The buffet selection was very extensive, every dish was delicious, and we were extremely satisfied. Our Room had an ocean view, the scenery was wonderful, and we were able to relax comfortably. There were also various types of baths, each with a different atmosphere, and we enjoyed them very much. As it is all-inclusive, it’s an especially appealing stay for those who enjoy alcohol. Since we don’t drink much, that part felt a bit wasted for us; however, we understood this in advance when booking, and the complimentary soft drinks and other beverages were plentiful, so it wasn’t inconvenient. One thing we noticed was the in-Room amenities: items such as toner were provided for only one person. We felt it would be more comfortable if they were prepared for the number of guests. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the food, views, and baths alike—it was a wonderful Hotel that we would definitely like to stay at again.

Thanks to the warm and courteous service, I felt at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient if you are traveling by car. For guests arriving by train, a Shuttle Service was also available to Shimoda Station. Because I have many food allergies, I chose a Plan without meals. However, the Accommodation staff kindly recommended local restaurants, and we were fortunate to get a Reservation. I was able to enjoy an outstanding simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), which was absolutely delicious. The young international staff were wonderful as well—their smiles were lovely, their Japanese was excellent, and they worked with great dedication. As someone who can only speak Japanese comfortably, I truly respect them. The bath was also fantastic: the Izu stone in the indoor bath glowed a beautiful blue, and its soft texture felt very pleasant on the skin. The night view of Shimoda Port and the sunset outside the window were stunning. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

We visited last year and had such a wonderful time that we came back again this year. Every breakfast and dinner was delicious, generous in portion, and completely satisfying. Swimming in the pool after dinner and after breakfast made us feel like kids again—so much fun. The Room was spotless and well maintained, which we really appreciated. Our dog also loved having the private dog run all to themselves. Above all, the owner’s warm personality and heartfelt hospitality are truly wonderful. It feels like visiting relatives. As it was an Executive Room, everything was taken care of for us. We checked in while enjoying a welcome of chilled roasted green tea and sweets on the 6th floor. We were also kindly escorted to our Room while chatting along the way. After that, having a drink while relaxing at the Hanabi Lounge on the 28th floor was truly exceptional. A cake was delivered at the time we requested, and we enjoyed it slowly together with the night view. The Room furnishings were flawless, and the fluffy bed felt like nothing else could compare. I originally made a Reservation for four nights, but due to the typhoon, we shortened our stay. Because it was a last-minute schedule change, there may have been food left in the refrigerator, and we may have caused inconvenience for the cleaning staff. The Reservation center staff kindly accommodated the sudden change, and their warm support was very reassuring during an uncertain time. As for the Room, it was spacious and very comfortable, with everything provided—hair dryer, amenities, kitchenware, and more. It was also great to be able to enjoy the drinks in the refrigerator right after arrival. However, every time I used the washing machine, an error “C09” appeared. After checking online, it seemed related to the lid sensor; by opening and closing it again I was able to use it somehow. Just sharing this information for future guests. I also would have liked more time to try the ReFa hair dryer and the Mirable shower. I would love to stay again next time.

Enjoy glamping in a dome tent, and the Facility also features an extra-large kids’ play area. It kept the kids happily worn out all day, so we could relax and enjoy some quiet time together in the evening—an excellent place overall. The meals were quite tasty as well, with a nice mix of Japanese and Western options to enjoy. In the evening, they even offered complimentary handheld fireworks—truly thoughtful service.
