Opened in 2018! Just a 3-minute walk from Miyako Station, we have created a guesthouse filled with passion in a convenient location! Equipped with a kitchen, it is perfect for long-term stays. The lounge bar is lively with events. Enjoy the food and people of Miyako.How can we share the charm of this town with people outside the region? How can we spend enjoyable times together with the locals? How can we take pride in our hometown? These were the questions we kept pondering, and the answer we arrived at was to create a guesthouse that serves as the "gateway to the town." Starting in March 2017, we searched for a property with like-minded companions who shared our vision. A year later, in March 2018, we decided to build a heartfelt guesthouse in the heart of Miyako, in Suehiro-cho. Renovation work began in May of the same year, and we officially opened in August. With the support of many people, we opened 3710 in this place. To make visitors fall in love with this town even more. To help the residents here enjoy this town even more. And to allow us to take even greater pride in this town.

We provide various types of Rooms, including dormitory-style accommodations for solo travelers and private Rooms for up to 4 people, ideal for short trips. The private Rooms feature tatami flooring where you can take off your shoes, making it a safe and comfortable option even for families with small children. In the lounge, you can also enjoy interacting with international guests. Additionally, we offer a coworking space (available from 250 yen per hour) and a BAR, both accessible even if you're not staying with us! The BAR menu includes a wide selection, such as Sapporo Classic beer for 480 yen. We look forward to welcoming you!

What we aim to share through our Property is the charm of a more intimate town and the connections between people. "The neighborhood temple with many stray cats," "the long-established coffee shop known only to locals," "the cheerful owner of a delicious yakitori restaurant," or "a casual walking path to enjoy the town's scenery." We hope the "everyday life" of this town becomes an "extraordinary experience" for our guests. ■ Relaxing interior unique to a traditional Japanese house While the water-related areas such as the shower and toilet have been renovated, the walls and ceilings retain the original 100-year-old design. It offers a comforting atmosphere that feels familiar even on your first visit. There is also a courtyard, and imagining yourself enjoying craft beer on the veranda in summer is truly exciting. ■ Breezy shared spaces The shared space, combined with the first-floor CAFE & BAR, features an open entrance with a refreshing breeze, creating a liberating atmosphere. A shared kitchen is also available, where guests can enjoy fun hot pot parties or meals together. ■ A 5-minute walk to the port Located just a 5-minute walk from Hakata Port, a stroll while feeling the sea breeze is exceptional. The "Bayside Place Hakata" complex offers shopping and gourmet experiences. Adjacent to the Hakata Port Passenger Terminal, it includes municipal ferries, Hakata Bay cruise ships, the 70-meter-tall Hakata Port Tower (free admission), a giant cylindrical aquarium, and a waterfront market dealing in agricultural and marine products, among other Facilities.

Maro Yashiki is a private rental villa. Located in an area known as "Little Kyoto of Iyo," surrounded by luxury Hotels, it is a casual Facility that many guests enjoy. It is spacious for two people and can accommodate up to 10 guests for group stays. During check-in, Maro, the owner's Akita dog, will greet you. We will provide plates, cups, etc., so please bring only your ingredients, sauces, and drinks. Additionally, a separate fee of 1,000 yen (actual cost for items like cassette gas) will be charged on-site.
