In a word, it was absolutely amazing! It seems the open-air bath and sauna were renovated last year, and it was the perfect Onsen for sauna lovers!!! The bed in the Room, with an Airweave mattress, was incredibly comfortable to sleep on!!! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and the staff provided courteous service that made us feel truly relaxed. The front desk staff were also very polite, so overall it was an excellent Hotel!!! The underground waterfall was also very beautiful, and since you can go out into the garden, we were able to see it up close and felt soothed. I visit Okayama once a year, so I’d like to stay at this Hotel again when I’m there. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation for a day-use in-room dining Plan to celebrate my friend’s 60th birthday. Thanks to the Hotel’s thoughtful consideration, they kindly lent us a red celebratory vest and hat, which we truly appreciated. The Onsen was wonderful, and the meal was delicious—we even enjoyed drinks from lunchtime, making it a very fulfilling day. Thank you very much.

After our trip to Furano, we found this Hotel while looking for a place to stay on the way home. Because it’s in the mountains, we were a bit worried about the drive, but it wasn’t far from downtown Ashibetsu, so we arrived without any trouble. We expected an older Facility, but once inside it felt completely modern. Everything was spotless, and there were lots of features younger guests would enjoy. Detox water stations from various brands, a space filled with books, areas to relax and chat, a guest-only lounge, wall art, and exhibits about Yutani Onsen and local coal mine history—there was always something interesting to see. The owl artwork on the wall was especially cute; if there had been any related goods for sale, I would have bought them. After getting out of the bath area, I was disappointed that one spot had that owl covered by a notice—I really wanted to see it. Our Room had a classic Japanese style but was very clean. The tatami mats were fresh and green-blue and felt great. It seemed that the open-air bath and the pot bath used Onsen water. Unfortunately it rained at night, but soaking in the Onsen under cover while listening to the rain was truly relaxing. I feel like I’ve made a connection with Ashibetsu as well—I genuinely want to visit again. I’d definitely recommend this Accommodation to friends and acquaintances. I stayed in a KASE Room for two nights. The interior design, furnishings, and bath were excellent. The larger furniture and bathtub may be especially comfortable for taller or bigger guests. Communication regarding the Reservation was very kind and helpful. Dinner on the first night was a French course meal, and contrary to my expectations (my apologies), it was outstanding. It was served at the affiliated steakhouse next door, and the main meat dish truly shined—it was delicious (you can also charge it to your Room). On the second night, I didn’t want to eat at the same restaurant again, so they introduced nearby dining options. They recommended as many as 12 places with details and Shuttle Service from the Hotel included. I chose an Italian restaurant and was very satisfied. Breakfast was plentiful, healthy, and delicious. I couldn’t fully enjoy the private open-air bath due to unfortunate weather, but that can’t be helped. The staff service was thoughtful and pleasant throughout. A Keith Haring museum—one I have long been a fan of—is right next door, which I really enjoyed. The Hotel also displays Haring’s works. I visited the Hakushu Distillery (the main purpose of my trip). There is a shuttle bus from Kobuchizawa Station, and I could also request Shuttle Service from the Hotel to Kobuchizawa. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

It’s a wonderful Hotel. The cleaning was thorough, and the breakfast was delicious. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, and we were able to relax in a lovely Room. All the front desk staff were very kind—almost to the point of making us feel undeserving. We will visit again.

I finally stayed at the InterContinental Hotel, a striking, innovative building shaped like a yacht’s sail that I’d wanted to visit for a long time. The warm welcome at the entrance and the kind service made me very happy. This time I chose a harbor-view Room on the 27th floor. Since I had lounge access, I enjoyed a light drink before heading out. The staff were young, but their hospitality and manners were excellent. If you want ocean views, I don’t think there’s any other choice but this Hotel. It was a luxurious and truly out-of-the-ordinary Hotel experience. Having the shower room and bathtub separated made my stay very comfortable. Next time as well, I’ll come back to enjoy the harbor view from a high floor! Thank you very much.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was clean, and since it was on the ladies-only floor, the DHC amenities were excellent! It’s a shame the ladies-only floor will be discontinued, but disposable items are available at the front desk. If you could also offer hair irons for loan, that would be great. Whenever I stay at a Business Hotel, I always wish there were anti-bedhead hair styling water available (even as a loan item).

I booked this Hotel because I was looking for one close to Naha Airport, and it had a large pool. Since our flight arrived late, we got to the Hotel after 6:00 PM. The outdoor pool closed at 7:30 PM, so we went in right after check-in because my child was really looking forward to it. The pool was not crowded at all, so it felt like we had it to ourselves. When it was time, we moved to the indoor pool, and afterward the spa and sauna allowed us to enter in swimsuits, which was very convenient. I was also happy that both the shower head and hair dryer were ReFa. It was nice that there were drink options, not just water. Breakfast could also be reserved via smartphone. I did not expect much variety from the buffet, but there were quite a lot of choices, which was great. My child enjoyed the pool until checkout before we headed to our next destination. Thank you very much.

