Unfortunately, it was raining, but towels were provided in front of the front desk, and I was impressed by how thoughtful that was. The hotel is close to the station, and the bath was great. After bathing, I enjoyed some ice cream while taking in the beautiful view. The late-night soba was excellent, and breakfast was also very delicious. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. We stayed as a family. This was our first family trip with two boys. We contacted the Ryokan in advance to make sure we wouldn’t cause any trouble, and thanks to their support we had a wonderful time. The water in Yumura has truly excellent quality. It was a hot day and our child had heat rash, but after the Onsen the itching seemed to go away. We will visit again. Thank you very much.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed as a family of eight. The Japanese-Western style room had three beds, and futons were provided in the tatami room. It was spacious enough for us to relax comfortably. The welcome drink and amenities such as shampoo were great. We booked a Plan that included vouchers worth 2,000 yen per person for a nearby Chinese restaurant, and we were able to eat until we were completely full. Thank you to all the staff for welcoming us with smiles.

A one-night trip with three friends. On the day of our stay, they picked us up at the station regardless of our arrival time, and after checkout they stored our luggage and later drove us back to the station after sightseeing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, we were able to relax in the Onsen, and the Room was spacious—making it a truly wonderful trip. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again. We arrived in the evening and chose the plan with two meals included. The only convenience store within walking distance is a Lawson about 10–15 minutes away. Since you have to cross a national highway at night, it feels far. We were glad we added meals. The carefully prepared dishes were unique both to look at and to taste, and we really enjoyed them. I definitely recommend adding meals. We went early in the morning to Ritsuunkyo, came back for breakfast, rested in our Room, and then hiked up Takeda Castle; being able to take breaks along the way was great. This is a recommended Accommodation. Since it is an old traditional house Hotel, I would not recommend it to those who cannot enjoy an older building or who expect perfect Facilities.

Surrounded by mountains, this Hotel is quiet and offers a relaxing, unhurried stay. At the front desk, you can borrow items such as soccer balls and badminton equipment. In summer, the indoor pool is also available, making it a comfortable choice for families with children to enjoy with peace of mind. The buffet felt slightly limited in variety, but everything tasted great and I went back for seconds several times. Depending on the season, there are also dishes featuring crab or abalone, giving the impression that guests of all ages can enjoy it. One small point to note is the shop: while there is a wide selection of souvenirs, there are fewer options for snacks and alcohol. You may want to buy those in advance at a convenience store or supermarket on the way. Also, because the building uses centralized air conditioning, there are no individual air conditioners in each Room. If you are sensitive to temperature changes, bringing lighter or warmer clothing may help you stay more comfortable.

Perhaps because it was the hot season, the Onsen was pleasantly uncrowded every time we went, which was wonderful! There were many types of baths, and we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. The Room felt a bit dated and small, but we only needed it for sleeping. The staff were kind, and when we left we even received a handwritten thank-you letter—it truly warmed our hearts. Thank you very much.

I realized upon arrival that I had stayed here once for work about 25 years ago. Perhaps it has been renovated since then, because the Room doesn’t feel dated at all. Oh—there is a card key, but it’s not the type that turns the power on when inserted (though it does have an auto-lock). The charging connectors support various types, giving me the impression they’ve tried to accommodate guests’ detailed needs as much as possible. The welcome drink was made with a single-cup machine, so I could enjoy a delicious coffee. The rental bicycles are also great value: 500 yen for 1 night and 2 days, and you can use them until check-out. It was very helpful since I needed to go out at night. A helmet is included as well.

Nothing was lacking, and both the in-room bath and the large public bath were clean and easy to use. In fact, the large public bath is more than well equipped, with both a sauna and a stone sauna. It’s a simple Hotel, but there’s nothing missing, the price is reasonable, and I’m satisfied.\nNext time I’d like to try the breakfast.

I stayed here last year as well, and even though the price is reasonable, the Facility is clean and the breakfast is delicious, so I was very satisfied and decided to return again this time. This Hotel is highly recommended for sightseeing in the area. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The meals were delicious, the amenities were well stocked, and even our young children had a great time—it was wonderful.

I had a Reservation for the Kasumi Geo Taxi from 8:30, so I left home at 4:30 in the morning. After enjoying the San’in Geopark from the boat, I arrived at the Ryokan early. They kindly let me into my Room a little ahead of time, so I was able to take a nap—truly grateful. That evening, I went to the Kasumi Hometown Festival (the seaside fireworks display), and due to traffic I returned to the Ryokan later than expected, but I was glad I could still use the bath. Since other guests were also going to the fireworks, they thoughtfully extended the bathing hours. As you’d expect from a cuisine-focused Ryokan, breakfast is absolutely delicious—I’m a repeat guest for that reason as well. Above all, every staff member is polite and kind, and their guest-centered care is truly admirable. The clean and well-maintained Ryokan reflects their genuine hospitality. It was a wonderful holiday both physically and mentally. Thank you very much.

It was a great Hotel. Because it’s new, it was very clean, and best of all, the bath, toilet, and washbasin were separate, and the bed was spacious. The front desk staff were also kind. The only disappointment was that although the breakfast buffet is available until 9:30, popular items were almost gone before 9:00 and didn’t seem to be replenished much. There were no sweets left at all.

Since it was a weekday, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I wished there was a large public bath. The family bath required a Reservation, so I couldn't use it this time. Next time, I plan to make a Reservation. Both the dinner and the breakfast buffet were delicious. The nighttime illumination was also beautiful.

I made a last-minute Reservation the day before and stayed for the first time in several years. The Room was in the separate annex on the 1st floor and was spacious for two people, new, and very clean. Although there was no view, we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. Regarding the bath showers, one shower stall was out of order. Since only two people had used it before us, we were able to wash without any issues, but I think it could be inconvenient when it is crowded. Also, I was disappointed that there was no hairbrush among the amenities in the bath area. There wasn’t one at the Room’s sink either, so I recommend that future guests bring their own. As others have mentioned, breakfast did not feel very filling and left me wanting a bit more. However, the coffee served after the meal was fragrant and delicious.

On the way back from Kinosaki Onsen, I stayed overnight as I am not comfortable driving at night. The Hotel seems new and clean. It is convenient with a roadside station and a convenience store nearby. The room appears to have a foreign-style design, with hangers placed at a high position. It might be slightly inconvenient for shorter individuals. Overall, it was a comfortable Hotel to stay in.

The building feels luxurious, the elevators are pleasantly fast, and the natural Onsen and open-air bath were clean, making for a very comfortable stay.

I often stay here during ski season. In Kannabe, dinner usually means a variety of hot pots, but here you can choose the proprietress’s chef’s-choice dinner. It’s outstanding—each time I stay the menu changes, and everything is incredibly delicious with generous portions. The price is also reasonable, so there’s nothing to complain about. Also, the hair dryer introduced this year is Panasonic’s top-of-the-line model—so good it brings back shine and softness to your hair. The futons are high quality and clean.

An invoice-compliant receipt was promptly sent via email, which was extremely helpful. I would definitely like to use your service again. Thank you very much.
