Although it is a large Hotel, it was very quiet. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom was also very large, with an open-air bath and a sauna, so the facilities were excellent. The service was great, and the free Shuttle Service was truly helpful. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed with my 84-year-old mother. Using the large public bath would have been difficult for her, so we chose a Room with a private Onsen. The meals were very delicious, and the staff who served us were extremely courteous, so we were very satisfied. The in-room Onsen was also excellent. We also enjoyed the Facility services such as sweets and drinks, and in the morning we appreciated the fruit and yogurt as well. We knew from the start, but the stairs and getting around were challenging. Also, depending on the person, the front desk staff did not feel very welcoming.

I continued to use Ace Morioka. Prices may increase by 30% on the day before holidays, but it is originally affordable, making it helpful for business trips.

As soon as we entered the Accommodation, there was an indoor dog run, and all the dogs were very friendly—our dog seemed to have a great time too. The Room was clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The Facility information could be accessed by scanning a QR code and viewing it on our own smartphones, so there was nothing unnecessary on the table—it felt simple and uncluttered. The meals were delicious as well. Thank you very much.

Nanzenji Sando Kikusui is a special place filled with everything we love, and staying here becomes a happy time to share it all with family. A beautiful Kyoto garden in fresh spring green, exquisite cuisine and wine, welcome Champagne, luxurious Rooms, and the staff’s hospitality—plus the one-of-a-kind location on Nanzenji Sando. Few Accommodations offer all of this. This time, we woke up early to join the dawn zazen session at Nanzen-ji Temple, which became an unforgettable experience. It is worth traveling here even if it means taking a flight just to visit.

Although there was an issue upon arrival, the Facility staff responded promptly and were very helpful. I would love to visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.

All the staff were very friendly, and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The food was delicious as well. We would definitely like to stay again.

The Room was very bright and clean thanks to the overhead light with daylight-white color temperature. Bright sunlight also came in through the window, which felt wonderful. I chose this affordable Hotel with breakfast mainly for its convenient location near the station, but I was very satisfied and would like to stay here again next time. They also provided deodorant wipes and a welcome drink service, making for a very fulfilling stay.

Both the quality and quantity were excellent, and we truly enjoyed a delicious dinner. We were especially impressed to be served grilled sweetfish with salt, which we never expected. Thank you very much.

It’s not luxurious like a Resort Hotel, but it has everything you need (the towels were wonderfully fluffy!), and the Room was kept very clean. The shared kitchen has a filtered-water tap, plus a refrigerator, dishes, cookware, and basic seasonings. I also appreciated the free coffee machine and several kinds of tea. If requested, they will prepare a complimentary breakfast of toast, a boiled egg, and yogurt. The washing machine is free to use (the dryer is paid), and there is also space for drying laundry as well as clothespins for drying underwear indoors. If you ask in advance, they also provide a Shuttle Service to the nearest bus stop before 10:00 AM (check-out) and after 3:00 PM (check-in). It was the perfect Accommodation for a relaxed, flexible stay while keeping costs down!

The views from the Facility are simply outstanding. All of the staff were kind and courteous. The bath was small, but very clean and had a great view as well. The food was delicious. Thank you very much.

This is the Hotel I regularly stay at when traveling solo. I go fishing, enjoy the open-air bath, and get two meals included. The Onsen is available until 10:00 a.m., and checkout is a relaxed 11:00 a.m. This time I stayed for around JPY 7,000. Excellent value for money.

We stayed with our dog. I was a little concerned that the private dog run was sandy, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The Room was spacious and very clean—perhaps because the building is new. The sauna was wonderful, and we enjoyed the aromatic löyly. At first, the meals looked like they might not be enough in the photos, but we were actually very full, and everything was delicious. The rice porridge in the morning was excellent! We were able to relax and take things slow. They even provided treats for our dog and dried sweet potatoes as well. It was a very satisfying Accommodation.

The breakfast buffet was a big hit with my family! The bath was also wonderful. On our way home, I realized at Gamagori Station that I had left my wallet on a sofa on the first-floor lobby of the Hotel, and I panicked and called. A kind guest turned it in to the front desk, and a staff member even brought it to the station. I’m truly sorry for the trouble, but your kindness saved our trip. We will definitely stay again next time. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed the Reservation-only open-air bath, the cave bath, and having them privately. We expected it to be crowded during Obon, but we were lucky to enter the cave bath smoothly. In the morning, the large public bath also felt like we had it all to ourselves—another lucky moment. The meals were enjoyable both dinner and breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes. The eel was delicious. The Room was spacious and comfortable. One thing: both beds squeaked a lot, which surprised us. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, so that was disappointing.

I stayed in a Room with an open-air bath with a two-meal plan. I only realized after arriving at the station that there was no shuttle bus in the 2 p.m. hour, so I took a city bus instead. It was very helpful that you were able to process my check-in early.\nThe bath in the Room had a pleasantly silky texture and I could use it anytime. I also love manga, so having them set up right outside the Room was perfect.\nBreakfast and dinner were buffet-style. Dinner was enjoyable enough, but I wish breakfast had offered a bit more variety. There wasn’t much I wanted to eat, and even the salted bread—the one item I did want—sold out while I was waiting in line, even though it wasn’t yet 8:00 a.m.… which was disappointing.\nI assume the shuttle bus schedule avoids peak times for check-in and check-out because it gets crowded, but the timing feels a bit awkward. If you arrive early to enjoy Manyo Club, or if you plan to continue using it for an additional fee after check-out, then it shouldn’t be an issue.\nI liked this Onsen Facility more than the one in Kobe, so I would like to stay again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This is my favorite Hotel with amazing value for money—I’m a repeat guest. All the staff were truly pleasant, kind, attentive, and gentle, which made me very happy. Thank you for accommodating my request. This time I stayed in a slightly larger twin Room. It was tastefully arranged, very clean and spotless, and extremely comfortable. Amenities are available to take freely next to the front desk. Even though it has convenient access to Budokan and Tokyo Dome, I think it’s a wonderful Hotel with excellent value for money at this price. Next time I’d like to stay in an even larger Room.

I stayed for one night on my way home after taking care of some errands in Iwanuma City. Having on-site parking was very convenient. After 8:00 pm, I looked for a place to eat, and it was helpful that there were plenty of restaurants nearby open late. The price was reasonable, and I had a comfortable stay.

The building is not new, but it is very clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately, the desired Room was not available, but the view of Setoda, characteristic of the island, was wonderful. Dinner was plentiful, and I ended up eating too much. Thank you for your warm and homely hospitality and for your many kindnesses.
