We were completely satisfied with everything from start to finish. This time, we stayed to coincide with my eldest son and grandchild coming home. And on the day we checked out, we went ahead and made a Reservation for the following month to coincide with my second son coming home. In any case, we were completely satisfied with everything.

We stayed here with our dog. It was relaxing and comfortable, and the meals were delicious. Next time, we plan to eat a little less for lunch so we can enjoy dinner as well. The seaside walk was also wonderful, with stunning views and a refreshing breeze!

It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

This was our first stay as a family trip. The meals, the baths, and the hospitality were all extremely satisfying. Every dish was made with local ingredients, and the seasoning brought out the natural flavors—exactly to our taste. We also enjoyed relaxing in the log-cabin-style restaurant while looking out at the garden. We used only the open-air bath. Even though it was raining, the water temperature was just right and helped us unwind. *Since it’s completely outdoors, those who dislike insects may want to avoid it in summer—they do fly around. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

This was a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again! Not only were the amenities and play area great, but the private family bath was surprisingly easy to use when we wanted, and we were able to relax and enjoy a bath together as a family. Free laundry and drying were also available, which was a huge help—especially with our 2-year-old, when we ran out of spare clothes and started to panic. Meals were buffet-style, so we ended up eating quite a lot and couldn’t make it for late-night snacks, which was a shame—but next time I’ll plan better (haha). Just one thing: the kids’ meals didn’t change much between breakfast and dinner, so our child got a bit bored. It would have been nice to have a little more variety.

It was an absolutely amazing stay. I was truly impressed by the outstanding, well-equipped Facility that anticipated every need. The staff were very considerate with the luggage we sent in advance, prepared a pool for the children, and even when an accident happened, their first words were to check on us. Talking with friends around the barbecue, setting off fireworks with the kids under the sunset sky, and looking up at the stars late at night—every moment became a wonderful memory. My only regret is that because it was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities outside the cottage, such as basketball and the trampoline. We will definitely visit again next year. We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. The blend of nature and luxury was wonderful. I loved taking my time in the sauna, and the wood-burning stove was truly soothing. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. I’ll definitely be back.

Our group of 10 family members across three households stayed here. The Facility and amenities were well equipped, and the children especially spent all their time playing in the pool and jacuzzi. Everyone was very satisfied, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

As a car and racing enthusiast, I love the details of this Hotel. The weather wasn’t great this time, but I was glad I could still see Mt. Fuji from my Room. I always choose the “view assigned by the Hotel,” and you can enjoy it no matter which side you get. This time again, we had dinner at Robata Oyama, and it was delicious—we were very satisfied. I also really like the breakfast.

My spouse and I had some time off, so we made a spontaneous Reservation and stayed here. We arrived by car, and staff were waiting in front of the Hotel to guide us, so parking was smooth. They also carried our bags, and I was surprised by how courteous they were. The front desk staff were also polite and left a great impression. Because of that, we ended up booking a private Onsen. The staff on duty from evening through morning were very kind as well. They even showed us a rare video of a Japanese serow and shared lots of interesting stories about it, which made us very happy. The Onsen was extremely relaxing, and the breakfast staff were friendly too. We came to heal our bodies, but our hearts felt refreshed as well. We also had great weather at Gozaisho. Next time, I’d like to bring my mother too. Overall, it was such a pleasant Hotel and incredibly soothing. Thank you very much.

We stayed to celebrate the youngest of our three sons’ birthday—this was about our fifth visit. The room has evolved into a family room, and with the slide, swing, and bouldering wall, they played nonstop. All three were very happy and said they want to come again and stay again. Thank you as well to K for taking such great care of us during our meals—it made the memories even more special. Next time, we’d love to visit for our second son’s birthday. Thank you in advance.

We stay here mainly for Arashi no Yu, and it’s an amazing experience every single time—thank you again for this visit. The table tennis & darts Room is a hidden gem, and the kids were thrilled! If I had one request, it would be to have some board games the kids can enjoy (even something like UNO) in the table tennis Room or at the front desk—then they wouldn’t get bored even during a Multiple Night Stay. In any case, thank you as always for another wonderful stay.

I have stayed here several times, and it remains a wonderful Hotel. The staff are excellent, and the meals are outstanding and delicious. This time, I also enjoyed seasonal ingredients that felt like summer and was very satisfied. The Room is also lovely, with beautiful fittings and flooring. It is quiet and relaxing. Whenever I come here, I can spend my time slowly and peacefully, which I really appreciate. I would definitely like to stay again.

The guest room, hospitality and service, Onsen, Facility, and meals—everything far exceeded my expectations, and I was amazed at how satisfied I was. The atmosphere of the bath and the water were especially wonderful; I wanted to stay in forever. The food was also outstanding, and my wife was delighted. We also enjoyed playing table tennis, and thanks to the light exercise and the Onsen, we slept soundly at night—better than at home. We will definitely return together. I visited by car with my husband and son on our first family trip in a while. We were delighted by the elegant lobby and lounge, beautifully decorated with flowers and furnishings, and by the stunning view of the cove from the windows. The cave-style bath we had been looking forward to, as well as the panoramic bath, were wonderfully relaxing, with silky-smooth water as we enjoyed the scenery. For dinner, we had an exquisite kaiseki course in a private dining room. We chose sashimi made from locally caught fish of the day, and every dish was outstanding—beautifully presented with impressive table settings. We also enjoyed freshly grilled fugu prepared right in front of us, along with a sake tasting. After dinner, we played darts, enjoyed wine at the bar, and went back to the baths—making the most of our stay. Our Room also had a fantastic view, and we were able to truly unwind. This is an unforgettable Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

From the moment we arrived, the parking guidance, check-in, shop, and breakfast venue staff were all very welcoming, and their smiles and service made our stay truly comfortable. The Room was also clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary beer and ice cream after bathing. Thank you very much.

Despite the economical rates, the bathtub had a built-in step that could be used as a seat, and there was also a separate washing area for the body, which was excellent. It offered Facility services you wouldn’t even find at top-class Hotels costing twice as much. I was able to relax very comfortably. The staff service was wonderful, and it made my trip even more enjoyable.
