I visited by motorcycle this time, and I really appreciated being able to park under the eaves so it stayed dry even in the rain. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I was very satisfied. There are several yakiniku restaurants near the Hotel, so I also enjoyed Iida’s famous yakiniku.

Yukata were provided. If possible, I would have appreciated having loungewear in the Room as well. Breakfast was very disappointing, as most items seemed to be frozen foods that were simply reheated. The rice, however, was cooked in a pot and was very delicious. The staff member on the floor had a pleasant smile.

It was conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the Tarumizu ferry terminal. There is also a convenience store on the north side, which was very handy. It was quiet at night, and we had a comfortable stay.

The views from the Facility are simply outstanding. All of the staff were kind and courteous. The bath was small, but very clean and had a great view as well. The food was delicious. Thank you very much.

The Room was “Mangetsu.” There are four Rooms, with over 20 tatami mats across the main tatami area and the bedroom. With a total of over 97 m², it felt like a truly luxurious space. The furnishings and Room coordination were wonderful. The hinoki bath was very spacious, and because the added hot water was quite hot, we could soak without it cooling down. In the garden, there was even a discreet box with straw sandals inside, and there was an annex that remained closed—both adding to the atmosphere. Service: The front desk staff were kind. They accommodated two changes to our dinner plans. It was also fun hearing local stories. Meals: Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was at a local sushi restaurant. The grilled isaki (grunt fish) was plump and tasty, enjoyed together with its crispy skin. The sushi portions were very generous as well. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked a few more vegetable dishes.

The staff were all very polite and kind, which was amazing! I stayed in the Sakura Room, and it was fantastic! The view of the Skytree from the room was incredible. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time in the room, creating wonderful memories for my elderly parents. The breakfast was also satisfying with shiny rice and high-quality side dishes. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

I chose this Accommodation as a base for a one-week touring trip around Mt. Fuji, Izu, and Hakone, so I could head out without constantly loading and unloading my luggage. The shared areas, washbasins, toilets, and shower rooms were clean. The washer/dryer was free to use, which was very helpful for longer stays and for drying rain gear. The sleeping area has high ceilings and doesn’t feel cramped. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, which made the stay pleasant. It was quiet and comfortable—maybe because it was just before Golden Week—but since it’s a guesthouse, earplugs are still necessary. It’s close to JR Fujinomiya Station and Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine. Even if you need food or forget something, there are convenience stores, drugstores, and AEON within walking distance, which is very convenient. If you’re used to capsule hotels or guesthouses, I think it’s extremely comfortable considering the space and price. A great Accommodation—10/10 satisfaction.

Amazing value for money! The Room was spacious and clean. I also loved the pillow selection service—I slept soundly! The bath had separate hours for men and women, so it felt a bit rushed, but it was spacious and even had an open-air bath with floating rose petals, which was wonderful. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well!

We truly enjoyed everything—from the meals and hospitality to the conversation and even the magic show. This Accommodation is highly recommended for anyone who would like to interact with local people.

This was my second time staying in Nozawa Onsen, and I wanted to try a different accommodation from last time. After reading various reviews online, I decided on this place. There are many public onsen baths near the accommodation, and I enjoyed visiting several of them. The large bath at the accommodation alternates between night and morning use, and since the autumn leaves were beautiful at the time, soaking in the bath while enjoying the view was amazing! The provided amenities were from POLA, which was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious—I even had three bowls of rice! The staff members were very kind; it felt almost unfair to pay such a reasonable price for such great service. If I had to mention one downside, as noted in other reviews as well, it would be that the futon mattress was thin with just one layer, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep on. However, overall, I was extremely satisfied! I'd love to stay here again!

Thank you always for your kind support. The day before our stay, we found a great deal with the Iwate Discount, so we made a Reservation right away. Thank you again for taking such great care of us, following on from last week! This time, the two of us enjoyed a luxurious stay in a spacious 24-tatami Japanese-style room and had a relaxing time. As always, the bathroom and toilet were thoroughly cleaned, making our stay very comfortable. The proprietress and staff spoke to us so kindly, and we were happy to receive the drink service mentioned in the Review! We also really appreciated the ice service, and the washing machine was convenient as well. Check-out is available until 1:00 PM, so we’d love to stay until then, but we always have plans and have never been able to stay that late—hopefully one day we can enjoy it right up to the latest time. We’ll be back again. Thank you!

The Hotel was cleaner and nicer than I expected. The view from the Room was wonderful, and I was able to relax. Breakfast was delicious, but it felt a bit cramped. I thought it would be even better if there were more space to enjoy the meal comfortably. When I come to Wakkanai again, I would like to stay here again.

I was surprised to find someone else being guided to my seat when I returned after getting food during breakfast. Even though there was an "in use" sign on the table and I had left my salad bowl there.

I’ve stayed here twice, and this is my go-to place whenever I come to Ichinoseki. All the staff are friendly, which makes me feel at ease.\nThe Facility has everything you need. The complimentary coffee is delicious, so I recommend taking some to go even if you don’t drink it at the Hotel. Breakfast offers a good selection—enough to enjoy without overeating—and it’s tasty too.

Thank you for picking us up at the station—it was very helpful. The seafood dinner and kamameshi were incredibly delicious, and we ate a lot! The bath was wonderful, and the Room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff were also kind and helpful.

It’s a bit far from the station, but that’s exactly why it offers excellent value for money! I’m slightly concerned that there are many foreign guests.

I originally made a Reservation for two nights, from 8/2 to 8/4. Later, I added a Reservation for 8/1, and only smoking Rooms were available, so I thought that even though it was a Multiple Night Stay, I would have to change Rooms. However, you arranged it as a three-night non-smoking stay. Thank you for the Hotel’s thoughtful consideration. Thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay.

We truly felt the Hotel’s warm hospitality. Your greetings and temporary luggage storage were very helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. With the Hotel’s Kawagoe map, we were able to explore Koedo smoothly. It became a fun and memorable trip, and we felt the accommodation cost with breakfast included was a great value. I have stayed here multiple times, and the reception staff is always kind and efficient, making it a pleasant experience. Although I requested no cleaning, it was disappointing that there was no replacement of towels or linens. The ReFa and amenities in the Ladies' Plan were very satisfying.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay on Friday and Saturday. They contacted me in advance with instructions on how to use the facilities. The Room was clean and well stocked with amenities, and I was glad I could use the large public bath on Saturday, where I could enjoy two types of hot water. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.
