The Room was clean and spacious, making it easy to relax. The night view is wonderful, and on a clear morning, the cityscape and sea of Kitakyushu seen through the large windows feel truly refreshing. The balance between modern conveniences like self check-in and the timeless sense of luxury is very comfortable, and this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again when I visit Kokura next time. It had been a while since I last enjoyed a Hotel vacation. The heat had been lingering and I was tired from work, but I was able to refresh and feel back to normal. I love the Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Sorry for spilling the soy sauce. I’ll be back again. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke even while you’re at work.

The food in the club lounge was delicious, and the drinks and snacks were all thoughtfully selected—we really enjoyed it. Above all, the lounge itself was stylish, spotless, and wonderfully relaxing, so we could unwind in peace. All of the staff were very pleasant and made us feel truly well cared for. Thanks to that, we had a comfortable stay from start to finish. Breakfast was at Rilassa on the 3rd floor. It was crowded, but there was an incredible variety of dishes—far more than we could possibly try. They even had matcha warabi mochi that day, which was also excellent. The view from our Room was outstanding. From the lounge, we could see Tokyo Dome City attractions from above, and from our Room we enjoyed views over Tokyo and Marunouchi—plus Odaiba’s Fuji TV building in the distance, the National Diet Building, Minato City, and sparkling night views of high-rises toward Shinjuku. It was wonderful. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa large enough to stretch out on and relax. The sink area and bathtub aren’t the newest style, but they were polished to a shine and felt great to use. I didn’t know there could be such a fun and relaxing Hotel—I definitely want to come again. My family who traveled with me also said: “It was so much fun!! We want to go again! The food is delicious, and the club lounge is great!!” We’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied, but I would have liked a wash basin in the in-room bath. The Hotel was so large that it felt like a maze—maybe that’s just because of my age. It was very convenient for visiting Shima Spain Village Park. Breakfast offered a great selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. This year, I also enjoyed the Himawari Bath. I’d like to visit again next year.

Our Room attendant was extremely attentive and had a great sense of humor! The meals were delicious, and both the Room and the open-air bath were wonderful!! We stayed as a family. It was a very spacious Ryokan, and just walking around the building felt exciting. Dinner and breakfast were especially wonderful! The portions were generous, every dish was delicious, and we were very satisfied. For the children’s meals, they had kid-friendly options like hamburg steak and omurice, and our child ate happily—it was great to see how much they enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of choices, and the freshly made onigiri rice balls that the chef shaped one by one on the spot were especially delicious! There were two types of baths as well, and we enjoyed both. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was an unpleasant fishy odor in one area of the open-air bath. If that could be improved, it would be even more comfortable to use. Other than that, considering the price, it was excellent value for money, and the staff were polite and pleasant throughout. Our whole family had a great time overall, and we’re very satisfied. We’d love to stay again if we have another chance!

I stopped by and stayed here on my way back to my hometown. Since I’d heard it was attached to a day-use Onsen Facility, I didn’t expect much—but I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the building’s appearance to every detail of the indoor Facilities, everything was impeccably maintained and welcoming. Above all, I was amazed by the staff’s hospitality. They anticipated guests’ needs before being asked—truly top-tier service. The Onsen uses water from the well-known Nakatsugawa Onsen source, and it felt wonderfully silky on the skin. The meal was a creative kaiseki course featuring plenty of Gifu ingredients, with outstanding taste, quality, portion size, and presentation. The room was beautifully kept, and I had a completely comfortable stay with no inconveniences at all. This is an exceptional Onsen Accommodation that I’ll definitely return to.

The meals were delicious. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and we really appreciated that you prepared a freshly made lunch for us as soon as we returned from going out. Our child especially loved the complimentary marshmallows and the pool, and our whole family was very satisfied.

The welcome drink was excellent. The Onsen was also great. Right across the street are a roadside station and the Nagisa Driveway. It became a wonderful memory.

On the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives in Ibusuki, I stayed here in March and April this year. What stands out most about Ginsho is the delicious food! In addition to fresh local sashimi, the freshly fried Satsuma-age was exceptional. The seasoning was not too strong, and the portions were just right. The Onsen water quality was also excellent.
