I usually stayed at ◯◯◯ Hotel, but this was my first time staying at Allore Hotel. Overall, it was a great choice! The breakfast salad was fresh and not frozen. However, I would have preferred the fish to be grilled. It seemed like there were no foreign guests, which is an important point for me personally. Thank you very much! I look forward to staying again if I have the chance.

This was my first time staying here. It felt like a traditional Onsen Accommodation, and I had a very comfortable stay. I was able to relax in the Onsen, and I also really enjoyed the dinosaur-themed bath. The amenities were well stocked, and although I checked in late, I appreciated that the futon had already been laid out for me. Just one thing… when I tried to put something in the refrigerator—“!!”. Maybe it was left by a previous guest? There was ice cream inside, and it surprised me. Since it was tucked away in the back, it probably went unnoticed. It became a funny travel story for me, but I worried that others might not feel the same. Overall, though, I’m very satisfied. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

This was our third stay. There is a dedicated entrance for dogs, so we were able to relax without worrying about other guests. Since it was the Obon holiday, there were events, and perhaps some guests went out leaving their dogs behind, so we were slightly bothered by a neighboring dog barking. We also noticed some footsteps from small children, but our timid dog didn’t seem too concerned and appeared to relax comfortably. Fireworks went up close to the window, and being able to watch them with our dog from a cool room felt like a dream. The meals were delicious and generously portioned—we were very satisfied. Thank you very much. We’re looking forward to coming again.

As this is a historic Hotel, the building is not new, but it was very clean and I felt comfortable staying there. I was also very pleased with the amenities such as mineral water, earplugs, and an eye mask. The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. It has become one of the Hotels I would like to stay at again.

The space was more than sufficient. They responded quickly to my inquiries in advance, which made the stay very pleasant. The foot bath was a great feature. I stayed here on a trip with my friends’ family, and we really enjoyed the karaoke as well—very satisfied overall. This is an Accommodation I would like to use again if I have the chance.

The Wi-Fi in the room was not very good, which was the only disappointment. Other than that, the room was clean and nice.

This is a wonderful Accommodation filled with various nostalgic items that evoke the Showa era. The meals are delicious, but younger guests may find the portions a bit small. I didn’t use the in-Room bath, but it is said to be an Onsen. The open-air bath and the large public bath are separated, but both are clean hinoki baths. Amenities are minimal, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s a great Accommodation that makes you want to come back.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff at the reception and dining area were very helpful, the bath was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious. Also, Hana-chan, the Accommodation’s character, appears in various places and is both soothing and informative with helpful comments, which made me feel that a lot of thought has gone into the details. I would love to stay here again.

The Room did not have a private bath, but it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets had a wide variety of dishes, and everything tasted great. There were chairs in the smoking area as well, so I was able to relax comfortably. It was a Hotel I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

The Hotel offers a great range of services to fully enjoy your time on-site, including complimentary drinks in the lobby, a manga library, one hour of free karaoke, and massage chairs. The all-you-can-drink alcohol option at dinner, including local sake, was also very good. As for the food, many dishes felt like typical buffet fare, and the sashimi selection was limited to tuna, squid, and salmon, so it did not feel upscale at all. The crab also felt like standard buffet crab. The heshiko ochazuke at breakfast was extremely delicious. My child was delighted to experience karaoke for the first time. What we especially appreciated was that both the washing machines and dryers could be used free of charge. They were lined up in the laundry room, and we could use any available one. We usually end up taking home heavy, smelly clothes after swimming in the sea; although we didn’t use the dryer this time, being able to wash and spin-dry everything made things much easier after returning home. Ryusho Museum is right next door to the Hotel—we could even see its beautiful building from the lobby windows—and we enjoyed an evening walk there as well. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind. Thanks to all these services, we had a wonderful time and it became a truly memorable stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to meet an acquaintance. Although I hadn’t booked breakfast, there was a complimentary service of bread, juice, and coffee, which I was very satisfied with.

I found Kamino-yu Onsen when I searched for a solo trip, 2 nights, smoking, Onsen, and in-Room dining. I was able to relax in the Onsen and feel refreshed, and I could even see Mt. Fuji from my Room. Because of my knee, getting up from the futon and standing up from floor cushions was a bit difficult, so I wished there had been a floor chair. The staff greeted me with smiles, which made me happy. Dinner served in my Room was also very satisfying, and I appreciated that the menu was different on both days. There is a valuables locker at the entrance to the large public bath: you set a PIN first, then put your Room key inside and lock it. However, I mistakenly locked it before setting the PIN and couldn’t open it (T . T), which caused extra trouble for the staff. It may be better to leave your Room key at the front desk m(__)m There were plenty of washing stations in the bathing area as well, so it never felt crowded. My skin felt smooth after bathing. I would like to stay again. On the second day they called a taxi for me, and I was able to visit Shosenkyo Ropeway and Sengataki Falls and enjoy a leisurely walk.

We had planned a summer vacation trip to Okinawa, but due to a typhoon we changed plans at the last minute and stayed here instead. With the Plan that included resort vouchers, we were able to fully enjoy the pool, amusement park, and gondola—our child was thrilled! Daniel Street brought back great memories. The bus ride from Sapporo also felt like part of the trip and was fun. The amusement park had a charming old-fashioned feel in the best way, and we really enjoyed it. “Be happy” is wonderful! There was a wide variety at breakfast and it was enjoyable—I even wished we had booked dinner as well. The baths were very clean, and the amenities were great. If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be that the Facility is so large that getting around can be a bit tiring (which also shows just how spacious it is!). Also, if the morning bath hours were extended until 9:30, it would be nice to relax after breakfast. Our child loved it so much—“the best in the world!” Thank you for such wonderful memories. We’d be happy if you could keep offering such great value for money! We’d love to visit again someday!

I stayed here last July and returned again this year—thank you for taking care of me. The women’s bath is compact with only three washing stations, but it has been nicely renovated and kept very clean. In front of the front desk, there were also amenities such as lotion and cleansing products. My Room had a spacious, barrier-free style bathroom, but the air conditioning wasn’t very effective. I choose an Accommodation based on the large public bath, location, and washing machines, and within walking distance of Sasebo Station, this is the only place that meets those conditions. I’ll be back again—thank you in advance!

I had to travel suddenly from Nagasaki for a wake, and stayed here afterward. My son and his wife also came from Aichi, and we stayed together in a large Room. We had dinner after the wake and checked in late, so I thought we wouldn’t make it to our reserved private bath time. However, we were still able to use the private bath, and my grandchild was thrilled to enjoy it with us. The breakfast staff were also very kind. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Thank you for your hospitality. I was tired from driving, so the bath and sauna were very relaxing. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. I stayed in a single Room with a bath; it was spacious enough, and I left the Hotel very satisfied. I would like to stay again!

As a Diamond member benefit, we were able to stay until 3:00 PM on the day of check-out! We were very satisfied with both the pool and the large public bath! My daughter’s birthday was coming up, and when I told them in advance, they prepared birthday cake-shaped towel art and a birthday card in our Room, which made it a truly wonderful Disney birthday!
