It was very clean. We stayed with our relatives, including four junior high and high school students! The Onsen pool temperature can be adjusted, and even after soaking for two hours we didn’t feel tired. There is also a washer-dryer with detergent provided, so we were able to finish all our laundry and check out with everything clean! Next time the kids are eager to try again—bringing rice and using the rice cooker too. The only reason I deducted one star for the Facility was that there are some overly stylish steps/level changes, and you can unexpectedly drop down, which was startling. Not only my elderly mother, but even adults nearly stepped wrong and could have hurt a foot or their back. In particular, the entrance to the bath area was hard to see due to the colors and felt dangerous. Still, it was a wonderful place! We’ll definitely stay again.

The ocean view from the room is absolutely stunning, and I enjoyed a peaceful time soaking in the open-air bath. My dog could relax freely, and it was wonderful to spend time together without worrying about others. The staff were incredibly kind, making my stay very pleasant.

We stayed as a family of three, and the front desk staff were kind and attentive. The meal was duck hot pot, and the portion was more than enough for three—we were completely full. After bathing, our skin felt smooth, which was great. Next time we stay, we would like to make a Reservation for a cottage.

A hidden gem at our breakfast restaurant is the Fisherman's Bowl, also known as Mago Chazuke. Served in a special bowl with half a portion of white rice, namero (minced fish), shirasu (whitebait), pickled plum, grated yam, shredded seaweed, wasabi, and dashi broth. Perfect for those looking to replenish salt and energy during summer fatigue—give it a try! Enjoy it with the scent of the sea and ocean breeze! We have a suggestion: how about offering an "Ahi Creative Tuna Bowl" during lunchtime someday? GINGER or SPICY Ahi bowls are extremely popular in Hawaii. We believe it would be perfect for SAYAN's lunch menu and could become a hit dish. You can compare it to OFF THE HOOK or MAGURO SPOT—Ono!! Announcement! This accommodation is highly recommended for a multiple night stay. One night is simply not enough. There are plenty of experiences to enjoy, such as cooking in a fully equipped kitchen, gathering herbs on the property, watching movies with a projector, reading books available in the room, grinding and brewing your own coffee beans, and sitting by the campfire. During this visit, I stayed for one night and felt reluctant to leave. I promised my friends that we would definitely come back again. The open space with high ceilings and large windows was incredibly pleasant. Next time, I plan to stay longer to enjoy drawing, knitting, reading books, relaxing in the sauna, or taking walks. This is the perfect place to escape from the busyness of city life and take time to reconnect with yourself—highly recommended!

We stayed for one night from 7/18 as a family of four. The Room was spacious, cute, and very clean. Our kids were absolutely thrilled—they even said, “I’m going to make my future home like this!” The futon mattress on the raised platform was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. For dinner we chose sukiyaki, and we were excited by the large slices of meat. More and more side dishes kept coming out, and we ended up completely full—we even took the leftovers back to our Room. Everything tasted amazing. After dinner, since we had asked to do handheld fireworks, they provided a bucket and handled the cleanup for 200 yen, so our family could enjoy fireworks together for the first time in a while. The next morning, they kindly accommodated our request to leave at 6:30. They packed the shirasu rice bowl breakfast bento-style for us—and even added nyumen noodles so we wouldn’t get hungry later (one was made sundubu-style). Their warm hospitality—doing everything with guests in mind—really touched us. We also consulted them by email before our stay, and they always replied thoughtfully. It was truly a wonderful villa. We would love to stay again when we visit Awaji Island. Thank you for such a lovely time.

All staff—at the front desk, restaurant, large public bath, shop, and even the bus driver—were very welcoming. The meals were delicious, and the amenities were well stocked. In particular, there was a free-flowing Onsen on the terrace, so my elderly parents could enjoy the Onsen with peace of mind. They were very happy, and it became a wonderful memory for us. One disappointing point was that—perhaps only in our Room—a lot of dust had accumulated around the light near the headboard in the bedroom. Other than that, we are grateful for all of your services.

I chose this Hotel because I wanted my elderly father, who has trouble walking, to enjoy an Onsen, and the Room had a private Onsen. When I mentioned that he struggles with steps, they kindly took photos and sent them to us, so we were able to visit with peace of mind. The Onsen is small but open-air, and it felt wonderful. He was truly happy to be able to soak in an Onsen again after a long time. Every dish was delicious, and there was more than we could finish—we were very satisfied. Above all, every staff member was extremely kind, and we had a very comfortable stay. It’s also convenient because there is Shuttle Service from the station. We would definitely like to visit again.
