Kintetsu Nara Station, an 8-minute walk! World Heritage sites, bustling downtown, and Nara Park with deer are all nearby! Located in the heart of Nara City, let us guide your Nara sightseeing!

"Kotton" (古っ都ん) is a term in the Nara dialect meaning "my home." We named it with the hope that you can enjoy the ancient capital of Nara 100% and relax as if you were at home! Stay at "Kotton" and fully enjoy the ancient capital of Nara, filled with World Heritage sites and National Treasures! Nara, where the old and the new mix together, is flowing with a new sense of time. Why not spend a day relaxing here? Kotton is as unique as its name. The owners, though elderly, are quite extraordinary—Mama is an active fortune teller, and Papa is a musician, making it hard to tell what their main profession is! However, they are always grateful for the warm support of many repeat guests. Having been in operation for over 40 years, some parts of the Facility may show their age, but we clean with heartfelt care to ensure your comfort. While we may not always provide perfectly polished, manual-based hospitality, we sincerely appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!
