Umi no Library is a multi-purpose Facility combining a library, Property, and café, located in the small port town of Sanuki City Tsuda in eastern Kagawa Prefecture, just a 30-second walk from a 1km sandy beach selected as one of Japan's 100 Best Beaches. The books at Umi no Library are collected through drop-off boxes placed at restaurants, guesthouses, and other locations across The whole country that resonate with our concept, creating a system where books drift in from all over Japan. In addition to Umi no Library, we aim to establish collaborative hubs in each prefecture with bookshelves for the "Drifting Library," enabling situations where a book borrowed in Kagawa can be returned at a café in Tokyo, or a book borrowed in Osaka can be returned in Hokkaido. Pick up a book that catches your eye at the library, walk through the alley leading to the sea, and read while listening to the gentle sound of the waves, forgetting the passage of time. What Umi no Library strives to create is "a day that is just a little more peaceful and restful than usual" for its visitors.

Just an 8-minute walk from the subway station "Tenjin Station," our location offers excellent accessibility and has been highly praised by many guests for both business and sightseeing purposes. Nearby, you'll find popular restaurants and large commercial facilities in Fukuoka, making it perfect for gourmet dining and shopping! There are also numerous Nagahama ramen stalls and motsunabe restaurants within walking distance, and live music venues like Drum Be-1 and Drum Logos are just a 1-minute walk away. Within the Facility, you can enjoy fresh seafood from the Genkai Sea at "Nagahama Mansaku Sushi" or relax at the "Sauna Yogan Fukuoka Tenjin," which opened in 2024, ensuring complete relaxation for both body and mind! Our "freshly prepared breakfast," served every morning, offers a choice of Japanese or Western cuisine and has been highly appreciated by all our guests!

Holoholo means "stroll" in Hawaiian. Located in the heart of Ishigaki Island, our guesthouse offers a convenient location for exploring the area as if you're taking a leisurely stroll! Souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, and the ferry terminal for trips to remote islands are all within a 10-minute walk. On the living floor, you'll be greeted by two cats named "Tebichi" and "Kibii." These two laid-back and easygoing cats are so accustomed to people that they continue to sleep soundly even when touched while napping. We aim to provide a space where you can relax and feel at home, spending time naturally and comfortably with these cats. In the living area, spontaneous "Yuntaku" (chatting) often begins. A quaint Ryokan nestled in Hinagu Onsen, a hot spring with a 600-year history. Despite being your first visit, it feels nostalgically familiar, offering a comforting atmosphere. Rooms face the Yatsushiro Sea, providing ocean views from every room, soothing your soul with tranquil moments. Enjoy a relaxed stay at this homely Ryokan. Exploring the alleys of Hinagu, reminiscent of the Edo period, is also highly recommended!

A modern villa. The highlight is undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view that you can enjoy all to yourself through the large windows! On clear days, you can even see the Izu Seven Islands. The spacious oceanfront balcony is perfect for hosting barbecues or enjoying flowing somen noodles with a large group. You can also admire the ocean from the bath, indulging in the Moon Road illuminated by moonlight or the dazzling sunrise while soaking in the tub. The Property features four bedrooms, including the living room, and can accommodate up to 16 guests. Pets (dogs and rabbits only) are welcome on the flooring areas. The garden also includes a small dog run. Nearby, you'll find direct sales shops and supermarkets offering fresh spiny lobsters and abalone.
