The Room was spacious, and dinner was so plentiful we couldn’t finish it. Even during the Obon holiday, there were not many guests, so we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. I wished breakfast had a bit more variety. The bath area had tatami flooring, which felt nice to walk on. The price was reasonable and we were satisfied.

I stayed for three nights. It was my first time staying here, and the staff were wonderful, and the Room was very clean. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality—please keep up the great work! Thank you very much.

They stored our luggage before check-in and even delivered it to our Room, which was a huge help. I was interested because the breakfast Reviews were good, but I found out Fukuda Pan was within walking distance, so I took a morning stroll the next day to buy some and brought it back to the Hotel to eat. Even after check-out, they stored our luggage with QR code registration, so it was great that we could leave our bags and explore the area. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Morioka.

Before check-in on the first day, we went to Shirarahama Beach. On the second day, we visited Adventure World. On the third day, after checking out, we went to Sandanbeki Cliff, had lunch at Toretore Market, and then headed home. It was a very fulfilling and enjoyable trip. The dinners on the first and second nights were different, so we never got tired of them and enjoyed everything—delicious throughout. The abalone was outstanding! We traveled as three families, and our grandchild was thrilled to be able to use the pool four times over two days—it was so much fun. It was truly wonderful. The café coffee was very good as well; we used it both days.

I forgot to submit the survey, so I’m leaving a comment here. I stayed this summer. The meals were excellent, especially the fish. The portions were generous and left me completely satisfied. The large public bath was spacious and very relaxing. Some parts of the Facility seem a bit old, but the location is convenient and it stays cool, so I was able to unwind. I’d like to stay again in summer.

I stayed here again after several years while visiting my mother’s hometown. Even though the number of guests changed back and forth before our stay, you kindly accommodated us, which was a great help. The meals were also better in both quality and quantity than when I stayed a few years ago, and I was very satisfied—I was completely full. At dinner, the “Okukuji Apple” juice was delicious, so I bought three bottles at the Hotel shop on my way home. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again. I made wonderful memories. This was my third trip to Miyakojima, but my first time staying overnight here. The building feels a bit dated, as it was built during the bubble era, but it was very well cleaned and felt spotless. One thing I noticed was that the hallway was very hot—probably to save electricity. Being able to take a shower after check-out was extremely helpful, and the staff were great at that time as well. You can see the sunset and even catch a bit of the sunrise—amazing. When I come back to Miyakojima, I will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff provided very courteous service, and the room cleaning was excellent. Being adjacent to a shopping mall made shopping very convenient. It is a very good hotel at a reasonable price. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The high-floor bay view with separate living and bedroom areas was excellent. The TV offered access to YouTube, TVer, and many other content options, making the time spent indoors very enjoyable. It was unfortunate that the loose cash I dropped inside the Hotel was not found, but overall, the Hotel was great. It would have been even better if the amenities included a brush instead of a comb.

As a local resident of Hiroshima Prefecture, I always stay here when visiting Miyajima. The meals, facilities, cleanliness, staff hospitality, and price—everything is excellent. This time, as a Father’s Day and Mother’s Day gift, I made a Reservation at this Hotel for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. Next time, we plan to stay together with my sister and her husband! Thank you as always. We look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed for one night on my way back from Shirakami-Sanchi via the Gono Line. The Onsen left my skin feeling wonderfully smooth, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. The meals were sample portions, but everything was delicious. Since my train the next day was around 11:00, I wasn’t sure how to spend the time after checking out at 10:00, but the staff suggested a sightseeing Plan, and I was able to tour around on the Hotel bus, which made the trip even more fulfilling. The staff also kindly saw me off outside and were extremely helpful throughout—overall, I was very satisfied.

We stayed here to visit Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. The free shuttle bus from Narita Airport was very convenient. We had planned to have dinner at Narita Airport, but choosing the Hotel buffet was the right decision. There was steak as well, and it was very tender and delicious—our grandchild loved it too. The dessert selection was also plentiful and enjoyable. The front desk staff were courteous and kindly provided helpful information. We could see airplanes from our Room, which everyone enjoyed. Having the bath and toilet in one space gave us pause, but the bathtub was relatively deep and spacious, so we could soak up to our shoulders comfortably. Given the location, there were many international guests, but most were Western visitors who observed good manners, so we were able to spend a quiet stay. Thank you very much.

Many international guests were staying there. During meals, the staff kindly asked if they could serve portions for us and made sure to let us know so that the small children wouldn’t have to wait in line. My grandchildren were very happy as well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This was my second stay at this Hotel. Last time I stayed in a Japanese-style Room, and this time I had made a Reservation for a twin Room (+ an extra bed), but you kindly prepared a four-bed Room for us. Last time, the Room and Facility felt a bit dated, but this time it didn’t feel old at all—perhaps it has been renovated—and we had a very comfortable stay. I especially loved how the pillows sank just right; I liked them so much that I wanted the same ones for myself. Also, even before check-in, you thoughtfully called to let us know that “the Room was ready earlier than expected.” We were tired after spending the whole day at Greenland in midsummer from opening time, so being able to rest in our Room right away was extremely helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was wonderfully comfortable from the moment we walked in. As other Reviews mention, dinner did feel warm, but there were plenty of cold drinks as well as shaved ice and soft-serve ice cream available, so we didn’t find it inconvenient. Breakfast also had just the right amount of variety and was delicious. It seemed fully booked, yet we never felt crowded inside the Hotel and were able to relax comfortably. The only thing was that we went to the bath during its busiest time and had some waiting time, but it was within an acceptable range. The Onsen after a long day of activities was wonderful. The next day we used the pool, and when staff told us “You’re welcome to use the Onsen after 11:00,” we gratefully did so. The changing area also had plastic bags for swimsuits and towels prepared—it truly felt like every detail was taken care of. I would love to stay at Hotel Blanca again on our next visit to Greenland. I took my parents with dementia. Since it was a weekday, there weren't many guests, which helped prevent my parents from feeling confused. Moreover, the staff's excellent service allowed us to truly relax. Every time I return home, I take them to an Onsen, and this visit created another wonderful memory. The food was delicious with just the right portions, and the care in preparation was evident. Thanks to all the staff members, we had an enjoyable family time.

The location was excellent (close to Sendai Station, the shopping arcade, and especially the downtown area), the price was reasonable, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. In addition, the Hotel front desk staff were helpful, and even when there were many cars in use, parking was available at the affiliated parking lot (Dai-Sendai Parking), which was also very close and convenient. I would like to stay here again next time I visit Sendai City.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very delicious. Staying here is worth it for the breakfast alone.
