We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the in-room Onsen; it was very soothing. The meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The only disappointment was that there was no light near the bed and no bedside table to place glasses or a smartphone. The road to the Accommodation was narrower than expected, which was a bit scary.

The service was outstanding, and I’m truly glad we chose this Hotel. All the food and drinks were delicious. On the front desk floor, there were complimentary coffee and cold barley tea, and in the lounge area they even provided ice bars and Yakult for the next morning—everything was thoughtfully prepared. Of course, we also enjoyed the late-night soba. We had no complaints at all and had a wonderful stay.

We stayed for one night and two days. We could see the Kinugawa River from our Room, and everything was spotless—an extremely comfortable Room. The meals were a classic Plan centered around pork shabu-shabu, but the spread was very luxurious. It was delicious! The Onsen was also wonderful. Since it was raining, we couldn’t use the open-air bath at night, but by the next morning the rain had stopped and we were able to enjoy it. The water left our skin silky smooth—it was truly excellent. This has become an Accommodation we’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The riverside open-air bath was closed, but we used the outdoor Onsen reached by going down 300 steps. The staircase is so narrow that only one person can pass at a time. We were told it’s open until 11:00 p.m., but we were worried about our footing at night, so we went in the evening and again in the morning. While soaking, we enjoyed the river’s flow and the mountains, listening to the sound of the water. The stairs were tough, but I truly felt glad we came. The semi-open-air bath down about 20 steps was also wonderful, with a clear view of the mountains right in front of you. The temperature was perfect for me. I didn’t expect much from the indoor bath, but it had large windows and felt very pleasant; there was a jacuzzi, a reclining bath, and a hotter pool where we could relax comfortably. Everyone at the Accommodation was very kind and welcoming. Dinner came in many small dishes. The beef and the meatballs in the hot pot were delicious. Even simple items like the beef sauce, hot-pot broth, and pickles were all excellent. The portions were just right for us as a couple. I think you need to be fairly fit to visit an outdoor Onsen that requires going down 300 steps—but I’m really glad we did. This isn’t about the Accommodation itself, but both the bus driver from Nasushiobara Station and the person at Shiobara Onsen Terminal who explained a map of Shiobara Onsen were incredibly friendly, which made our memories of this trip even better. I regularly stay at Business Hotels across the whole country for both work and personal travel. This was my first time staying at Super Hotel Shikokuchuo. I checked in after 11:30 p.m., and the front desk staff’s courteous, heartfelt service immediately put me at ease. The clean, comfortable, modern ladies’ shower room was excellent—thanks to the ReFa shower head and the latest ReFa hair dryer, my hair felt wonderfully smooth and I was very satisfied. Even though the women’s large public bath hours are short, I felt it was more than enough because the ladies’ shower room is available for longer hours. The choice of pillows and eco-friendly services were also great. From the 150 cm-wide bed to the Room layout, amenities service, welcome drink, thorough cleaning in every corner—everything showed thoughtful attention to detail. The breakfast with its wide variety of dishes was delicious as well. Above all, every staff member was kind, polite, and truly pleasant—I was impressed. I could really feel both Super Hotel Shikokuchuo’s high standards and the strong commitment of all its staff. I will definitely stay again. I hope you continue your great work and remain a wonderful Business Hotel.

At IKYU, it was categorized as casual, but we enjoyed a luxurious Onsen experience that felt like staying at a private villa. The Room had a spacious washroom, and the toilet being separate was also convenient. The heater in the Room was turned on in advance, so we stayed warm without needing to use the air conditioner. Various thoughtful touches were noticeable throughout, and I heard that adjustments are made regularly. It had such a pleasant atmosphere that made us wish to stay longer. Here are some points of concern: It would be helpful if spare foot mats were provided for the private bath so they can be replaced after use. The abundance of wash towels was very convenient. A single fresh flower in the Room would add charm since there were flowers in the dining area. During meal service, providing more details about local ingredients or cooking methods would be appreciated by travelers—it may require extra effort from staff but makes for enjoyable conversations while savoring meals. Having a menu list would also enhance the dining experience further.

This is a highly recommended glamping Accommodation. Many of the staff are young, and everyone provides outstanding hospitality. They also replied quickly to questions we sent by message before our stay, which made us feel reassured from the start. We visited in mid-July, and since the weather wasn’t great, the temperature didn’t get too high and we stayed comfortable. (On sunny, hot days, it may get a bit warm inside the tent. There is air conditioning, but it’s not very powerful.) Basically, everything you need is provided. (Coleman BBQ grill, charcoal, fire starters, tongs, fan, etc.) This time we stayed on a Plan that included dinner with late check-in. The meal came with beef, chicken, pork, and even game meat—honestly more than enough for a family of four with a teenage boy who eats a lot. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights), they were flexible in helping us store what we couldn’t finish and even switching the next day’s meat to seafood as needed, which was wonderful. Both my spouse and I enjoy alcohol, so we really enjoyed the all-you-can-drink option. The selection was so good it almost felt unfair for an unlimited plan—and we were able to fully savor drinks unique to Hokkaido as well. They also had soft drinks like Hokkaido apple juice and milk (and it was delicious), which our teenage son definitely appreciated. There’s also a toaster so you can warm up bread you buy yourself, and coffee is available both hot and iced—truly attentive service throughout. You do need to leave the tent to use the bath and toilets, but neither felt crowded at all; everyone seemed considerate and kept things clean. It can feel slightly scary if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night (haha), but there are lights everywhere so it still feels safe. There is also a private sauna available for an additional fee; being able to relax there as a family of four may have been our best memory from this trip. Spending quiet time together while listening to the river was truly blissful. This is an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again if I have another chance—thank you very much!

