Opened in 1902. Located deepest within the Nyuto Onsen area. Surrounded by majestic mountains, we have protected these precious natural hot springs for generations. Our Onsen facilities include separate indoor baths for men and women, a mixed-gender indoor bath, and a mixed-gender open-air bath. There are three different spring sources. You can enjoy three distinct types of Onsen. Magoroku Onsen Rokuan is a rare village-style Ryokan, with buildings separated into individual lodges. It may not feel luxurious in every way, but because you will often step outside, you can experience Magoroku’s great nature directly. The stillness of summer nights, the beauty of the morning sun, and the cool breeze. There are experiences and moments of awe that can only be found here. We have six Rooms in total; each Room accommodates up to two guests for a relaxing stay. Our dining area is counter-style and is the only place where all guests gather at once. A Ryokan that connects nature and people—and brings people together as well.

Known as the “inner retreat of Takayama,” Hida-Furukawa is a charming town lined with traditional townhouses, white-walled storehouses, and the Setogawa River where carp swim. Our Accommodation has been welcoming guests here for over 180 years. This Meiji-era building, showcasing the craftsmanship of Hida artisans, is designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan. Our 18 guest rooms are spread across three buildings, each with its own character: Shogetsuro, a merchant-style building (built in 1905); Kogetsuro, built in the Sukiya style (early Showa period); and Kangetsuro (built in the Heisei era), offering views of Honkoji Temple and the Araki River from the front. This "miniature garden-like city" woven by the sea, mountains, and islands is a place where you can enjoy the "bounty of the mountains and sea," including seafood from the Seto Inland Sea such as oysters, local vegetables grown in the warm climate, and seasonal fruits.[Onomichi Hansei] is a small inn with a restaurant that inherits over 250 years of history, featuring 13 rooms. It is a renewed version of the restaurant [Tohan], which originated from the culinary inn [Ehan] loved by late Edo period patriots and Hirobumi Ito. We have created a stay where you can feel close to the "traditions and food culture of Onomichi" while being inside the facility, starting with the "cuisine showcased by the small inn with a restaurant" that inherits the history of the former restaurant. The concept of [Onomichi Hansei] is "Heartful, Japanese Modern Classic." We offer hospitality with services that mainly delight female guests, incorporating a "Japanese Modern Classic" taste into the interior decorations and room designs.
