As you drive up the winding mountain road with hairpin turns, you’ll eventually spot the Hotel at the top. With expectations rising for a great view… Once inside, the large lobby windows more than delivered, offering a breathtaking panoramic view over Mikawa Bay. In the Japanese-style Room, two beds had been set up—an appreciated touch for us as an older couple. Of course, the view from the Room was spectacular as well. The large public bath had both an indoor bath and an open-air bath at just the right temperature, and it felt wonderful. I wanted to stay in forever, so I cooled off now and then by splashing lukewarm water or cold water on myself to avoid overheating before soaking again. (Laughs) Dinner featured Aichi beef sukiyaki and abalone steak. Both were so delicious I wished I could have eaten more—but after finishing everything served, I realized it was actually the perfect amount. These days buffets are common and I often end up overeating, so having table service in a restaurant like this felt calm and healthy. Okazaki Castle is also about an hour’s drive from the Hotel, and I was happy to be able to reflect on Tokugawa Ieyasu’s legacy there. Within the castle grounds, Mikawa Bushi no Yakata: Ieyasu Museum is thoughtfully designed with well-planned exhibits—I’d love to visit again at a slower pace.

I use this Hotel when traveling to Hokuriku for work. It had been about a year since my last stay, and the staff’s smiles make this a truly relaxing place. Because I’m here for work, my arrival time is uncertain and I leave early in the morning, so I always book No Meals Included. The Room is kept very clean, and the magnifying mirror at the sink is really helpful when putting on makeup. I’m not sure if every Room has one, but it’s a nice touch. The larger-than-usual refrigerator is also convenient. Ice packs don’t freeze completely solid, but they do freeze to some extent. The Onsen is spacious and stylishly designed. The open-air bath is deep, and there’s a large stone inside that works like a seat—you can adjust your height, which is great. There’s also a cold bath, and I appreciate that it isn’t too cold. This time I arrived in the early evening, so I went out for dinner while taking a walk around the Onsen town. It’s within walking distance, which gave me one more thing to look forward to. I’ll continue staying with No Meals Included—thank you again for your hospitality.

The location is excellent. The Onsen exceeded expectations and could be featured more prominently. The staff’s kimono dressing is flawless. As expected of a long-established Ryokan, the proprietress’s training and guidance are clearly reflected throughout.

Thank you very much for a wonderful day the other day. Checking in through gardens in full seasonal bloom was a delight, and your bright, courteous service immediately put us at ease. The Room with a front-row view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge was spacious and spotless, and everything stood out as exceptional among all the Hotels and Accommodations we have visited so far; we could truly feel the Hotel’s thoughtful hospitality everywhere we looked. We had dinner in Kobe City and only breakfast at the Hotel, but the in-room breakfast was absolutely delicious. We happened to make a Reservation at this Hotel for our trip to Kobe, but thanks to the heartfelt care shown by all of your staff, we were able to spend a day that will remain a cherished memory. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much to everyone on the staff.

We stayed for two nights. Unfortunately it rained on the first day, but the second day was sunny and we were able to watch a beautiful sunset from the terrace—it was truly moving. However, there were quite a few insects on the terrace, so I recommend bringing insect repellent spray and medicine for insect bites. The open-air bath on the terrace was great, but it was a bit inconvenient that the indoor washing area was separate and required walking across Rooms. It was wonderful that bathing wear was provided, and that bath towels were available both by the bathroom and on the terrace! The expansive garden was also lovely. As it is right next to the sea, simply walking around the property allowed us to fully enjoy nature. There seemed to be quite a few international staff members, but communication was never an issue, and everyone provided very courteous service.

This was a calm, relaxing Ryokan right in front of Lake Biwa. The three of us—my older sister, my 93-year-old mother, and I—stayed here to celebrate my mother’s birthday. All the staff were very kind, and above all, every meal was delicious and truly enjoyable. The amber tea sweets are Futabaso’s original specialty and were incredibly tasty. I wanted to buy some but had given up because there was no shop on-site. When I asked a staff member, they told me it could be ordered for delivery, and they kindly prepared it for us before we left—making it the perfect souvenir. It was such a comfortable Ryokan that it made me want to book a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much to all the staff.

I stayed here to attend a festival and visit acquaintances. Since I arrived a bit early for check-in, I had to wait in the lobby, but the Room is on the first floor without needing an elevator, so it was stress-free. The Room air conditioner wasn’t on, and the heat when I entered was intense. The power turns on by inserting a long plastic stick attached to the key, so I wished there were a spare stick available. The large public bath was great—I could stretch out my legs and relax. There were even guests sleeping at the edge of the bath (lol). If you’re used to auto-locks, you might forget to lock the door, so be sure to check before going to sleep! When going out, I left my key at the front desk. Breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious—be careful not to overeat. All of the staff greeted me with wonderful smiles and provided pleasant service. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

The Facility is not the newest, but it has been renovated, kept very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The amenities were also well stocked, and there were even bath salts in the Room, which made the stay very comfortable. Having a separate bathroom and toilet is another big plus.

