We stayed for one night from 7/18 as a family of four. The Room was spacious, cute, and very clean. Our kids were absolutely thrilled—they even said, “I’m going to make my future home like this!” The futon mattress on the raised platform was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. For dinner we chose sukiyaki, and we were excited by the large slices of meat. More and more side dishes kept coming out, and we ended up completely full—we even took the leftovers back to our Room. Everything tasted amazing. After dinner, since we had asked to do handheld fireworks, they provided a bucket and handled the cleanup for 200 yen, so our family could enjoy fireworks together for the first time in a while. The next morning, they kindly accommodated our request to leave at 6:30. They packed the shirasu rice bowl breakfast bento-style for us—and even added nyumen noodles so we wouldn’t get hungry later (one was made sundubu-style). Their warm hospitality—doing everything with guests in mind—really touched us. We also consulted them by email before our stay, and they always replied thoughtfully. It was truly a wonderful villa. We would love to stay again when we visit Awaji Island. Thank you for such a lovely time.

The building feels old, and some areas are dimly lit, which can feel a bit unsettling. The front desk staff are easy to talk to and very pleasant. Parking in front of the Hotel is limited, but there is a second parking lot right across the street, so it’s not an issue. It’s nice that there are no foreign guests staying here. There are two massage chairs, but one was broken and couldn’t be used. (Since it’s free, no complaints.) It’s also good that you can pick up only the amenities you need at the front desk. They also offer free coffee and tea, which is a nice touch.

Thank you for accommodating my food allergies—it was a great help. All the staff were always smiling and kind; thank you for your wonderful hospitality. The lukewarm Onsen was so relaxing, and I could soak for a long time. There are other Ryokan with cats, but the exceptional comfort here—so soothing it made me lose track of time—was truly special. I stay here every year. This year again, I was satisfied with the consistently luxurious experience. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The service, which I had some doubts about during my previous stay, was also very good this time. The only disappointment was that although it was a Multiple Night Stay, breakfast delivery could only be the same Western-style meal. It is delicious, but having exactly the same menu for two days does get repetitive, so I would be happy if we could choose Japanese-style or a different Western-style menu for one of the days. Since last year, I have often stayed here with my dog. I love this Accommodation because we can dine together with our dog, and the meals are always delicious. The staff warmly welcome us, the Onsen is close to the Room, and checkout is at 11:00, so we can relax and take our time

The Room was spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably, and the bath was wonderful—like a stone bath. If I may mention just one thing, since pets are allowed and there is a small garden, it would have been even better if it were fenced so that small dogs could run around. Of course, even without that it was more than good enough! We would love to stay again.
