The guest room was very clean and beautiful. The hiba wood bath smelled wonderful and was amazing. The atmosphere of the building was also great. And the food was incredibly delicious!! The sashimi at dinner was so fresh it was hard to believe we were staying at an Accommodation in the mountains. For breakfast, we were very satisfied to enjoy many local dishes such as Aomori’s famous ika-menchi and Towada barayaki. Most impressive of all was the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. Since we had a small child with us, thank you very much for all your consideration. In particular, the staff member who assisted us at dinner welcomed us with a wonderful smile, creating a memorable experience that will stay with us. Thank you very much. We visited as a large group, and everyone praised it as an outstanding Accommodation. We would definitely love to visit again in another season. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I visited solo on vacation last year and loved it so much that I came back for our honeymoon with my husband. We stayed in an Ocean Villa for three nights, and the blue ocean and sky from the Room, along with the delicious food and drinks, were amazing. My husband was thrilled too, and I’m so glad we came together. There are other Room types as well, but I wanted to wake up, open the window, and feel the sea right away—so I was completely satisfied. However, since people playing in the ocean can be quite close, those who prefer more privacy might want to choose a different Room type farther away. Also, it would be nice if there were an easy way to buy light snacks inside the Hotel when you get hungry. This trip also became a wonderful memory—thank you very much. Whenever I come to Amami, I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again.

This was our fourth stay. We usually come with our kids for about three nights, and there’s never a shortage of daytime activities—pool time, crafts, fishing, table tennis, and ceramic painting. This time we also went hiking and visited the herb garden. After working up a sweat, we could soak in the Onsen anytime, and it was wonderful that the lounge was almost always available to use. We visit during summer vacation and at year-end. Since we don’t have a family home to return to, this place feels like one for us. We’ll definitely be back again—thank you in advance.

Last time we stayed in the B&B, but this time we used the cottage. The Room had a very calming atmosphere, and we were able to relax and take it easy while enjoying the drinks in the refrigerator. It was a shame that the bath had been changed so it can no longer be fully opened as a semi-open-air bath, but it was still very soothing. We had our meals in a separate building, and everything was delicious and satisfying. However, since we don’t drink alcohol, we would have appreciated some non-alcoholic options at a lower price point. Also, it would be helpful to have an instruction sheet showing where the light switches are located.

During this season, the lobby of Iriomote Island Hotel was filled with the scent of peach vine. While it does not offer the all-inclusive, attentive service found at Resort Hotels on Okinawa Main Island or Miyako Island, Iriomote Island Hotel has its own unique comfort and is surrounded by magnificent nature. Once again, we were able to fully enjoy the scenery and atmosphere that can only be experienced here.

I stayed here to visit the Senjojiki Cirque. All the staff were energetic and cheerful, and I had a very comfortable stay. Dinner, centered around hearth-cooked dishes, used plenty of local ingredients and was a delight. Since it’s not a sunken kotatsu, if sitting on the floor is difficult for you, they can lend you a floor chair. Because I was leaving early in the morning, they changed breakfast to an onigiri bento. Eating those onigiri while enjoying the views at Senjojiki was amazing. The Onsen water felt gentle, and the temperature was easy to soak in. I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Senjojiki!

As a truly secluded Onsen, the drive to get there was challenging, but it was a wonderful Accommodation well worth the effort. Surrounded by abundant nature, even the wait for the cable car was enjoyable as we took in the gorge views and watched small birds. We also used the private bath first thing in the morning and were able to fully enjoy the Onsen while embraced by quiet nature—it was truly an exceptional moment. All of your staff are wonderfully international, and rather than striving for perfection, each person’s sincere, heartfelt work came through, which made us feel very warm inside. At dinner, you kindly changed our table to a window seat, and we enjoyed delicious dishes along with the beautiful scenery. My European husband was also very satisfied. Next time, we would love to return during the autumn foliage or snowy season. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

We stayed to recuperate after an illness during the intense heat. We would definitely like to come again in every season. The view from the Room and the night scenery were very soothing. The hamo hot pot kaiseki was exquisite.

The meals were absolutely delicious. They had a strong local character, and the beautifully presented dishes made the most of the ingredients—we were very satisfied. The open-air bath in the Room was spacious with wonderful water, and the Room was clean and relaxing. Since we stayed on a day with bad weather and couldn’t see a sky full of stars, this is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

As always, the hospitality was outstanding. Rather than a scripted approach, each staff member’s personality shines through in their service, which leaves a lasting impression and makes the stay truly comfortable. I always hope to be the kind of guest the team is happy to welcome. This time we also used your affiliated golf course and a restaurant at The Busena Terrace, and it was very reassuring that information was shared seamlessly between them. It was the busy summer holiday season with many families, but since it was just the two of us as a couple, The Atta Terrace felt calm and especially relaxing. On our way home we talked about wanting to stay for about a week next time. We’ll do our best until we can return again.

I stayed here because of its convenient location for enjoying a concert at Ohga Hall. This Hotel has a quiet atmosphere that lets you feel Karuizawa’s history. Thanks to the kind and attentive service from the staff, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much. However, I felt that seniors should be careful of the step in the bathroom.