In addition to its convenient location within walking distance of Sapporo Station and many restaurants, the reliable ANA-branded service offers peace of mind, and the pricing makes it easy to use even for business trips. Unlike many typical Business Hotels in recent years, the property has a calm, substantial atmosphere, and the guest rooms felt spacious. The rooms have separate bath and toilet areas, were very clean, and made for a comfortable stay. I was also impressed by how politely the staff spoke and their attentive service throughout my stay. The Sapporo Station South Exit area is convenient for business dinners as well, and the ease of getting around is another major advantage. I found this Hotel extremely practical as a base for both private travel and business trips. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on the third night of my three-night trip to Aomori. This Review is based on staying in the Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room. Even being conservative, I had absolutely no complaints. The Room was spacious and spotless, and since it was on the 10th floor, the view was outstanding. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by glass, and when you open the roll-down privacy shade it feels very open—almost like a Resort Hotel—with a great view. Both the hair dryer and shower head were ReFa, and having two sinks was very convenient. The toilet is also separate from the wet area. The front desk staff were excellent, and I never had an unpleasant experience at all. I only used breakfast dining, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious. After reading Reviews on IKYU and Google, I honestly don’t understand why the ratings aren’t higher. It may depend on which Room you stay in, but I had no complaints whatsoever. I would like to stay here again when visiting Hirosaki.

We stayed for one night over the weekend as a family. We enjoyed Futako-Tamagawa’s unique atmosphere, where the city and nature blend beautifully, and the large public bath was excellent. Our whole family was able to relax and take our time. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance.

The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

It had been a while since my last stay. As expected, The Ritz is wonderful. I’d love to stay again the next time I visit Osaka. Also, the scent inside the hotel has changed. I stop by to shop for souvenirs even when I’m not staying, so I noticed it right away. Please consider selling the new fragrance as well—it smells fantastic.

This was my first stay here. We stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room in the Sasara building, which had been renovated and was very clean. The staff member assisting us was a foreigner, so some explanations of the meals were a little hard to understand, but it was clear they had studied well. Every dish was delicious. By chance, it was the first day of the Gero Onsen Festival, and I was moved to be able to watch the fireworks while soaking in the open-air bath at night. We were able to relax and enjoy our time.

This was our fourth stay. We were able to relax as a family, and once again had a wonderful time. From the warm hospitality of the staff to every aspect of the service throughout our stay, everything was excellent. No matter how many times we visit, it’s a Hotel that makes us want to come back again. Our whole family was very satisfied with our stay. We look forward to visiting again next year.

This was our first stay in three years, and our first summer visit with children. After enjoying the pool, our child fell asleep and we weren’t sure what to do, so we asked just in case—and you were able to let us check in almost two hours earlier than planned. It was a huge help. Our child was fully refreshed after a nap on the bed, and we were able to enjoy the pool even more afterward. The BBQ was also great for families with kids—our children played on the lawn, so we could relax and take our time. It’s a bit of a shame that we couldn’t use the container sauna or spa because we had children with us, but we were very satisfied with the extraordinary experience that felt like being abroad. We would be very happy if the wine selection could be improved a little more.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but I missed my train and ended up checking in later than planned; it was very helpful to know that check-in was available until midnight. There are large and medium public baths for both men and women, which helped me relax after the trip. The Room also had bright lighting that I like, making it very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed plenty of my favorite mentaiko (spicy cod roe).

The Room had a private Onsen with an amazing view, and being able to soak in it again and again was truly soothing. My wife and I also had a wonderful time together. Thank you very much for your courteous, kind service, including the teppanyaki dishes we ordered additionally. Reservations are rarely available, but if possible, we would love to stay at this Accommodation again.

I was extremely satisfied with this wonderful Hotel. The Room, bath, view, and food were all outstanding! Without a doubt, it’s the best Hotel or Ryokan I’ve ever stayed at. It’s quiet, and the adults-only environment is excellent. We also enjoyed the lovely bar—it felt like a waste to leave after just one night. Next time, we’ll come to Hokkaido just to stay here!

I stay here whenever I visit Nagano. It’s very convenient as it is directly connected to the station. After I requested a buckwheat husk pillow once, they have thoughtfully placed one in my Room ever since without me having to ask. They often have my Room ready and let me in without making me wait until check-in time, which is very helpful. Thank you as always.
