Set on a 500-tsubo property, we welcome only six parties per day. Each room is spacious and distinctive, created for moments of quiet serenity. In 2023, young chef Takuro Ishizuka—born and raised here at the foot of the Hira Mountains—joined us. Drawing on his experience discovering exceptional ingredients across Japan and blending them with Japanese cuisine and Mediterranean influences, he is now bringing his expression to Shiga.

For long-term stays, there is a washing machine (with detergent), a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board available.Each room's shower room is equipped with amenities such as "Natural Foundation," certified by AIAB, Italy's largest organic certification body, as well as Mountainside original Imabari towels and comfortable nightwear.
