We stayed here for our summer family trip to visit Aquas! The Room and Facility were clean, stylish, and relaxing. The meals were delicious, and we also appreciated the free drinks! The kids enjoyed the pool and fireworks, and at night we even saw shooting stars. We made wonderful memories!

Although the building is a bit old, it was clean, well located, and felt like staying at a Resort Hotel. The sea is right in front, so you can take a walk, and it’s also easy to access by train. I was able to log in to Amazon Prime in the Room and watch movies. The white-themed Room was lovely. The price is a little on the high side, but the clawfoot bathtub was great. The Hotel itself felt surprisingly compact inside.

The maisonette-style room instantly lifted our spirits the moment we walked in. The view of Mt. Fuji from the bath was also spectacular. However, one thing: the cleaning wasn’t thorough. There was trash left on the balcony, and we even found potato snack crumbs under the cushion of the massage chair.

We stayed for three nights with our pet. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, which was very helpful. The bathroom was spacious, and we had a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again.

This was my first trip to Chichibu and Nagatoro. The lobby was gorgeous, filled with green marble. The Room was luxurious, spotless, and wonderful. The restaurant had a great view, with Mount Hodosan faintly visible—truly spectacular. The food was exquisite, including a Japanese-style hamburger steak made without the four harmful ingredients and fresh sashimi. The large public bath was spacious and very clean. The water temperature was on the hotter side, which warmed me up and helped me relax. I also appreciate that you took photos for us at the end. It’s a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Since we were in the LOCA THE CLASS Room, there was a sauna in the basement and a large bath that could fit about 4–5 people. Including the post-bath relaxation area, it was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. It was great that even with a child, we could bathe comfortably. There was also a refrigerator in the changing room, stocked with plenty of bottled water. It was very helpful to be able to drink cold water immediately after bathing or using the sauna without having to go up to the living room on the first floor. We didn’t use them, but there were also powdered drinks provided for before and after the sauna. The living room was spacious as well, and there were two bedrooms. The Japanese-style Room had a tatami area that became almost full once two futons were laid out, which made it feel safe and comfortable for our child at bedtime. On the other hand, there was one disappointing incident during our stay. Early in the morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off with a loud siren throughout the Accommodation. We were later told it was due to an accidental operation in another Room, but it took about an hour for security staff to check and reset everything. During that time, the alarm kept sounding continuously, so we evacuated with our child to a relatively quiet terrace. Afterward, an operator contacted us to confirm what had happened and asked whether we would still be able to make checkout on time. Since it overlapped with breakfast and getting ready in the morning, we explained it would be difficult and they extended our checkout by about 30 minutes. We appreciate their consideration; however, we had hoped to spend a relaxing morning (including enjoying another bath), so that part was unfortunate. I also saw other Reviews on different sites mentioning issues related to fire alarms. As it seems many guests come from overseas as well, I would appreciate it if you could consider measures to prevent recurrence—such as providing clearer instructions at check-in on how to handle fire alarms. Overall, both the Facility and Room itself were extremely comfortable—this is a wonderful Accommodation that is easy for families to enjoy.

It exceeded our expectations, and the kids were very happy. It would have been even better if amenities like razors and lotion were provided. Since we stayed in winter this time, we’d love to come back in summer to enjoy a BBQ.

Stayed at the cottage and had a comfortable stay! The value for money was excellent. It would be perfect if there were a smoking area further back in the cottage.

We used the BBQ grill and a guest room. It was our first time having a barbecue with friends. We knew charcoal was sold here when we made the Reservation, but we didn’t know how many kilograms it came in, so we brought our own 3 kg bag from a home improvement store. (That was enough for us.) We also brought a grill grate, but we didn’t know the size of the BBQ grill, so in the end we bought fire starters and an additional grate at the shop. (The grate in the photo was purchased at the shop.) The bath area has one sauna and one hot tub, and the washing area is spacious and easy to use. It’s a Facility we’d like to use again if we have another chance.

We stayed for 2 nights with a family of four and three dogs. By closing the gate at the entrance, it felt like a large private dog run, and the dogs happily ran around. Overall, the place was very clean and we had no major complaints, but we noticed that the kitchen fish grill had been left as it was after being used by previous guests. We didn’t use it so it wasn’t an issue for us, but we thought it would be better if this could be improved. The weather was bad that day so we wouldn’t have been able to use it anyway, but we had requested an optional BBQ set and it wasn’t prepared on arrival. The storage shed where it is kept was also locked. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, but considering how large the bathroom is, we felt a slightly larger bathtub would make it even better. This time we booked a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights), but only enough towels and amenities for one night were provided, which was a bit disappointing. Since there is a washing machine in the property and a convenience store within walking distance, we weren’t truly stuck—but we hope this feedback will be helpful going forward. The Facility is still new and there may be some areas to improve, but overall we were satisfied. Our family and dogs enjoyed our stay as well, so we would like to stay again if given the chance. (Next time, hopefully on a sunny day!)

The footsteps of the guests on the second floor were noisy until around 2:00 a.m., making it difficult to rest. Overall, I was very satisfied with the Accommodation.

The building feels like an apartment. The Room has simple furnishings that create a fresh, comfortable atmosphere. You can go out after reception hours; there is no curfew. I received a towel set and a toothbrush. I used a rental car and parked at a Times parking lot (up to 500 yen). There are quite a few one-way streets, so be careful. The Hotel parking fee is 500 yen per car, and up to three cars can park. You can get almost everything you need at the 24-hour Mega Center Trial Asahikawa store (12 minutes on foot / 3 minutes by car, 850 m). Showers are on the first floor (women-only and shared for men and women). Two washing machines are free to use (no detergent; air-dry function available). There is no dryer, so I rated the Facility 4/5. The toilet and microwave are outside the Room. Free and paid items are listed in the in-room guidebook. Some areas feel like a maze. From April 1, 2026, an “Asahikawa City Accommodation Tax” of 200 yen per person per night has been introduced for Accommodations within Asahikawa City. The Hotel staff informed me about it. I was impressed by the courteous service for under 4,000 yen—it made me feel safe and comfortable. I was glad my Room was on the second floor. Don’t miss travel agency sales.

It was a wonderful place. The cleaning was thorough in every corner. We often stay at rental villas because we have a dog, but while the rooms are usually clean, many places have gardens overgrown with weeds, making it hard to let our dog play outside. However, this accommodation had a well-maintained lawn in the garden, which was perfect. The staff were very kind and made us feel at ease. They even gave our dog a toy as a gift—such thoughtful hospitality! For those who enjoy fishing, there is also a fishing port nearby, so I highly recommend it. The BBQ area has a roof, so you can enjoy it without worry. The stars visible from the facility were incredibly beautiful as well. We would love to stay here again in the future. It's hard to find a place where you can enjoy an Onsen while traveling with your dog. This time, we drove all the way from Kanagawa to Arifuku Onsen, a place we had never heard of before. Honestly, we didn’t have high expectations, but we spent a relaxing 2 nights and 3 days there. There was a small mishap on the third morning when breakfast didn’t arrive, but they handled it sincerely and professionally. (That breakfast was quite extravagant, wasn’t it? Thank you!) One request: if possible, please consider installing sound-masking devices in the toilets. The sounds are quite audible while cooking... I wish it were closer, but if I get another chance, I’d love to visit again!
