A relaxing Accommodation that makes you want to stay again. The staff were very courteous and attentive. Breakfast was served in a lovely atmosphere, and it was very filling. The only drawback is that the on-site parking lot is very narrow. Our car required quite a bit of maneuvering and someone guiding us; there is also a flat lot farther away, but considering the weather and our luggage, we chose the closer option. It’s within walking distance of the bus stop, so we were able to go out after check-in as well.

We chose this Hotel for our long-awaited trip to Takachiho. The staff welcomed us warmly, and we were deeply moved when they sang local folk songs during breakfast and dinner. The meals were thoughtfully prepared using ingredients from Takachiho, and my husband and I were touched throughout our stay. It seemed there were Japanese bush warblers in the mountain beside the Hotel, and in the morning I woke to their beautiful song. I lay in bed for a while just listening, feeling an indescribable happiness down to my very core. The Room was spacious with a great layout, and it was incredibly comfortable—we even talked about how we’d love to arrange our own Room like this! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Since we traveled by train, we really appreciated the Shuttle Service to Izu-Kogen Station. The Room was spacious, well cleaned, and very comfortable. The large public bath was also clean, and we were happy to enjoy the free-flowing Onsen. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style. The taste was average, but there was a good variety, and we enjoyed local specialties such as sashimi, simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), and Shizuoka oden. The bread at breakfast was especially delicious. There were plenty of popular manga available at the front desk, which we could borrow and read in our Room. All staff were kind, and with thorough cleaning and well-stocked amenities, we felt their thoughtful attention to detail throughout our stay. We would like to stay again if we have the chance.

Just a short walk from the station with excellent access, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were able to relax and enjoy our meals in a private Room. For dinner, each of us was served freshly cooked white rice from a small individual kamado pot, which made us very happy! At breakfast as well, the fish and yudofu were each heated at the table, so we could enjoy a warm meal. The large public bath was not overly crowded and felt spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy the hot water. The Room was also spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The only thing that bothered me was a slightly musty smell in the elevator, but the Facility was new and clean overall. It’s also close to central Tokyo, and I would love to stay again.

I stayed here on a solo trip, and it was a truly special getaway that let me fully experience the unique atmosphere of Rebun Island. I was very satisfied to enjoy fresh seafood that you can only taste on Rebun Island. The Room was comfortable, and I was able to relax at my own pace. The staff were warm and welcoming, and it was memorable to feel the homey atmosphere that’s unique to an island Accommodation. It was also great to soothe my travel fatigue in the Onsen in the large public bath. Even at breakfast, I could enjoy Rebun’s seafood, which made the trip feel even more fulfilling. Overall, my satisfaction level was genuinely high—rather than one standout point, everything was excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d definitely like to stay at again, and I highly recommend it.

Although we checked in late after watching Monbetsu Horse Racing, we were warmly welcomed. They upgraded our Room, and since it was our wedding anniversary, we were very happy. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

Not only the front desk staff, but also the bus driver and the bathhouse staff were all very friendly and greeted us with warm smiles. The Onsen had a distinctive color like Arima Onsen, and there was a free-flowing bath fed directly from the source at about 34°C. It seemed even more popular than the open-air bath—and it was excellent. Shuttle Service for hiking Mt. Rishiri was also included, and the rice in the boxed lunch was great. Highly recommended.

Our family of four stayed for one night. On the first day we went to Fuji-Q Highland, and on the second day we toured around Lake Kawaguchi. From the welcome drink to kid-friendly services, the hospitality was wonderful. The kids were especially happy with the fireworks they received. In central Tokyo, there are only limited places where you can set off fireworks... The Room was clean and well maintained, and the Facility offerings were excellent. There were also amenities and equipment not listed on the website (bottled water, Ramune soda, coffee and tea, a hair iron, bathrobes, a ride to the station the next morning, and rental bicycles), so you won’t have any trouble as long as you bring only your basic personal items. Having breakfast delivered was also quietly appreciated. If we had to go to a dining area or pick it up somewhere, we would have needed to get ready—but it was easy to just receive it right after waking up.

I stayed here for a concert at Ecopa Stadium. It’s conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Kakegawa Station, and the stadium is about 5 km away—just over an hour on foot—so it’s within walking distance. Since I wasn’t sure how I’d get back after the concert, knowing I could walk back was reassuring. As expected, there was heavy traffic after the show, so I walked back to the Hotel. The parking lot was spacious, so I parked first, checked in early, and asked them to hold my luggage. Even though I returned after 9:00 p.m., the staff were very helpful. The welcome drink selection included alcohol as well. The large public bath was clean, and the hot water helped me relax after a long day. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but everything was tasty. It was hard to find an Accommodation for a stadium concert, so when availability opened up at this Hotel, I made a Reservation immediately. In the end, it was comfortable and I had a great stay.

