The maisonette-style Rooms feature two futons and two beds each. With a toilet and washbasin in every Room, even families with small children or those concerned about nighttime bathroom trips can stay with peace of mind. Within a 5-8 minute drive, you can reach JR Omi-Imazu Station, convenience stores, discount shops (DS), Heiwado, Komeri, Nishimatsuya, McDonald's, Autobacs, and other stores, making it a very convenient and pleasant environment. Hakodateyama Ski Resort is visible across the way, and it takes about 5 minutes by car to the gondola lift.
