I stayed here to attend a concert at Osaka-jo Hall. The Room was very clean and tidy. There’s a convenience store next door, it’s just a short walk from the station, and the station has an attached shopping mall, so it’s extremely convenient.\nI would like to stay here again.

Three elderly women stayed here together. We arrived by car, and the location was easy to find. The underground parking garage was spacious, so we could park with peace of mind. Kaikoen Garden is right next door, and the view was wonderful. The bath also had a great view, with large windows that made it easy to relax. We always stay at Itoen Hotel properties. The all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink options are affordable and very appreciated for seniors. The front desk staff were also friendly, and we enjoyed chatting at checkout, which made it a great trip. Thank you very much.

Located near Yugawara’s Manyo Park, the Hotel is a comfortable size and it was enjoyable to walk around inside. Dinner was a course meal served at the table, and the staff were efficient, allowing us to relax. It was great to enjoy both the open-air bath for Hotel guests and the one for general visitors. The front desk staff were also very courteous.

Outstanding value for money. It’s an older building, but the Room seems to have been renovated. The free drinks in front of the reception were especially appreciated during this hot summer. The woman at the front desk was polite and left a great impression. In the Japanese-Western style Room, shoji screens let in light, so if you can’t sleep when it’s bright, it’s a good idea to bring an eye mask. Breakfast is a nice set of rice balls wrapped in bamboo leaf and fried chicken—like a Japanese bento. It also comes with small side dishes, salad, and miso soup. Excellent value for money.

The spacious grounds are surrounded by greenery, with numerous facilities that exceeded my expectations in size. The service was attentive, the food was delicious, and I felt the cost performance was excellent. This time I stayed alone, but next time I would like to visit with my family.

I stayed with my 84-year-old mother. Using the large public bath would have been difficult for her, so we chose a Room with a private Onsen. The meals were very delicious, and the staff who served us were extremely courteous, so we were very satisfied. The in-room Onsen was also excellent. We also enjoyed the Facility services such as sweets and drinks, and in the morning we appreciated the fruit and yogurt as well. We knew from the start, but the stairs and getting around were challenging. Also, depending on the person, the front desk staff did not feel very welcoming.

From start to finish, including our departure, the service was heartfelt and attentive. Dinner and breakfast were not only delicious with fresh seafood, but also so plentiful we thought we couldn’t possibly finish everything. The Room had a calm atmosphere that helped melt away everyday stress, and in the morning the song of bush warblers served as a natural alarm for a pleasant wake-up. The amenities were well stocked, and since they were available in the lobby, it was helpful to be able to pick up more at any time. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

We stayed in a detached Room (no open-air bath). It was great that all five of us could stay together in one Room. It didn’t have an open-air bath, but since we were staying with coworkers, the large public bath was more than enough. Going up the stairs from the lobby (lounge), the detached Rooms and baths are lined up, creating a charming atmosphere. Many of the staff were from overseas and provided multilingual support, giving the impression that they are well prepared for international guests. There were also many international guests.

It’s a bit far from the station, but that’s exactly why it offers excellent value for money! I’m slightly concerned that there are many foreign guests.

I enjoyed a beer as a welcome drink and another after the bath. After bathing, my skin felt silky smooth and my hair was wonderfully soft—everything was perfect.

I stayed here during a business trip, and this was my second visit. The desk and chair, table, and sofa were perfectly arranged for productivity, allowing me to work efficiently and rest on the sofa when needed. I loved the seamless layout. Additionally, the view from the room was stunning and truly relaxing. I would definitely choose to stay here again for future business trips.

The exclusive all-you-can-drink lounge for Stays guests and the service allowing you to take desserts and drinks to your Room after dinner were much appreciated. Dinner was well thought out, with a perfect balance between the course and semi-buffet, and the tuna sushi was delicious, leading me to have seconds multiple times. The effort put into various services throughout the Facility was evident, making the experience very pleasant. The Onsen was not too hot, just right for me, allowing me to enjoy long soaks multiple times.

I made a Reservation simply to stay overnight. The Hotel staff were polite and helpful. I was happy to find welcome curry rice and drinks, and I also enjoyed the breakfast. The shower required adjusting the hot and cold water yourself to get the right temperature, so I was a bit surprised that this type still exists even today! I had a comfortable stay and thought it was a good Hotel.

We stayed here on our silver wedding anniversary trip after a day of golf. With in-room dining, we were able to relax at a leisurely pace, and since the bath in the Room is also an Onsen, we could enjoy it whenever we liked. The staff were attentive in many ways, making the stay very comfortable. When we stayed previously, the manager remembered that I get cold easily and prepared extra bedding for us, so I slept comfortably. The Facility is old and there is no open-air bath, but it’s rare to find an Accommodation with such high-quality Onsen water, a charming pond where carp swim, and convenient access. We would love to stay again.

We stayed as a family. They kindly let us enjoy playing in the river, and the children were delighted. My mother said it was a wonderful Ryokan and that she would like to visit Kajika-so again when the cherry blossoms are in bloom. I was also happy because I had expected to sleep on futons in a Japanese-style room, so having beds was a real comfort for me since I have lower back pain. We would love to visit again as a family. I stayed here again after several years while visiting my mother’s hometown. Even though the number of guests changed back and forth before our stay, you kindly accommodated us, which was a great help. The meals were also better in both quality and quantity than when I stayed a few years ago, and I was very satisfied—I was completely full. At dinner, the “Okukuji Apple” juice was delicious, so I bought three bottles at the Hotel shop on my way home. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again. I made wonderful memories. Thank you for taking care of us, even though it was just one night. All the staff were very pleasant. When we told them we were planning to visit Kinomiya Shrine, they gave us a voucher for a sweets set that could be used at the shrine, and thanks to that we were able to enjoy oshiruko and cookies. Thank you very much. There are many steep slopes on the way up to the Hotel, so I think it would be tough on foot. Dinner was great—the soup was especially delicious. We were able to relax in a Room with a private bath. However, I really wish there had been a round stool or some kind of simple chair at the sink in the Room. Women often spend a long time at the sink doing their hair and makeup, so having a chair would be helpful. The view from the Room was absolutely wonderful. I’d like to come again. Compact yet fully equipped. Thoughtful attention to detail made possible by its intimate size. I felt a warmth you won’t find in a large Hotel. I was impressed by how well designed the bath area is—the atmosphere feels completely different at night and in the morning. I will definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality.

We truly felt the Hotel’s warm hospitality. Your greetings and temporary luggage storage were very helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. With the Hotel’s Kawagoe map, we were able to explore Koedo smoothly. It became a fun and memorable trip, and we felt the accommodation cost with breakfast included was a great value.
