Since you can rent the entire floor exclusively, it’s very convenient to use. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook for yourself, though this time we mostly ate out. It was very comfortable.

The accommodation was even more comfortable than I imagined from the photos. First, the room was stylish, spacious, and equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. One of my companions even said, "I can't believe they have every cooking utensil here! I wish we had booked a multiple night stay!" For me, everything seemed to feature the latest facilities, which left me amazed throughout my stay. On top of that, having a bed that is comfortable for someone with back pain was absolutely wonderful. I would love to stay here again. **Note:** The only thing I found confusing was the key app. If it doesn't work properly: - Check if you have received a spare key. - Restart the app. This worked for me—hope it helps!

Our first trip to Sado Island was unforgettable, especially for the kids. This villa made all our wishes come true: swimming in the sea, enjoying the pool, having a barbecue, watching fireworks, and admiring a beautiful sunset. Although the entrance had a steep slope, its location on a hill offered stunning views. A short walk took us to a swimming spot with rocky areas where we unexpectedly enjoyed tide-pooling. After returning, we rinsed off in the outdoor shower and jumped straight into the pool. The jacuzzi was warm and relaxing while watching our kids play excitedly. The highlight? The breathtaking sunset! We had a barbecue while watching it, making everything taste even better. It was such an enjoyable trip—thank you so much!

We are deeply grateful to have enjoyed such high-quality service at an affordable price. When I took a closer look at the beautiful flowers arranged in the large vase, I was surprised to find they were fresh. Preparing pre-ground coffee and gyokuro tea in advance in the refrigerator, and even providing prior notice of local community announcements—your attention to detail made me think, “This must be truly professional work.” We also learned a lot from how you maintain just the right distance with guests, starting with your courteous greeting, “Thank you for choosing us.” I had assumed that only luxury Ryokan avoid using artificial flowers these days, but to offer this level of care even to ordinary guests like us—my sincere respect.

We stayed with a group of 7 at this accommodation. It is a nostalgic traditional Japanese house, but the owner's renovation skills truly stood out, making our stay very enjoyable. Although there were time restrictions, we had fun with outdoor BBQs and campfires at the outdoor BBQ area. The facility also offers indoor options like smokeless roasters for BBQs, hot pots, or takoyaki parties. We look forward to trying these during our next stay! The indoor camping space (kids' space) is designed like a sunken earthen floor area within the building, creating an open and spacious atmosphere with its high ceiling. Being an old-style house, we were initially concerned about drafts or cold temperatures indoors; however, those worries proved unnecessary. The large stove, kotatsu table heater, air conditioning units, and other heating facilities kept us warm and comfortable throughout our stay! If there's one minor point to mention—it was sometimes unclear where guests could access freely since there were no clear signs such as "Staff Only" or "No Entry." Occasionally opening doors led to storage areas or spaces under renovation. Overall though, it was a wonderful experience where we could relax freely without any concerns. Next time we'd love to try staying at their related accommodations YADO2 or YADO3 (scheduled for completion this summer).

My family visiting from overseas stayed for two nights. When they arrived in Japan, it was unfortunately raining and they were tired from jet lag, so they didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the BBQ, outdoor bath, or sauna, but they seemed to have a comfortable stay. They took walks around the neighborhood in the morning and evening and even walked to Taito Beach, and said they were able to relax. If we have another chance, I’d like them to stay longer and enjoy everything more fully.

It was my first time glamping. It was a very hot day, but since the site is in the mountains, it was cool and very comfortable. We really appreciated the pick-up and drop-off to the nearest station and all your thoughtful care. Everything was so clean, and the Facilities were well equipped, so we had a great time with no issues. The sauna was amazing! It was a bit disappointing that some guests staying at the same time were noisy until late at night, but we would definitely like to come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed delicious local mountain vegetables and river fish, paired with sake that complemented them perfectly. It was an Accommodation where we could truly feel time slow down, and one we would love to visit again in a different season.

It was my first glamping experience. Everything was very clean. I was surprised that there were far fewer insects than I expected, so even as someone who dislikes bugs, I felt comfortable staying here. The facilities, including the toilets, were kept very clean. The room amenities were perfectly prepared. Although we brought our own dinner ingredients, everything else was provided without any additional charges, so all we needed to bring were the food items. The staff provided excellent service and made our stay pleasant. However, I thought it would be nice if the toilet and sink were located near the shower area.

I had reserved a twin room, but it was set up with a king-size bed, so I checked with the front desk. They confirmed it was a setup mistake and promptly corrected the bed arrangement. Since I needed to head out right away, I couldn’t take it, but their offer of complimentary coffee was also excellent. The service of providing free drinks in the in-room refrigerator, including alcohol, was wonderful as well. I would definitely like to stay again.

