At our Property, enveloped by greenery and the sounds of birds and nature, you will be greeted by flowers and energetic Okinawan plants lovingly cultivated by the owner each year. On the front side, there is a succulent plant shop where you can browse and purchase at your leisure during your stay. Domestic shipping is also available. Each Room in our Property is equipped with a mini kitchen. An original map of the nearby area is provided in your Room, allowing you to shop for ingredients at local supermarkets or roadside stations and enjoy cooking. Additionally, BBQ equipment is available for rent (for a fee), making it popular to enjoy a BBQ in the garden! In summer, insect collecting and bird watching are also recommended. To help you enjoy the seasons, the garden and interiors transform for Halloween in October and Christmas in December, with original illuminations to enjoy at night. During the summer months of July and August, a vinyl pool is set up in the garden for a limited time, allowing families to experience life in northern Okinawa.

A high-quality Property for relaxation has opened in the heart of Tokyo.Located 40-50 minutes by train from Narita Airport and a 4-minute walk from JR Yamanote Line's "Tabata Station." Our Property features five brand-new cottages with private dog runs, opened in 2023, as well as ten cottages facing a spacious natural grass dog run. All 15 cottages are equipped with Wi-Fi, offering excellent connectivity for a comfortable stay! We take special care to maintain cleanliness in every cottage to ensure our guests have a pleasant experience. In July 2024, our annex will OPEN! Located about a 5-minute drive from our Property, we have purchased an additional 60-tsubo plot of land next to the annex building. This space will include an expanded dog run and a gazebo where you can enjoy BBQs at your leisure without worrying about time. The artificial grass dog run also allows for up to two tents to be set up, making it easy to enjoy an outdoor atmosphere—already a big hit! Yamanashi Prefecture, known for its abundant fruit cultivation such as peaches and grapes, has long been famous as a wine-producing region. Our Property is located in "Katsunuma," an area particularly renowned for its thriving fruit orchards. "The Property with a View of Fruits" is named for its prime location surrounded by orchards, offering not just a view of the orchards but also the fruits themselves. The space where our guests stay is exclusively for their use, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and free-spirited time unique to Yamanashi. Approximately 90 minutes from Tokyo and just about a 5-minute drive from Katsunuma IC, the location is highly convenient. For those traveling by train, Katsunuma Budokyo Station is nearby, and we recommend taking a taxi from the station. The first-floor space is a café (Cafe Belle Raisin). We offer sweets and meals made with fruits unique to Yamanashi. While this is not part of the accommodation space, we encourage you to visit.
