We stayed as a mother-and-daughter trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We have stayed at many Accommodations, but our time at Fufu Nikko was truly unforgettable and the best experience we could have hoped for. The Room was extremely comfortable, and the in-room Onsen was wonderfully relaxing—we enjoyed it many times during our stay. The dining was also outstanding. Each dish was beautiful to look at, thoughtfully presented on lovely tableware, and you could really feel the care and attention behind every detail. Everything tasted delicious. The final dish—rice with conger eel and lotus root—was especially wonderful, but we were so full that we couldn’t finish it. That is my only regret. Even now, my daughter and I still say, “We wish we had eaten it all.” The whole cake we requested in advance for my daughter’s birthday was also set up beautifully when we returned to our Room after dinner. They even added flowers along with the cake, and my daughter was deeply touched by their thoughtfulness. Thanks to you, it became a truly memorable birthday. Above all, what stayed with us most was the hospitality of the staff. From the warm welcome on arrival to the heartfelt send-off at departure, everything felt comfortable. Wherever we met someone, they greeted us kindly, and each small gesture of consideration felt genuinely warm. The explanations of each course were clear and attentive, and the casual conversations in between were enjoyable as well. The service never felt formal or stiff—just perfectly attentive with a comfortable sense of distance—and both my daughter and I were completely charmed. Of course the Facility and cuisine were exceptional, but this stay reminded me that what ultimately makes you think “I want to come back” is always the people. Even after returning home, my daughter and I haven’t stopped talking about Fufu Nikko. We’ve become big fans of “Fufu,” and are already planning which Fufu property to visit next—with hopes of visiting them all someday. I sincerely thank all of your staff for making this important birthday trip with my daughter such a wonderful memory. We will definitely return again. Thank you very much.

Very pleasant and welcoming service, delicious meals, an easy-to-use Room, and a Moor Onsen. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. I was impressed to be served herring prepared with fine cuts like hamo bone-cutting—truly Hokkaido. I loved the gazpacho so much I wanted to take it home! That said, being from Kansai, I found the broth flavor of the surinagashi a little mild. Also, the duvet felt a bit heavy. I’d love to visit again someday.

We’re repeat guests for the cats, delicious food, and the cozy comfort of having everything you need right in the Room. This time my husband came with us too. The kids were thrilled with the maisonette and the open-air bath. We also love the skincare amenities such as lotion—they’re from a brand we like. We were so happy to finally spend time with the cats again. Since this was our first summer stay, we were told, “You might find stag beetles on the balcony,” and there were so many (surprisingly)! We took some home and are taking good care of them. Thank you for all your thoughtful consideration. Dinner was served at perfect timing—hot dishes hot and cold dishes cold—and my husband really enjoyed how delicious everything was. For breakfast we chose Japanese this time; the clay-pot rice selected by a rice meister was outstanding. Our child asked for seconds again and again. Everything was perfect except that the children’s pajamas we borrowed felt smaller than expected for their size. Thank you as always for your warm welcome—it made for an amazing start to our summer vacation. We’d love to come back again.

It was a very cozy Hotel. The delicious breakfast, the staff’s warm smiles, and the clean Room—everything offered service and quality beyond the price. Because of the rain, we spent more time at the Hotel, but it was very comfortable. When I visit Kyoto again, I would definitely like to stay here.

I chose this Accommodation because of its high ratings, but it exceeded my expectations—one pleasant surprise after another. Some places these days feel short-staffed, but here the service from the kimono-clad staff was outstanding, and they answered every question warmly and perfectly. I was deeply moved after finishing in two days the biography of the first founder (the proprietress’s mother), written by the current proprietress—I ended up buying a copy. The building was filled with artworks and gorgeous fresh flowers, with thoughtful touches everywhere that anticipated every need. At breakfast and again at the entrance when we departed, the proprietress greeted us with a warm smile; her mother’s teachings clearly live on here. Niigata isn’t easy for us to visit from Kanto, but I truly want to come back with my family.

Staying at the Tokyo Station Hotel had been a long-held dream, and it was even more wonderful than I imagined. From our Dome-side room, we could watch the flow of passengers coming and going through the ticket gates, and enjoy unique features of Tokyo Station such as the original brick walls preserved since its construction. Despite its rich history, not only the guest room but also the corridors and shared areas were impeccably cleaned—beautiful, spotless, and truly impressive. The staff’s service was also outstanding, allowing us to enjoy a flawless stay. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing, and breakfast was delicious as well. We stayed to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and we were deeply touched by the warm hospitality—preparing a commemorative gift for us and taking photos to present as a keepsake. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories.

