The staff’s hospitality was excellent. I booked a breakfast-included Plan, and the meal was beautifully presented, with delicious rice. At the on-site pastry shop, their desire for guests to truly enjoy the sweets really came through. I tried the silky pudding with vanilla beans and it was outstanding. It seems you can also buy pastries for takeout, so I’d like to stop by again when I visit Utsunomiya. Since weddings are held here as well, the lobby and other areas felt calm and pleasant. There is plenty of parking, so arriving by car was no concern at all.

When I arrived tired, a male staff member kindly spoke to me, and I truly felt his thoughtfulness. After a long journey, those few words were very comforting. Check-in is usually at 2:00 PM, but since the Room was ready, I was shown to it earlier. Thanks to that, I could rest right away, which I really appreciated. The Room was clean and very comfortable. I was able to relax and had a very satisfying stay. The location was also great—easy to find by going almost straight from Sendai Station East Exit—so I arrived without getting lost. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sendai. Thank you very much.

We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm. Above all, the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated my grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in our Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arriving, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and the pool and Onsen facilities. My grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge. Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They even delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the moonlit sea view was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—70th birthday celebrations (Koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When my grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata. Their warm consideration went far beyond simply serving food—we were impressed again. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso gave each of us a gift; we were filled with surprise and gratitude. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us on Level 6 along with a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., there was night-time service with upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality from start to finish. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to make full use of everything: our Room’s open-air bath, the pool(s), large public bath(s), and seaside pool(s), then checked out at 1:00 p.m. The moment we checked out we started thinking about when we could come back again. My grandchild was so sad about checking out that they cried... We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

I stayed on the first day of the latter half of Golden Week. I arrived before noon, but they kindly stored my luggage so I could enjoy sightseeing in the afternoon hands-free. They also kept my luggage after checkout, which was a huge help. On top of that, breakfast was delicious. When a Hotel provides great service, it makes for a fun trip that stays in your memory.

Lake Abashiri was just a short distance away in view, making for a wonderful morning. The building’s illumination was also beautiful. It also offers convenient access to downtown Abashiri.

Choosing this Accommodation for a visit to Futami Okitama Shrine was the right decision. The shrine is only a 7–8 minute leisurely walk along the seaside, so I was able to visit twice during my stay. Dinner was very satisfying in both menu and portion size. Since it was served in a private room, I felt completely relaxed. Breakfast was also excellent, especially the overnight-dried pufferfish. From the Room, I enjoyed a wonderful view of the sea stretching out beyond the pine trees. It is a lovely Accommodation founded in the Meiji era and still continuing into the Reiwa era. The view of Matsuyama Castle was great, and it looked especially beautiful at sunset. The Room was also clean. I’m not a fan of unit baths, so having the bath and toilet separate made my stay comfortable. However, I would have liked a wash basin in the bathroom.

My family and I stayed on July 24 and 25. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the pool wasn’t too crowded on Friday, so we were able to enjoy the slides many times and relax in the pool—overall, we were very satisfied! The free Shuttle Service bus was also great.

Very close to the center of Susukino, with an excellent location. Check-in was handled by a woman wearing a trainee name tag; she assisted us promptly with a smile, and it was a very pleasant check-in experience. The Room was also clean and comfortable. Thank you very much.

We visited on a summer vacation weekend with our 6-month-old large dog (Golden Retriever, male) and our family of four. Nasu Highlands has many dog-friendly Accommodations, and we’re really glad we chose to stay here! The Dog Comfort Cottage was spacious, and any odors were hardly noticeable. Our dog was thrilled with the sofa and the terrace. The path to the bath is a steep slope, but it was convenient that we could enter the Onsen building directly. Thanks to that steep slope, the view from the terrace was exceptional. The dinner and breakfast buffet in particular were delicious, and everyone—from the person serving us to the Hotel staff—was wonderful. Our family was truly impressed. (Thank you so much, Ms. F-sawa!) Since it was peak season, check-in took quite a while, but thanks to our Diamond member benefit of late check-out, check-out went smoothly. Next time we’d like to come at a different time. Even though it was our first trip with our dog, we felt at ease and had a comfortable stay. We’d love to stay again.

A very nice hotel. I was simply looking for a place to stay, so I felt a little intimidated when I first saw the building from the outside. The polite gentleman at the front desk immediately made me feel comfortable. Not ostentatiously luxurious, yet quite elegant. Quiet room, fabulous view, good facilities, and a comfortable stay. I would definitely return if I needed accommodation in the area again.

This was my first time using it. I have used nearby chain Hotels several times, but I chose this one because it is closer to my destination. It was very good. Above all, the response of the front desk staff was excellent. Also, I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast as they were delicious. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.

Whenever I’m worn out from work and need to unwind, I always come here. This time again, I got a little too eager and arrived early, but they told me the Room was ready, so it was fine, and they let me check in early. Upgrading the meal plan this time was the right choice. Everything was delicious. I felt refreshed and regained my energy. I’ll visit again when I’m tired.

I stayed here again after several years while visiting my mother’s hometown. Even though the number of guests changed back and forth before our stay, you kindly accommodated us, which was a great help. The meals were also better in both quality and quantity than when I stayed a few years ago, and I was very satisfied—I was completely full. At dinner, the “Okukuji Apple” juice was delicious, so I bought three bottles at the Hotel shop on my way home. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again. I made wonderful memories. The Onsen also offered a great variety, and we enjoyed bathing many times. Most memorable of all was the dinner buffet. Not only was every dish delicious, but each time limited-quantity items were announced one after another, we found ourselves excitedly wondering what would come next as we enjoyed our meal. Thanks to the Room, the Onsen, the meals, and above all the warm hospitality of your staff, this trip became an unforgettable memory for our entire family. After returning home, my husband and children told me, “Thanks to you, Mom, it was such a wonderful trip. Let’s do it again.” That made this trip especially joyful for me as well. I sincerely appreciate all of your kindness and consideration. We look forward to visiting again as a family someday. Thank you very much.

Ever since our first stay two years ago, we’ve loved this place and have been coming back every year for a two-night Multiple Night Stay—three years in a row. It seems seasonal, but they had a festival-style stamp rally for kids, which was a great touch and kept our child happily entertained. It also happens to be our child’s birthday around this time, so celebrating here has become our family tradition. The Onsen temperature, the Room size, and overall layout all feel “just right.” There’s also a late-night tantanmen service we always look forward to—though this time we were too full after dinner to enjoy it, which was a shame! The building seems to have some history, but everything is spotless and well maintained, so it never feels old. Above all, it’s incredibly comfortable—a wonderful Accommodation where our whole family can truly relax. Whenever we go to Akita, this is the only place we choose.

All staff members checked in with us thoughtfully and attentively, which made our family’s stay very comfortable. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We will make a Reservation at the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto again for our next stay in Kyoto.
