The accommodation near the Kamo River, at the foot of Mount Daimonji, is located in the nature-rich Hyakumanben area and is just a short walk from Kyoto University. Nearby attractions include Chion-ji Temple, Shimogamo Shrine, Yoshida Shrine, and Ginkaku-ji Temple, with convenient access to Kyoto University of the Arts as well. The accommodation offers air-conditioned twin Western-style rooms with shared toilet, shower, washroom, and bathroom facilities.

A unique Property, "Yadoya Yumeji," is a standalone house located in a downtown residential area. The first floor features a karaoke and game lounge, while the second floor serves as the bedroom. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from Minowa Station on the Hibiya Line. The second-floor bedroom, with its atmospheric large lighting, includes two semi-double beds and a futon set in a Japanese-style Room. Conveniently, the restroom and washbasin are located just outside the bedroom. A coin parking lot and bakery are within a 1-minute walk, and a convenience store and natural Onsen are within a 5-minute walk, making it an ideal place to stay with friends or family.

"Yadoya Iroha" is a recommended Property for those who want to enjoy relaxing time with their family while also having a space to focus on work alone. Upon entering the entrance, your eyes will be drawn to the traditional soba shop-style stools. Usually, you can only experience the comfortable texture of these stools for a short time at restaurants, but at this Property, you can enjoy them to your heart's content. The soba shop-style stools are paired with a dining table that highlights the charm of natural wood. Next to it is a kitchen, adding a touch of a restaurant-like atmosphere and making the Property more interesting. Across from the kitchen is a restroom, and at the far end of the first floor is a shower room. On the second floor, there are two Rooms. One is a bedroom with two futons and an additional futon space in the loft above. The other Room is a workspace equipped with a desk and chair set. You can focus on work alone in between family time. Additionally, if you need to work late and don't want to disturb your family, you can sleep in the loft attached to this Room, where one futon can be laid out. A restroom is conveniently located just outside the Room. Each floor has a restroom, and each Room is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Please note that there are stairs and steps inside the house. The first floor includes a living-dining area, kitchen, shower room, restroom, and washing machine. The second floor has a Japanese-style Room with a loft and a workspace. The workspace also has a loft where one futon can be laid out. The Property can accommodate up to three guests.