I stayed on a windy day. Although I lit the fire in the outdoor fire pit, sparks were flying everywhere due to the wind, so I quickly put it out. The strong wind made it feel very cold, and I couldn't stay outside for long to tend to the fire, which was a bit disappointing. For the barbecue grill, we only grilled bread and sausages for breakfast. (When there was no sunlight, even this grilling task felt too cold as standing outside at night with the wind hitting my body was unbearable.) The sauna had already been preheated upon our arrival, so we could relax and use it right away—thank you! After enjoying the sauna, we also used the bath. The spacious bathroom and bathtub were very comfortable. The provided warm jacket-like garment kept us cozy—it was great! Additionally, we loved the indoor fireplace here. It’s surrounded by bricks with a wide opening. Watching the flames leisurely turned out to be more enjoyable than expected; in fact, it satisfied us more than using an outdoor fire pit. Due to our misunderstanding during research beforehand, we thought check-in would be contactless and arrived late without realizing that staff were waiting at the entrance for us—we panicked upon arrival when we realized this mistake. We sincerely apologize for that incident. In summer stays without fireplaces or stoves available elsewhere before this trip where accommodations were entirely contactless led us astray into assuming similar arrangements here too—but facilities like stoves/fireplaces/saunas often require initial face-to-face explanations regarding safety measures which indeed proved helpful during our first visit here! While subsequent visits might allow non-contact check-ins if feasible—it’s understandable either way depending on preferences. Regarding other aspects: unfortunately one ceiling-mounted BOSE speaker wasn’t functional despite inquiries via chat support; however alternative Bluetooth speakers indoors sufficed instead though slightly disappointing initially especially since someone accompanying me wanted testing them specifically but overall manageable workaround existed nonetheless thankfully! Lastly nearby surroundings exploration revealed missed opportunity discovering sausage vending machine shop selling unique spiral-shaped pork products located mere moments away driving distance-wise regrettably overlooked amidst rushed schedule entering accommodation earlier yet noted firmly future revisit plans ensuring purchase next time around certainly happening surely anticipated eagerly forward-looking ahead optimistically excitedly planning accordingly prepared better informed now aware previously unknown detail learned valuable insight gained appreciated thoroughly enjoyed As the title suggests, I felt this was a top-class Hotel in every respect—guest rooms, service, baths, and dining. In particular, I thoroughly enjoyed the Classic Dinner, savoring its carefully crafted colors and flavors down to the finest details. Rather than resting on tradition alone, the Hotel embraces changing times as well, which I believe is why it continues to captivate people today.

We stayed with an infant and a young child, and had a very comfortable stay. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and every staff member was extremely kind and hospitable, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The meals were well prepared and thoughtfully presented. Since we have children, we are careful about ingredients and additives, but we were able to enjoy everything with peace of mind right through to the final dessert. It was also convenient that the bus stop for the Komagatake Ropeway Station is right in front of the Accommodation. For families with small children, this Accommodation has it all—the spacious Room, the warm support from the staff, reassuring meals, and a convenient location—making it very easy to stay here. We would definitely like to return.

This was our second stay. Our whole family loved it last time, so we made a Reservation again without hesitation. The dining here is outstanding—although it’s a buffet, everything looked so good that we wanted to try it all, and every dish was delicious. The Room and the baths were also great, and the nighttime fireworks were beautiful and truly impressive. We’d love to stay again!

We were welcomed at the entrance, completed a seated check-in, and when we arrived on our Room floor, the lovely aroma (bergamot) made us feel wonderful. Our Room was upgraded for us. The open-air bath in the Room was spacious and very relaxing. The large public bath was also excellent. Dinner was delicious from start to finish. The Shimane wine as an aperitif was so good that we also had a glass of white wine—and the tasting of three local sakes was outstanding. The meal included wagyu simmered in wine, simmered nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), Shimane wagyu shabu-shabu, and unameshi—all incredibly tasty. I was completely full and thought I could only manage dessert, but I ended up finishing everything. So full! Breakfast was also wonderful—the freshly grilled overnight-dried conger eel was amazing. And my favorite treat, the shijimi clam miso soup, had large clams and a light flavor; it naturally made me let out an “ah,” like something out of Bakébaké-style folklore. All of the staff were polite and kind, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. It turned into a great trip, and we would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of our family of four for one night and two days. One of us was delayed due to work and might not have made it in time for dinner. When we informed the staff, they kindly changed our dining Room and made various thoughtful arrangements so that even if we arrived late, we could relax without rushing. We were in a difficult situation, and I was truly moved by your deep hospitality. I asked for their name, but they said, “We all do this together...” To Mr./Ms. K-sawa and all the staff members at the dinner venue, thank you very much for everything. I was deeply impressed. We will come again. Thank you so much!!

The weather wasn’t great, but the view from the window was wonderful, and I had a comfortable stay. The meals looked beautiful and tasted great, and I really enjoyed them. I was surprised by the afternoon-tea-style presentation. Towels are provided at the Onsen, so you can go without bringing anything. You can wear the samue anywhere in the building, which makes it very relaxing. The samue is comfortable to wear, and it has pockets so you can carry your phone with you.

Thank you for taking care of us during the event at Stella Theater. The staff were incredibly attentive, the food was delicious, and everything was simply outstanding.

I was amazed by the amount of food served at dinner. There was more than I could finish, and given the times we live in, I felt very sorry about that. With plenty of fresh Sanriku seafood and a relaxing soak in the Onsen, it was an Accommodation I was extremely satisfied with.