This was our first trip to Atami, and we stayed here as a couple. The staff were very helpful, and we were satisfied. Our Room was Japanese-style, and it was nice that it could be divided into separate spaces with sliding doors. We were a bit concerned that the toilet area had a step up. We were also happy with the view and had a very pleasant stay. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious, and the breakfast buffet also had an excellent selection. I chose this Hotel for its unbeatable location right next to Kakunodate Station, making it easy to head to the Samurai Residence Street without carrying anything. It’s self check-in, but it wasn’t difficult. If you’re unsure, staff can assist remotely. I stayed in a twin Room on the first floor, and the barrier-free layout made getting around very easy. There’s also a great selection of self-serve amenities and soft drinks, so you can relax comfortably in the lounge area next to the entrance. Although it’s in front of the station, it was quiet at night and very peaceful. You do need to walk a bit to find places for dinner, but since the weather was nice, I enjoyed an evening stroll and took in Kakunodate at night. After checking out the next day, I realized I had left something behind and went back—cleaning was already underway, but the staff were truly kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. Since I planned to stay in Kakunodate again after one day elsewhere, I immediately made an additional Reservation at this Hotel.

I use this place every year for sumo and baseball games. Although the distance to the subway station is a bit far, the affordable price and convenient access to Vantelin Dome and IG Arena are greatly appreciated. The lounge is enjoyable, but it's a bit disappointing that only "Umaibo" snacks are available now.

I stayed here for the first time for a live show near the Hotel. It was close to the station, very clean, and I appreciated the tasty drinks and the cute breakfast bread. With a 12:00 check-out, I was able to relax. However, it would be helpful to have notices in the Room about things like not being able to use the hair dryer in the washroom and the breakfast bread hours. The staff were warm and made me feel at ease. I’d like to stay here again when traveling for another live show.

Flawless in every way. We stayed for one night with two adults and our dog. The room was spacious and well stocked with amenities. All staff were calm and professional, and we were allowed to enter the building while carrying our dog. We had no complaints about the large public bath or the changing area. The entire property was very clean, and many areas have been renovated and look beautiful. We could enjoy the De’Longhi coffee in the lounge at any time, and it was delicious. The souvenir shop had a great selection of items. Guests with dogs dine in private rooms separated by partitions, but the hospitality was perfect. There were many dishes, with unlimited rice refills. Alcoholic drinks and soft drinks were very reasonably priced, with a wide variety available. For both dinner and breakfast you can choose your dining time, and the staff welcome you warmly. There wasn’t a single disappointing point—this stay exceeded its price in every way. Our dog also had no restrictions or inconveniences, making it extremely comfortable (amenities, treat service, dog run, dining together, Child Sharing Existing Bedding, etc.). It was cool even in summer, and we loved the surrounding scenery and environment as well. We will definitely stay again.

Thank you again for taking such great care of us, following on from last week! This time, the two of us enjoyed a luxurious stay in a spacious 24-tatami Japanese-style room and had a relaxing time. As always, the bathroom and toilet were thoroughly cleaned, making our stay very comfortable. The proprietress and staff spoke to us so kindly, and we were happy to receive the drink service mentioned in the Review! We also really appreciated the ice service, and the washing machine was convenient as well. Check-out is available until 1:00 PM, so we’d love to stay until then, but we always have plans and have never been able to stay that late—hopefully one day we can enjoy it right up to the latest time. We’ll be back again. Thank you!

Due to my daughter's work, we urgently searched for accommodation in Tateyama and stayed at Chikurakan. The wallpaper in the room was blue, but there were noticeable scratches and peeling here and there. A white color might give a cleaner impression. The futon was quite thin, making my body stiff. Also, the air conditioner stopped blowing air, and although a staff member fixed it for us, it only worked at 22 degrees Celsius, so we shivered through the night (laughs). As for the baths: the smaller one is 100% natural hot spring with lukewarm water; the larger one is 50% natural hot spring with hotter water. Alternating between them warmed up our bodies wonderfully. However, the steps of the smaller bath were slippery—many guests seemed to have dangerous slips. My daughter and I also hit our arms hard; this should be addressed somehow. For meals, we had a course that included spiny lobster along with abalone and large clams—all very delicious overall! The freshly cooked rice was also satisfying. Lastly, if I may add: all staff members lacked friendliness—they seemed to speak strictly according to manuals without conveying any sense of hospitality toward guests, which was disappointing.

It meets all the essential requirements I look for in a Hotel, so I’d like to give it full marks, but: Dinner is not served in the same venue as breakfast; it’s in a separate building. (You just move to the building right next door.) Isn’t the bath a bit small? It gets too crowded. (That said, it doesn’t seem especially small compared with other Route Inns, so it may just be that demand was underestimated.) So I’m deducting a few points. Still, these are minor issues if you keep them in mind, and I can definitely recommend it.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay on Friday and Saturday. They contacted me in advance with instructions on how to use the facilities. The Room was clean and well stocked with amenities, and I was glad I could use the large public bath on Saturday, where I could enjoy two types of hot water. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.
