To be honest, I stayed without high expectations, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. The Room was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious. The service was attentive. Although it was a last-minute trip, we had a very comfortable stay at this Hotel. The dinner buffet was excellent—Aizu local specialties and everything else were all delicious. My husband said it was the best buffet of any Hotel we have stayed at while traveling. The bath was also spacious and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

The view was wonderful, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. Our dog also seemed to have a great time! We chose shabu-shabu for dinner, and it had been placed in the Room refrigerator in advance, so we could eat at our own pace without worrying about time and truly relax.

Since there were no vacancies at other facilities, I made a Reservation. I wasn’t expecting much because it wasn’t a high-priced property, but the meals and the view from the restaurant were wonderful. However, the coffee machine used powdered milk and it tasted terrible. I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.

The entire Facility was very clean, and not only the bedrooms but also the toilets, shower rooms, and even the large public bath were kept spotless, so we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, we were most impressed by the hospitality of the staff. We have stayed at many Hotels and Accommodations, but the team here was without a doubt among the very best. We visited with two small children and were worried about whether we could manage starting a fire and doing BBQ properly, but the staff kindly and carefully taught us what to do and naturally supported us at just the right moments. We really appreciated how they watched over us with perfect distance—never intrusive. There aren’t many Accommodations that make you think “I want to come back,” but this is a place we genuinely feel like visiting even every month. This was our first stay in three years, and our first summer visit with children. After enjoying the pool, our child fell asleep and we weren’t sure what to do, so we asked just in case—and you were able to let us check in almost two hours earlier than planned. It was a huge help. Our child was fully refreshed after a nap on the bed, and we were able to enjoy the pool even more afterward. The BBQ was also great for families with kids—our children played on the lawn, so we could relax and take our time. It’s a bit of a shame that we couldn’t use the container sauna or spa because we had children with us, but we were very satisfied with the extraordinary experience that felt like being abroad. We would be very happy if the wine selection could be improved a little more.

My family and I have stayed here several times. This was our first Onsen trip in summer, and we realized the season doesn’t matter. It was a wonderful Hotel.

We stayed in August. The Hotel itself felt a bit old, but the necessary areas have been renovated. Good points - The Hotel has an outdoor pool. It’s a bit far to Ito Orange Beach, so the pool is more than enough for kids to play. It’s also heated, and the water temperature was comfortable. - There are karaoke rooms, table tennis, and a free manga corner. - The complimentary Onsen manju at welcome service is delicious. - As part of the Fujita Kanko Group, there are Plans that include free tickets to Hakone Kowakien Yunessun and Shimoda Aquarium. There is also a 24-hour MaxValu right next door, where you can buy any snacks or treats you need. Points for improvement - If it’s only seafood, it can get repetitive, so I’d like more variety in meat and vegetable dishes as well. - I would prefer card keys for the Room. Overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money.
