On rainy days or after dinner, why not enjoy analog games with the whole family while relaxing on the spacious covered terrace or in the large dining area? The maisonette-style Rooms feature two futons and two beds each. With a toilet and washbasin in every Room, even families with small children or those concerned about nighttime bathroom trips can stay with peace of mind. Toys, picture books, and magazines available in the facility can also be brought into your Room. From the large windows, you can feel the natural beauty of the highlands. The bath, available by time Reservation, can be used privately for each Room. There is also a wooden deck where you can enjoy an outdoor air bath! Meals are prepared using local ingredients from Tochigi. You can also enjoy Tochigi's local sake, craft beer, and wine. "Stella" means star in Italian. Many of the decorations and items in the facility are themed around stars and the sky. From the garden at night, you might even see a sky full of stars! RESI STAY” is an Accommodation where kids can’t help but shout “Wow!”—a place they can enjoy to the fullest.To create a space that truly captivates children, we offer three types of guest Rooms themed around the forest, the sea, and sweets. Each Room features a bunk bed packed with playful surprises to spark curiosity—just like a “secret hideout.”In addition, the lobby and hallways include projection games and a bouldering wall, so kids can play freely outside their Room as well!The “Forest Room” and “Sweets Room” come with kitchens, making it easy to prepare baby food or breakfast—perfect for families traveling with little ones. A coin laundry is also available in the shared area, so you can feel at ease even if clothes get dirty.

There is one slightly spacious independent log house and one compact cottage, separated from each other, along with three buildings and four Rooms located on the second floor of the restaurant building, all situated on a 500-tsubo property. It is conveniently located near the bypass, and being private land, there is minimal vehicle traffic, making it a quiet area. Guests can enjoy bringing their own barbecue, campfires, and fireworks. Within a 5-8 minute drive, you can reach JR Omi-Imazu Station, convenience stores, discount shops (DS), Heiwado, Komeri, Nishimatsuya, McDonald's, Autobacs, and other stores, making it a very convenient and pleasant environment. Hakodateyama Ski Resort is visible across the way, and it takes about 5 minutes by car to the gondola lift. In winter, it is popular for skiing, while from spring to autumn, many visitors come to enjoy the terrace with a panoramic view of Lake Biwa. About a 10-minute drive away, you can find the Metasequoia tree-lined road leading to Makino Highland, which stretches 2.4 kilometers with 500 trees and attracts tourists year-round. Makino Highland also features the Onsen Facility "Sarasa," which is available for day-use visitors. The Imazu Beach on Lake Biwa is nearby, where guests can enjoy fishing and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).
