The entire Property is reserved for your stay, and as an unmanned Facility, you can enjoy your time without worrying about other guests or staff. The entrance key is a unique PIN code for each guest and comes with an auto-lock system for your peace of mind. (The PIN code will be sent via email approximately 5 days before check-in.) Kimi no Ie is a standalone house located just a 1-minute walk from Izanagi Shrine, featuring a café on the first floor and accommodation space on the second floor. Inside, there is a bright living room with gentle textured flooring, a bedroom with a low bed, and a Japanese-style room with the soothing scent of tatami. Conveniently located just a 1-hour drive from Naha Airport and only a 2-minute drive to the beach near Kibogaoka Entrance. BBQ facilities are available (additional fee applies). We strive to provide a comfortable stay as "the perfect base for your trip." In spring, you can enjoy delicacies such as isaza, Tango torigai, and rock oysters, while in winter, the town is blessed with ingredients like Matsuba crab, yellowtail, oysters, and Spanish mackerel.Our Ryokan, established in 1902, is quite old but perfect for those who wish to relax on tatami mats. Unfortunately, Maizuru does not have Onsen, so our baths use heated water. It takes about 30 minutes by car from Tomiura Interchange in Minamiboso City, Chiba Prefecture to reach our facility. There is a beach right in front, and during the summer season, you can go to the sea in your swimsuit directly from your room! When you return, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower in the parking lot. After that, if you get hungry, you can enjoy a BBQ in the evening with grilled meat, yakisoba, grilled corn, and more. Even if it's not the swimming season, you can enjoy rock pooling and shell gathering on the beach, and there are many tourist spots nearby. It takes about 50 minutes by car north along the coast to the famous Kamogawa Sea World, and about 7 minutes south by car to the Nojimazaki Lighthouse at the southernmost tip of Chiba Prefecture. From the bench set on top of the rocky area there, you can have a 180-degree view of the blue sea and sky all to yourself! You can also see the sunrise and sunset. Please sit for a day and see for yourself (laughs). On holidays, there might be a line, so please share with others. Furthermore, from our facility, it takes about 45 minutes by car along the coast (about 25 minutes if not driving along the coast) to reach Tateyama City, where you can visit the Gyogyo! "Nagisa no Eki Tateyama" with the honorary stationmaster Sakana-kun Gallery. It's fun. Also, at our facility, you can enjoy unlimited YouTube Premium and U-NEX, allowing you to relax in your room. Our facility provides beds for up to 6 people as standard, but since there are double beds available, Child Sharing Existing Bedding is possible, allowing up to 9 people in Yuunagi and up to 10 people in Asanagi (Asanagi has 4 double beds). If there are more than 6 people, we have towels prepared for the number of people, so it would be helpful if you could let us know.
