Even in midsummer, the maximum temperature is around 25°C, and mornings and evenings are below 20°C, providing natural air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Norikura Highlands is also a stargazing paradise! At Ichinose Meadow, you can experience the best starry sky with no artificial light and crystal-clear air. Starting from late September, the autumn foliage begins at the upper part of Mt. Norikura and gradually descends the mountain. By mid-October, the highlands reach their peak with vibrant autumn colors. In November, the larch forests across Norikura Highlands turn golden, painting the late autumn scenery of Norikura.