I usually stayed at ◯◯◯ Hotel, but this was my first time staying at Allore Hotel. Overall, it was a great choice! The breakfast salad was fresh and not frozen. However, I would have preferred the fish to be grilled. It seemed like there were no foreign guests, which is an important point for me personally. Thank you very much! I look forward to staying again if I have the chance.

At check-in, even though I had a Reservation, the wait after scanning the QR code felt long. Also, this time—though I may have simply missed it—I don’t think the staff at the front desk greeted me. Well, I guess I haven’t spent enough to deserve a greeting.

The front desk staff were polite, kind, and provided clear explanations. We were offered American coffee at check-in and check-out, and it was refreshing and delicious. The Room was also very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Ashikaga.

The entrance is just outside the ground-level exit of Takebashi Subway Station, and the Room is spacious with a great view of the Imperial Palace.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The allergy accommodations were excellent, and although I may have caused you some extra trouble, I truly felt how attentive your service was. We’d love to stay again.

This is a wonderful Accommodation filled with various nostalgic items that evoke the Showa era. The meals are delicious, but younger guests may find the portions a bit small. I didn’t use the in-Room bath, but it is said to be an Onsen. The open-air bath and the large public bath are separated, but both are clean hinoki baths. Amenities are minimal, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s a great Accommodation that makes you want to come back.

With many restaurants within walking distance, you won’t have trouble finding dinner after check-in. The large public bath also includes an outdoor tub shaped like a pot. Perhaps because Tanabata was approaching, tanzaku wish strips were on display, giving the entrance a seasonal feel. I felt comfortable staying here.

Located near Yugawara’s Manyo Park, the Hotel is a comfortable size and it was enjoyable to walk around inside. Dinner was a course meal served at the table, and the staff were efficient, allowing us to relax. It was great to enjoy both the open-air bath for Hotel guests and the one for general visitors. The front desk staff were also very courteous.

I was extremely satisfied with this Accommodation. I chose it because they allowed me to check in at 11:00 PM after a festival event, and because the Onsen is available for bathing all night. I also loved the thoughtful idea of opening an Onsen Facility that is normally for day-use during the daytime exclusively for overnight guests at night. By chance it was a large-bath day (apparently some days it’s a smaller bath), and since it was the last night of Obon, I had it all to myself and could enjoy it in luxury. The large bath doesn’t have a sauna, but there is also a lukewarm source-spring bath, and alternating between that and the hot bath completely melted away my fatigue from the day. Breakfast the next morning was buffet-style. I didn’t expect much because I assumed it would be mostly just rice with raw egg, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rice with raw egg was excellent, and there were also porridge and a wide variety of side dishes with great seasoning. For dessert, there were two kinds of fresh fruit—watermelon and pineapple—both sweet and very satisfying. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Their courteous service was excellent. I would like to use them again.

I stayed for two nights for my mother's memorial service. Having used several accommodations in southern Akita Prefecture before and often being disappointed, I was hesitant to book a business hotel this time as well. However, due to the circumstances, I reluctantly made a reservation here after much searching. I had sent my luggage in advance via courier and requested it be placed in the room due to its weight. At the front desk, the staff's friendly and non-formal attitude provided a sense of reassurance. Upon checking into the room, I found it slightly spacious for a twin room in a business hotel. While there was some age to it, it was clean and comfortable enough for my stay. One minor inconvenience was that the room key was not automatic; you had to manually lock it when leaving (this could use improvement). Although there was an en-suite bath in the room, I opted for their public bath with artificial onsen water—it was quite relaxing! However, there were only five washing stations which felt cramped at times as soap or water from neighboring users would occasionally splash over. The women's section reportedly had just two washing stations, leading to wait times during use. The meals were surprisingly good—not your typical business hotel fare of rice balls and mediocre bread but proper dishes that changed daily even during multiple night stays! This variety kept things interesting and enjoyable throughout. To be honest, I initially expected this place to be like any other business hotel: small rooms with single beds crammed together and uninspired meals—but they completely exceeded my expectations. Since I'll need accommodations every one or two years when visiting this area (though there's no family home left), I've decided without hesitation that I'll choose this hotel again next time!

It was my first visit in a while, and the Onsen was wonderful as always. There were so many options—hot stone spa, sauna, indoor baths, and open-air baths—and I really enjoyed them. Dinner’s pork shabu-shabu was delicious, and the wine was reasonably priced with great value for money. For breakfast, I could relax in my Room and enjoy my favorites: boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, bread, and coffee. I’d love to come again.
