Located on a coastal terrace overlooking Beppu Bay, the 6,000-tsubo property features a blueberry and kiwi fruit orchard, treehouses, and forest swings scattered throughout. This is a 145-square-meter, two-story wooden villa exclusively for guest use. It is highly rated as a gathering place for three generations, including grandchildren, or for friends. In front of the lodge, there is a private parking area and a BBQ space, which can be used in conjunction with the spacious living room on the first floor. The Facility is well-equipped, featuring a shower room with a bathtub, two toilets, and a fully electric large kitchen with three sinks. Within 15 minutes of the lodge, there are four supermarkets where you can easily procure local ingredients.From the lodge, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Beppu Bay below and the Saganoseki Peninsula in the distance, as well as a star-filled night sky, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature. The second-floor bedroom of the lodge is pre-arranged with 2 to 8 beds according to the number of guests, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests are also welcome to bring their beloved dogs. In an adjacent separate building, there is a sauna and a hot bath Facility, which can be reserved for private use in advance.

Our Property is "pet-friendly," and you can spend a soothing time with your dog in the lawn dog run. Breakfast features a health-conscious menu using local ingredients. About an hour and a half drive from Tokyo, BAROSSA HOUSE is a private villa at Lake Yamanaka, available for only one group per day. Opened in September 2022, we are grateful to have welcomed many families, groups of friends, and even guests with their dogs over the past two years. With three bedrooms, it is highly popular among multi-generational families and groups of friends traveling together. On sunny days, enjoy a BBQ or campfire in the garden while taking in views of Mt. Fuji. During colder seasons, relax by the warmth of the wood stove. The garden is fenced, providing a safe space for children and dogs to play freely. There are plenty of fun features for kids, such as a slide and swings, which have been well-received for keeping children entertained. A projector is available for watching various content, including Netflix and Disney+. We also offer a wide selection of board games, so gather with your family and friends for some lively fun!
