I stayed here for one night before going to Taketomi Island. It was very convenient, close to the bus terminal, the remote island terminal, and the downtown area. The welcome drink in the lobby was a nice way to take a break from the heat outside. The Room bathroom is small, but I was able to stretch out in the large public bath and soothe my travel fatigue. I think this Hotel is recommended for those who want an active stay.

The Shuttle Service by bus and both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the Room and bathroom were spacious, making it very relaxing. I would like to stay here every time from now on.

After visiting Ise Jingu from Tokyo, we stayed here. The Hotel is close to Kumano Sanzan and located by the Pacific Ocean. The staff were all wonderful, and the dinner featuring fresh tuna bowl, whale sashimi, and Tatsuta-age was exquisite. At the nearby Whale Museum, we had a rare experience feeding and touching whales. This clean and lovely Hotel offers a luxurious breakfast accompanied by live piano music. We stayed for two nights, enjoying the slow pace of time in Taiji Town—a place filled with whale and dolphin monuments—and hoped that this traditional fishing culture continues for generations to come. For our baby’s first pool experience, they happily splashed at the edge of the main pool where small waves come in, and also floated with a swim ring. The kids’ zone is adorable, and the main pool has a great atmosphere too, so we were able to take lots of wonderful photos. Neith

The property grounds are spacious, and getting around was a bit difficult, so I used the bath in my Room. The shabu-shabu meal was delicious. I wish I could have stayed and relaxed longer, but since I had a long trip back home, I couldn’t fully enjoy everything—still, it was a good stay.

I had no problems and stayed very comfortably. Above all, being able to borrow child-related items was extremely helpful. 3. Onsen Although it is the bath in the Room, the tub had a reclining design, which I really appreciated. It was spacious and clean, with no complaints.

This was our first trip with three cousins. Since each of us had different things we wanted to do and we planned to eat dinner out, we chose this Hotel. The exterior and front desk feel a bit dated, but once we entered the Room, it had been renovated and was very comfortable. We were on a high floor, and while looking out at the ocean from the balcony, we spotted a sea turtle—so lucky! We had breakfast at the buffet in the neighboring Hotel, and it was excellent. Amazing value for money.

Many international guests were staying there. During meals, the staff kindly asked if they could serve portions for us and made sure to let us know so that the small children wouldn’t have to wait in line. My grandchildren were very happy as well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This was my second stay at this Hotel. Last time I stayed in a Japanese-style Room, and this time I had made a Reservation for a twin Room (+ an extra bed), but you kindly prepared a four-bed Room for us. Last time, the Room and Facility felt a bit dated, but this time it didn’t feel old at all—perhaps it has been renovated—and we had a very comfortable stay. I especially loved how the pillows sank just right; I liked them so much that I wanted the same ones for myself. Also, even before check-in, you thoughtfully called to let us know that “the Room was ready earlier than expected.” We were tired after spending the whole day at Greenland in midsummer from opening time, so being able to rest in our Room right away was extremely helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was wonderfully comfortable from the moment we walked in. As other Reviews mention, dinner did feel warm, but there were plenty of cold drinks as well as shaved ice and soft-serve ice cream available, so we didn’t find it inconvenient. Breakfast also had just the right amount of variety and was delicious. It seemed fully booked, yet we never felt crowded inside the Hotel and were able to relax comfortably. The only thing was that we went to the bath during its busiest time and had some waiting time, but it was within an acceptable range. The Onsen after a long day of activities was wonderful. The next day we used the pool, and when staff told us “You’re welcome to use the Onsen after 11:00,” we gratefully did so. The changing area also had plastic bags for swimsuits and towels prepared—it truly felt like every detail was taken care of. I would love to stay at Hotel Blanca again on our next visit to Greenland. Thank you for accommodating our requests. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, so our stay felt very satisfying. Thank you very much. There was just one disappointing point: we noticed what looked like coffee stains during the Room cleaning (on the kettle and the tatami), which really bothered us. The stain on the tatami may not come out, but the kettle stain came off with just a rinse, so it made us wonder whether it had been cleaned. That part was a little disappointing.

For this stay, after my daughter’s family stayed on August 21, my husband said he wanted to stay as well, so we decided to make a Reservation. We requested the same Room my daughter’s family had used, and from the Room window we could see our home building, which truly moved my husband. This time, we were especially looking forward to dining at the teppanyaki kaiseki restaurant. The dishes—black abalone, lobster, and Matsusaka beef tenderloin—were beautifully creative. They were a delight to look at and so delicious that I couldn’t help saying “Delicious” out loud. I often have teppanyaki at other hotels, but it can feel heavy afterward and is difficult once I return to the Room. However, the teppanyaki at Conrad Hotel did not feel heavy at all. As for the breakfast buffet, it was excellent. I am a regular guest of Nagoya Marriott Hotel and have been staying there every month since it opened 25 years ago, using its restaurants weekly. I have also stayed at several other hotels after they opened (including iCoc Hotel in the Chunichi Building area), but their breakfast buffets were somewhat disappointing. In contrast, the breakfast buffet at Conrad Hotel Nagoya is the best among hotels in Nagoya. The restaurant was spacious, and the staff’s warm smiles were very comforting. I made a Reservation so the kids could enjoy the pool. After afternoon tea in the lounge, we headed straight to the pool, and after plenty of fun, we enjoyed a delicious meal during cocktail time. After that, they had a great time playing capsule toy machines at KITTE Osaka. The next morning, they ate a hearty breakfast and were back to enjoying the pool early on.
