Since we don’t do sightseeing, we focus on meals and the Onsen and look for an Accommodation where we can relax in our Room—this place is perfect! Above all, the food is delicious, the Onsen feels wonderful, and we can spend time at ease in a simple yet spotlessly cleaned Room. The Wi‑Fi connects smoothly as well, so it’s completely stress-free. With each dish, we enjoyed imagining how it was prepared while looking at the menu, and once again our hearts were full—it was pure happiness. Not only is the cooking excellent, but the couple’s calm and gentle atmosphere is so comforting that this has become our favorite Accommodation. We’ll be back in a different season—thank you in advance.

This was our first trip with our beloved dog, who is like family to us. We were completely satisfied with everything—the clean and beautifully maintained living room, kitchen, bedroom, wood deck, and dog run—and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The water facilities, toilet, and bathroom were also spotless, like new, and very comfortable to use. We would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

As always, we thoroughly enjoyed your wonderful meals. We also had the chance to spend time with the cats and had a truly delightful stay. We love the cabbage fields visible from our Room. We bought some vegetables from the Accommodation to take home, and they were delicious—making us happy all over again. We will be back again. Thank you in advance for your continued hospitality.

We traveled with my elderly mother-in-law, and as on our previous stay, everything—such as preparing chairs—was arranged with extra care, allowing us to spend a very comfortable time. The meals were consistently excellent as well. Since we stay around the same time every year, we would appreciate it if you could consider adding a bit more variety to items such as the hassun. To all the staff, thank you very much for your help and thoughtful attention.

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at a comfortable pace. It was quiet and spotless throughout, and the Onsen was incredibly open and wonderful. Every meal was deeply delicious. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. I feel as if both my body and mind have been refreshed. I can hardly believe how reasonably priced it is. Thank you very much. It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as the Reviews said. The food, the interior throughout the property, and the furnishings in the guest rooms were all tastefully chosen, and since there were only six groups of guests, we were able to relax even though it was peak season. The staff’s service was also excellent. It was an Accommodation that made us want to come back again after a long time.

We stayed here overnight while traveling back home. My child loves cars, so seeing engines and car bodies everywhere was exciting in itself, and we were able to spend a fulfilling, luxurious time. As I was traveling with my mother who has difficulty walking, we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal at a relaxed pace on the balcony, feeling the pleasant breeze while watching the circuit.

Every dish was delicious. I was especially captivated by the flavor and presentation of the Japanese-style mousse. With each course that followed, I could feel the care put into every detail, and even the dessert was outstanding. If it were closer, I would want to stay every time the menu changes. In the past, I loved the cuisine at a nearby Ryokan and stayed there every month. However, when the head chef changed, I was surprised at how much the taste could change even though the menu remained the same. I truly hope your cuisine will continue to be preserved. Each staff member welcomed us with a warm, natural smile and kind service, and it made me feel this is a wonderful Ryokan. Thank you very much.

Our family of four stayed for two nights in connecting Rooms. From our Room, we enjoyed beautiful views of Lake Biwa and different sunsets each day. The large public bath was also wonderful, allowing us to relax and recover from our travels at a leisurely pace. During our stay, we were able to unwind with complimentary drinks in the 10th-floor lounge as many times as we liked. The staff kindly spoke to us throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. The relaxing Facility, the charming Room, the wonderful cuisine, and the silky Onsen I could stay in forever—everything was exceptional. We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and everything was exceptional. Being able to soak in the wonderful Onsen at any time, surrounded by the soothing scent of hinoki cypress, was pure bliss. The meals were outstanding—especially breakfast. We were truly impressed by the carefully prepared dishes made with delicious dashi, and ended up eating far more rice than usual. Every staff member was kind and attentive with just the right sense of distance, allowing us to relax throughout our stay. We would love to return again. We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate my mother-in-law's 60th birthday. When we arrived at the check-in time, the room we had requested in advance was prepared for us, which we truly appreciated. The staff's attentive and warm hospitality left a deep impression, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the beauty and comfort of the room. The onsen, with its silky smooth water quality, was among the best we've ever experienced. Additionally, both dinner and breakfast were meticulously prepared dish by dish, offering exquisite flavors that made for a luxurious meal perfect for such a special occasion. My mother-in-law was overjoyed and said she was truly glad to have come. It became a memorable stay that made this special day even more meaningful. With its quiet and serene atmosphere, impeccable service down to every detail—everything exceeded our expectations. Next time, we hope to enjoy a multiple night stay for an even more relaxing experience.

Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. I’m sorry my review is late. At this Accommodation, we were worried about making check-in on time due to unexpected traffic, but they handled it with incredible kindness and flexibility. We told them—though we didn’t know exactly when we would arrive—that we really wanted to have dinner, and they warmly replied, “We’ll be waiting.” In the end, we made it in time and were able to enjoy the meal without delay. It wasn’t an overly luxurious kind of service, but rather thoughtful hospitality that anticipated what guests might need—whether in the Room, the bath, or the meals. There was also live entertainment: a staff member performed a singing-and-guitar set during dinner. We had no idea there would be live music, so it was a wonderful surprise. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding, featuring seasonal ingredients and local specialties unique to the area. From presentation to flavor, everything was beyond words and truly enjoyable. I only wish we could have checked in earlier so we could have enjoyed more of the Accommodation. We would love to visit again.

After finally arriving through heavy rain on this trip, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The meals were served in a calm lounge, and we could really feel the care put into each dish. The Onsen was wonderful, but unfortunately, due to torrential rain severe enough to trigger warnings, the water temperature dropped on the morning of the second day. We were especially disappointed that we couldn’t use the bath in our Room. With expressways closed, sightseeing wasn’t possible at all, so we’d like to come back next time for a retry. The Accommodation is a pleasant, clean Hotel, and all of the staff were very kind.

This was my first stay here. The Facility was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. Everything I had always wished for when staying elsewhere was provided, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderfully attentive Accommodation. The food was delicious—above all, the rice was outstanding. The grilled fish was cooked perfectly, and the sashimi was fresh and very tasty. I was also very happy with the late-night rice ball and message. Breakfast had a great variety and was exciting as well. Personally, I especially appreciated having rice porridge. It was raining when we left, but thank you for carrying our luggage to the car. You also lent us an umbrella, so we were able to get to the car without getting wet. I forgot something behind, but I can only be grateful for your kind and careful assistance. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for letting us relax and enjoy our time there.

Due to a change of plans, I made a Reservation the day before. It was a rainy day and I arrived early, but I was able to choose a book from the many available and enjoy reading at a relaxed pace with a cup of coffee in hand. The spacious bath, especially the bubble bath, was very soothing. The meals were so plentiful that I couldn’t finish everything. The sunrise the next morning was beautiful. There were also goats and rabbits, and if it were closer, it’s a place where I’d love to bring my dog for a Multiple Night Stay.

Thank you for such a wonderfully relaxing time. The ocean view from the Room was amazing. The sunset show as the sun sank into the horizon was truly breathtaking!! At night we enjoyed stargazing, and in the morning we woke to the songs of wild birds... it was a blissful one-night stay. Both dinner and breakfast were satisfying in both portion size and taste. The Tango Koshihikari rice was delicious!! All of the Accommodation staff were incredibly friendly, and we were able to spend our time feeling very relaxed. I was even mistaken for a repeat guest by the staff member who guided us to our Room on arrival (lol). From check-in to check-out, everything felt so easygoing. I’d love to visit again in a different season—maybe even for a Multiple Night Stay. Oh, next time I’ll make sure to remember everyone’s names from their name tags. This Accommodation is highly recommended. The Room was clean and comfortable, and with the fresh greenery of the season, the semi-open-air Onsen was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and we had a pleasant stay. The location and surroundings are excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. Next time, I plan to choose the largest Room with an open-air bath.
