From the warm welcome by the staff to their guidance at mealtimes, everyone was very kind. The meals were beautifully presented and delicious—we were completely satisfied. The view from the 4th floor opened up to a bright blue sky and ocean—I couldn’t help but gasp. I swam in the Room’s pool, had a beer on the balcony deck chair (everything in the fridge is free), soaked in the bathtub while gazing at the sea again, and enjoyed champagne in the lounge—every day felt wonderfully relaxing. For dinner we went to Soba Miyako, Shigira Blue, and the newly opened Chinese restaurant Kohakuro; all were delicious. My husband and I are already talking about when we should come back next. We’ll likely be staying with you again, so thank you in advance.

The Room was very quiet and clean. The baths included a jet bath and an open-air bath, and everything was well maintained, which made it very relaxing. We were on a Multiple Night Stay, and when we asked, they adjusted the dinner course menus for both adults and children so we wouldn’t have the same menu each night. Everything was delicious. We were also celebrating a special occasion, so after consulting at the time of our Reservation, they prepared a lovely bouquet and cake at dinner, provided one complimentary drink, and even took photos for us. All of the staff were friendly and attentive—they even offered to take our pictures—so we had a truly enjoyable stay. Thank you very much.

The building is spread out horizontally, so depending on where your Room is located, it can be quite a walk to the restaurant, baths, and lobby. Other than that, there were no particular issues or complaints. It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Although the large public bath is not an Onsen, it offers three different water temperatures (high/medium/low) and water types, plus a carbonated bath. Other guests also mentioned that it might be more effective than some Onsen. The restaurant (buffet-style) had a wide variety of dishes, and the staff were excellent—one thoughtful touch was that they even informed us that ice cream could be taken back to our Room. I believe drinks inside the facility were reasonably priced as well—for example, a 350 ml can of beer was 350 yen. The souvenir shop opens from 7:30 a.m. It has a great selection, and you can probably find most things you need there.
