From the windows, you can see Mikawa Bay, the distant Lagunasia, and on clear days, a breathtaking sunset sky and evening sun. While not flashy, the softly glowing streetlights, the illuminated Ferris wheel of Lagunasia, and the light trails of the Shinkansen unique to the Tokaido area create a quietly yet distinctly present natural screen that changes with the seasons and time. The Ryokan Iroha-tei, featured in the NHK drama series "Kokoro," offers meticulously prepared meals by skilled chefs to delight guests on multiple night stays and regular patrons. All 28 rooms lack toilets and washbasins but can be used as private baths. We emphasize local production and consumption, using locally sourced ingredients and homegrown organic vegetables to provide handmade seasonal delicacies.

Our greatest pride is the natural Onsen that springs from our own private source on the property. We carefully preserve the luxury of fresh, free-flowing spring water with no added water and no heating. After partial renovations in 2021, the space now blends traditional charm with modern comfort.