This Accommodation near Kofu City was exactly what we were looking for: pet-friendly, not in the middle of town, and reasonably priced. It’s a Japanese-style building from the late Showa era, and it felt like coming home to our family house. It was actually more space than needed for just the two of us and our small dog, but it has been well maintained—old yet clean—and we were able to relax in a calm, unhurried atmosphere. The staff and the owners (a couple) were very friendly and welcoming. Our pet settled in right away and happily interacted with them. We also really enjoyed chatting with local people—it was a rare treat for us. The meals featured local ingredients, including delicious miso soup made with homemade miso, which truly reminded us how special traveling can be.

A favorite place! Owners can relax, enjoy healthy and delicious meals, and be soothed by the beautiful scenery, while dogs can experience an extraordinary time off-leash. The joy isn't just about the meat—the vegetables were incredibly tasty, and the morning fruits were a delightful treat. The rice was so delicious that it made us crave steaming bowls of it. I even wished there was a vegetable and fruit assortment to take home as souvenirs! The owner is wonderfully bright and friendly with a warm personality. This glamping facility is filled with thoughtful touches everywhere. I'll definitely visit again!

Since it was a weekday and no one else was using the facility, my dog could play off-leash and seemed to enjoy it. The fresh greenery and night views were beautiful. I would love to visit again during cherry blossom season or autumn foliage.

Although we weren’t traveling for sightseeing, the house was very comfortable and easy to stay in. They responded immediately to our request for kitchen items, and our family was able to spend our time comfortably. There is no parking on-site, but we were able to use a nearby paid parking lot. The host’s warm hospitality made us very satisfied. Thank you very much!

We stayed here with our 2-year-old child and family for the Kushimoto Fireworks Festival on August 2nd! On this day, accommodations in Kushimoto and Shirahama were all expensive, and we almost gave up on attending the festival this year. But then we found this place and were amazed by its affordability! After reading high reviews on other sites, we decided to book here. We arrived early on the day of our stay, but they kindly allowed us to check in early! The room was cool with the air conditioner already running, spacious, clean, and comfortable! It had a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle in the room so we could heat up our bento meals right after arriving. To our surprise, the fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks like juice and tea—such a thoughtful touch ( ; ; )! After playing at the beach, we took a shower and used their drum washing machine for laundry—drying included—and then took a short nap before heading to the fireworks festival. Even though we returned late that night, they waited for us so that we could take another shower before falling fast asleep in bed. In the morning, they served bread, yogurt, meatballs, bananas, vegetable juice, and coffee for breakfast. We also enjoyed chatting with the owner—it was such fun! Later that day when friends joined us with their family car as well (which they kindly let us park), we went river swimming nearby. The river was beautiful; even locals came there to swim! Before leaving for home after taking group photos together with everyone there—we promised to come back again soon! For families traveling with young children like ours (2 years old), having a spacious Japanese-style room along with amenities like baths & washing machines made everything so convenient! The owner’s kindness truly stood out—we’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Last year, I used Maigre for the first time, and this summer, I decided to stay here for two nights after much consideration. The Facility is excellent, and the sauna is absolutely amazing. However, while the water areas were clean as before, the cleaning of the flooring and carpet was not up to par. There was a lot of hair and food crumbs left behind. I ended up using my own wet wipes to clean before settling in. Everything else was perfect, but this aspect was disappointing again this time.

It was a very lovely accommodation. As we are planning our own home, we enjoyed discussing and taking inspiration from this place. If we have another chance to visit Nasu, we would love to stay here again. Thank you so much!

This beautifully renovated traditional house features a calm, relaxing interior finished with solid wood and plaster. In the early morning it felt more than 5°C colder than Tokyo, but there is not only air conditioning but also a kerosene fan heater, and once the house warms up it’s very comfortable. As the renovation was completed recently and cleaning is thorough, everything felt very clean. As described on the website, the kitchen is well equipped—enough to cook most meals—and having basic seasonings provided is rare for an entire-home rental and was extremely helpful. There is no TV, but there is a Bluetooth speaker and a record player, making it a great place to relax with music or read. I brought a small projector and had no trouble projecting onto the wall. Step outside and you can enjoy magnificent views of the Southern Alps; with little traffic, it’s a wonderful area for walks. I arrived by public transportation, and both Yamanashi Kotsu buses and the local community bus stop nearby, so getting around was easy. However, I heard that Yamanashi Kotsu routes will be discontinued at the end of March 2026; relying only on about five community bus services per day may be quite limiting. There’s a convenience store within walking distance, and around Nirasaki Station you’ll find a shopping mall as well as stylish cafés, pizza places, vintage clothing shops, bakeries, bars, and more—I felt this town development could be promoted even more. The owner was very considerate in many ways, which made my stay extremely comfortable. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.
