Minpaku Inariyama is an accommodation located on the quiet hillside of Inariyama, surrounded by bamboo groves and offering a pristine natural environment. Historically, this area was part of the Fujiwara family's estate and was considered sacred ground where many monks offered daily prayers to the deity of Inari. The name "Bōzan" (Monk's Mountain) originates from this history, as explained by the priest of Fushimi Kamitaka Shrine nearby.Our accommodation is ideal for exploring Fushimi Inari Taisha's numerous otsuka (sacred mounds) and spiritual sites. It takes about 18 minutes on foot to reach Fushimi Inari Taisha via Takenoshita Path, a bamboo-lined trail inaccessible to cars.
