Due to Typhoon No. 9, our return was delayed by two days, so we urgently made a Reservation at this Ryokan. Since we have a large family and lots of luggage, it was a huge help that you allowed us to stay for a Multiple Night Stay without changing Rooms at our request. The Room was spacious with plenty of space even for five people, and it was a smoking Room, which made my husband very happy. We also appreciated that breakfast was included. Kokusai-dori and the supermarket are within walking distance, so we went shopping twice—during the day and at night—and were able to take our time. Next time we visit Okinawa, we will definitely stay here again. The typhoon had really brought our spirits down, but we were able to relax, and I’m glad we chose this place. Thank you very much.

We stayed with three family members and our dog. The building nestled in fresh greenery was truly beautiful, and the extraordinary Room space was amazing! At night, we dimmed the lights, played jazz, enjoyed some drinks, and relaxed at our own pace. Our daughter also played the lovely piano for us—it was such a luxurious time. There were Jenga and playing cards provided, and it was surprisingly fun to play them in such a unique setting! The morning bath surrounded by greenery was also wonderful—every moment was truly special. Our daughter was thrilled and said she wants to stay here again next time we come to Karuizawa, and we had a fantastic time overall. Thank you as well to the staff for being so friendly and kind!

Just as past Reviews said, this was a wonderful Accommodation. The furniture and appliances were up to date, and everything was very clean, so we had a comfortable stay. Since a typhoon made landfall in Ibaraki Prefecture on the day of our stay, we couldn’t do outdoor activities (fireworks, BBQ, cycling, pizza), but we cooked indoors, watched movies in the spacious living room, and relaxed in the massage chair. Thank you also for the welcome champagne. It became a great summer vacation memory.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, but it was disappointing that draft beer was only available as part of an all-you-can-drink plan. We were fortunate to have great weather, and we were soothed by the view from the window in our high-floor Room with a wonderful outlook. The Room was clean, the amenities were well stocked, and the staff were kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the projection mapping displayed on the Hotel’s exterior.

To be honest, I stayed without high expectations, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. The Room was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious. The service was attentive. When I informed them that the parking lot was full and I couldn’t park, the male staff member at the front desk handled it extremely well, which left a very positive impression.\nThis was my second stay, and the Facility is clean.
