Conceptualized as a Facility that bridges the gap between a Ryokan and a temple lodging, this Accommodation offers experiences such as zazen meditation, allowing you to connect with the spirit of Zen. Built using “Eiheiji Cedar” sourced from within the grounds of “Daihonzan Eiheiji Temple,” our property features 18 Japanese-Western style rooms and large communal baths separated by gender. The restaurant also serves shojin ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine) supervised by the temple.
