours in a day didn’t feel like enough. Next time, we would love to return with my husband, our other daughter, and the whole family. Thank you again.

This was my first time staying here. It was close to the train station, and transportation access was excellent. There were also many nearby shops such as convenience stores and eateries, so the location was great. The Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked for the price. The front desk staff were efficient and explained everything clearly in a short time. I didn’t use breakfast because I wanted to check out early, but it looked very good when I passed by. Next time, I’d like to have breakfast as well. I would like to stay here again when I visit Matsuyama to pay respects at a grave.
