We were completely satisfied overall! The staff kindly checked in to make sure our dog was comfortable, which we really appreciated. The Room was spotless and very clean. The amenities provided were stylish as well. Everything for the light BBQ and the paella ingredients was fresh, delicious, and we were very happy with it. We brought our own alcoholic drinks. Making hot sandwiches in the morning was a great experience too, since there’s an easy-to-follow instruction sheet. It was hot during the day, but at night the temperature became comfortable, and we could relax with our dog in a hammock. The ger tent we stayed in was a little farther away, so we weren’t bothered by other families’ dogs. The only downside is that there are some spots where the internet connection is weak, but it’s actually nice for unplugging and chilling away from everyday life. We’d definitely recommend this place to friends who have dogs.

A hidden gem at our breakfast restaurant is the Fisherman's Bowl, also known as Mago Chazuke. Served in a special bowl with half a portion of white rice, namero (minced fish), shirasu (whitebait), pickled plum, grated yam, shredded seaweed, wasabi, and dashi broth. Perfect for those looking to replenish salt and energy during summer fatigue—give it a try! Enjoy it with the scent of the sea and ocean breeze! We have a suggestion: how about offering an "Ahi Creative Tuna Bowl" during lunchtime someday? GINGER or SPICY Ahi bowls are extremely popular in Hawaii. We believe it would be perfect for SAYAN's lunch menu and could become a hit dish. You can compare it to OFF THE HOOK or MAGURO SPOT—Ono!! Announcement! Compact yet fully equipped. Thoughtful attention to detail made possible by its intimate size. I felt a warmth you won’t find in a large Hotel. I was impressed by how well designed the bath area is—the atmosphere feels completely different at night and in the morning. I will definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, thanks to the very kind staff. There was too much food at dinner, so I couldn’t finish it. The bath was also very nice. I had hurt my knee, so I didn’t get to walk around the famous garden, but I was able to relax in the Room. There were also USB ports by the bed.

A luxuriously designed, calm Hotel for adults. Both the meals and service were very satisfying. The semi-open-air jacuzzi was also available, so it felt like we had it all to ourselves. Personally, it would be best if the bed were a bit softer. It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as the highly rated Reviews said.

The Room with a front-row view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge was spacious and spotless, and everything stood out as exceptional among all the Hotels and Accommodations we have visited so far; we could truly feel the Hotel’s thoughtful hospitality everywhere we looked. We had dinner in Kobe City and only breakfast at the Hotel, but the in-room breakfast was absolutely delicious. We happened to make a Reservation at this Hotel for our trip to Kobe, but thanks to the heartfelt care shown by all of your staff, we were able to spend a day that will remain a cherished memory. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much to everyone on the staff.

I’m truly sorry for having to rush you due to our circumstances, but the meal was absolutely wonderful—everything from the tableware and presentation to the flavors. I only wish we could have enjoyed it more slowly. My son also said he definitely wants to visit again, so next time I hope we can invite my daughter and her husband and come together. We stayed in a Room on the 3rd floor. I can go up and down stairs normally now, but when my knees were bad, stairs were not possible for me. It may be a bit difficult for guests who need a cane.

Welcome drinks, especially the cold sake, were a delightful touch appreciated by the host. Although the walk to the bath was a bit long, guests could choose their yukata, and the men's and women's baths alternated daily for added variety. The Room was a spacious Japanese-Western style, and dinner was served in just the right portions. After check-out, guests could relax in the lobby or garden at their leisure.

The Room, amenities, and service were all excellent. The lobby atmosphere was wonderful. Please let me stay again the next time I visit Hakata!

I think this is a very good Hotel with excellent value for money. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that it can feel crowded and a bit hard to get around because there are so many guests—proof of how popular this Accommodation is. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Staying at this price during the Obon holiday is wonderful. Although the exterior looks a bit worn, the inside has been nicely renovated and we were able to stay comfortably. The meals also offered sufficient quality and quantity for the price. However, perhaps because it was Obon, dinner felt drawn out as it took quite a long time for the next dishes to be served. That said, it was an Accommodation with excellent value for money and a high level of satisfaction.

The 6-tatami Japanese-style room was on the second floor, and both the bath and the breakfast venue were very convenient. The air conditioning was just right, and I slept well.

I stayed in a newly renovated Room with an open-air bath. The Room was spacious, and the open-air bath was large enough to relax in comfortably, which was great. The food was carefully prepared and very delicious.

This trip was planned as a motorcycle touring trip with an overnight stay. When I arrived at the Accommodation, the front desk staff kindly guided my motorcycle to a covered area and even provided an umbrella, which I really appreciated. The bath wasn’t large, but it was more than satisfactory. Above all, I can highly recommend the meals. Dinner was very satisfying, like a course meal—from meat and sashimi to pudding for dessert. And breakfast? It also offered a variety of delicious items such as grilled fish, and just like dinner I went back for seconds of rice. I’d like to stay here again when visiting the Fukushima area. From the Room I could see Lake Inawashiro; it was quiet around there and I slept very well.

The larger bed made my stay very comfortable. I’d like to stay here again.

From the welcome service until departure, we enjoyed unlimited drinks such as coffee, tea, and Furano wine, along with snacks, and were able to relax by the fireplace. Even though it was August, the fireplace was lit and the atmosphere was wonderful. Just before leaving, I found out you can toast and eat marshmallows there—I wish I had tried it. The stamp rally inside the Hotel was also fun, and my grandchild was delighted with the souvenir we brought back. The Hotel garden is nicely decorated as well. For dinner, only the main dish was served at our table and everything else was buffet-style, so we could casually choose whatever we liked. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—we were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know who is visiting Furano.

Highly recommended accommodation for watching basketball games at the Fukushima Firebonds' home venue. Enjoy a relaxing stay in a calm atmosphere, just within walking distance to the venue (about 15 minutes). Taxis can be arranged promptly by requesting at the front desk. The breakfast area is spacious and provides a very peaceful experience. Breakfast is Japanese-style, with unlimited refills of rice and miso soup. All staff are friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a connecting room for four people and had an excellent time—definitely want to visit again!

Both the quality and quantity were excellent, and we truly enjoyed a delicious dinner. We were especially impressed to be served grilled sweetfish with salt, which we never expected. Thank you very much.