I stayed here because of its convenient location for enjoying a concert at Ohga Hall. This Hotel has a quiet atmosphere that lets you feel Karuizawa’s history. Thanks to the kind and attentive service from the staff, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much. However, I felt that seniors should be careful of the step in the bathroom.

I had a very comfortable stay. Once again, I was delighted by the warmth of all the staff. Everyone is attentive and hardworking, and your hospitality truly comes through—creating a relaxing atmosphere. Last time I was too full to try the late-night tantanmen, so this time I moved dinner earlier and adjusted my timing by singing karaoke right up until then. The tantanmen was the perfect portion and delicious. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much for your kind care.

Upon arriving at Omoide Roman-kan by car, staff were already there and guided us to the parking area. Their service was polite and pleasant, leaving a great first impression. In the lobby, you can enjoy as many drinks as you like. There were draft beer, sparkling wine, and sake as well. It’s available not only at check-in but also after the baths, and they also had ice pops. No matter what you have, there are no extra charges. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes, all of them delicious. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy local specialties. Here too, no matter how much alcohol you drink, there is no additional fee. The Room was a twin Room, very spacious and spotless. The sofa and cushions were perfect for relaxing comfortably. The baths were excellent as well—the tea open-air bath felt amazing. It’s also great that there is a separate riverside open-air bath. Large public bath before dinner, riverside open-air bath after dinner… I even went in both before and after breakfast. The massage chairs were free to use too. This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive Accommodation, and it was truly exceptional—everything was taken care of for us. I would love to stay again.

Although we only stayed for just under six hours on a day trip this time, it was a soothing space where we could relax and feel refreshed after a long time. The full-course kaiseki dinner was beautifully presented with a seasonal touch and was absolutely delicious. Next time, we would definitely like to return for an overnight stay.

Last time we stayed in the B&B, but this time we used the cottage. The Room had a very calming atmosphere, and we were able to relax and take it easy while enjoying the drinks in the refrigerator. It was a shame that the bath had been changed so it can no longer be fully opened as a semi-open-air bath, but it was still very soothing. We had our meals in a separate building, and everything was delicious and satisfying. However, since we don’t drink alcohol, we would have appreciated some non-alcoholic options at a lower price point. Also, it would be helpful to have an instruction sheet showing where the light switches are located.

Before the end of the rainy season, it rained and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji during our stay. The location was excellent, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious—we ate lots of great food, and beer was all-you-can-drink. The Onsen felt a bit lukewarm, and there was only an indoor bath with no open-air bath, but overall we were satisfied. In the Japanese-style Room, it was cold with the air conditioner and summer bedding, so we used a blanket from the closet. The pillows were low. The air conditioner was positioned out of sight, and the Room became quite dry while sleeping, so next time we turned on the humidifier in the corner of the Room. Being confused in the middle of the night was a small downside. There were water and coffee services at reception, an extension cord for charging in the Room, and Japanese sweets provided as well—these thoughtful details were much appreciated.

As I had never stayed on the coast before, I chose this hotel because it offered a buffet and all-you-can-drink. When I mentioned it was my first stay, a staff member kindly escorted me to the elevator. Other staff also greeted me, which made me feel very welcome. The buffet I had been looking forward to had a wide variety of dishes—one of the best among the hotels I’ve stayed at. After the buffet, we enjoyed playing table tennis. It was a wonderful Hotel, and I’d love to visit again.

This was an Accommodation I had been interested in for some time. The hot water was pleasantly warm, so I could soak and relax at length. The meals were excellent, and I also ordered grilled sesame tofu as an extra. It was exquisite. Overall, the service was very good, and I would like to visit again.

After sightseeing in Kamikochi (Mt. Yakedake hike) on Sunday, 5/31, I stayed at Super Hotel Nagano/Iida Inter. The best part was being able to stay at such a great price with breakfast included (delicious bread, salads, side dishes, etc.), and it reaffirmed that choosing this Hotel was the right decision. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have the chance! One suggestion: I would personally appreciate it if breakfast could start 30 minutes earlier, from 6:00 a.m. This would make it easier to travel smoothly for sightseeing that day, so I hope you will consider it.

True to its name as an Accommodation with Onsen, the hot springs left our skin silky smooth and helped us feel refreshed. The hospitality was also attentive, and thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

We stayed in a 14-tatami room with the Beef Shabu-Shabu Plan. We drove there, and after check-in they kindly provided Shuttle Service to Togendai. Dinner featured beautifully marbled beef shabu-shabu, which got the whole family excited, and it was delicious. Although we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji even once due to afternoon thunderstorms on both days, we were very satisfied with the great hot spring bath and tasty meals.

We had the pleasure of staying at Yumoto Yukomaso, a member of the Japan Association for Protecting Secluded Hot Springs. The location, Onsen, and meals were all in perfect harmony at a consistently high level, allowing us to fully enjoy everything this Accommodation has to offer. What left the strongest impression was the Onsen overlooking lush spring greenery in a wonderfully rustic setting. Soaking in the water while surrounded by birdsong and the crystal-clear air of Mt. Asahidake was truly exceptional. The cuisine was also outstanding, showcasing the chef’s dedication—deeply flavorful dashi that brought out the best in each ingredient, and beautifully presented dishes plated with great care that conveyed genuine craftsmanship. Our Room was Superior Twin Room 401. We were soothed by birdsong and a refreshing breeze through the window, and thanks to their carefully selected spring water and comfortable mattress—together with the benefits of the Onsen—we felt deeply restored both body and mind. Our walk around Mt. Asahidake is also an unforgettable memory. This has become one of our favorite Accommodations, and we will definitely return.