I always spend the summer in Hokkaido, and this time I visited Niseko again after a long time. Niseko seems to have changed quite a bit recently, and I chose this place because I wanted to see what it’s like now while also sensing an atmosphere somewhat like Karuizawa. The Hotel Room had a spacious layout that I really loved, and the Onsen was amazing—open 24 hours with free-flowing natural spring water. Dinner, one of the true highlights of traveling, was also outstanding. It was my first time having a chef prepare and serve each dish fresh right in front of me, and I truly enjoyed such a luxurious meal. The service was attentive down to the smallest details, and I was deeply impressed. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

I stayed for two nights on my first trip to Hakodate. The view was amazing, and everything—from the service to the Room—was excellent. The Hotel also offers loaner bicycles, and there are plenty of nearby options such as car rentals and convenience stores. It’s also within walking distance of the station. There’s a morning market just a short walk away, so I had breakfast there. When I arrived in heavy rain, they immediately lent me a towel, which really warmed my heart. Even though I went in and out many times a day, they always greeted me with a smile, saying “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back.” There was no waiting for the elevator, which made everything comfortable. The Room was spotless as well. This is a Hotel I would definitely want to stay at again on my next trip. Thank you very much!

It felt like an extraordinary Hotel experience, as if we were traveling abroad. Both the Japanese staff and the fun international staff provided wonderfully pleasant service, making our stay even more enjoyable. At dinner, they introduced the menu, and our middle- and high-school-aged children were able to enjoy the meal while chatting. At breakfast, we could also see beautiful Mt. Yotei. The fresh sashimi and Hokkaido vegetables in particular were truly delicious. The Room was spacious, with an island kitchen that felt like something overseas. There was a separate bath and shower Room, two toilets, and TVs in each Room. The private bath was a big hit with our teenage daughter as well. As a mother, I was especially grateful for the washing machine in the Room—it really helped to be able to wash clothes that got wet during river rafting in Niseko! Just a short walk away is Tokyu Grand Hirafu’s activity Facility, where our whole family enjoyed pickleball from the morning. There are also photo spots, so we could make good use of even the small amount of time before check-in or after check-out without wasting it—and capture great memories too! It was such a wonderful Hotel that made us think, “We want to come back!”

I stayed at the Kahala Hotel for my birthday—it had been on my wish list for a long time, and choosing this Hotel was absolutely the right decision. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but I felt the warmth of the staff here was truly number one. From start to finish, I could really sense the Hawaiian-born spirit of hospitality and felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Of course, the Room was also outstanding and incredibly relaxing. Now I understand why so many guests return again and again. Thank you so much for all your thoughtful care. I will definitely be back!!

This was about my fourth visit, and it had been a while since the last time, but once again I had a thoroughly satisfying stay in every respect. As it was just the beginning of September, we were served dobin-mushi and matsutake mushroom rice, allowing us to enjoy the flavors of autumn a little early. Everything was delicious. The Room was spotless, and the entire property felt clean and well maintained. Above all, every staff member was polite and composed; meals were served at just the right time, and they always seemed to be attentively looking out for guests in a natural way. It made for a truly comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

The location was outstanding above all else. The in-room bath was an Onsen, and the view was so incredible that I could have stayed in it forever without wanting to leave. The Room was a perfect size and felt very clean. The meals were excellent, and I was very satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. There wasn’t any particular dress code inside the property, and it was fine to dine in loungewear, which made for a very relaxing stay. We joined the optional stargazing guide tour, but unfortunately Mt. Onidake—the planned observation spot—was covered by clouds so we couldn’t observe there. However, the guide quickly took us to another location, and we were able to see a wonderful starry sky. We enjoyed the Milky Way and summer constellations with the naked eye. The only disappointing thing was that there was a used tissue left in the pocket of the loungewear provided in our Room—apparently from a previous guest. I wonder if they didn’t check the pockets during cleaning… I also became curious about other Onko Chishin properties, so I went ahead and signed up for membership (lol).

This was my first stay. When we needed to change our dates due to a typhoon hitting directly, you handled it very courteously. The Room, the large public bath, and the breakfast were all excellent—I was completely satisfied. I would like to stay again next time. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The entire property was spotless, and the Room was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a special escape from everyday life. All of the staff were extremely courteous, and we could feel their thoughtful attention throughout our stay, which made our time there truly comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed every dish. Everything was excellent, and mealtimes were especially memorable during this stay. My wife and I stayed for two nights over a weekend trip. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn’t fully enjoy sightseeing in Kanazawa as planned. However, the time we spent at the Hotel was incredibly comfortable, and thanks to the wonderful lounge and the thoughtful care of all the staff, it turned into a truly satisfying stay. We arrived at the Hotel around noon. Our car was taken care of with valet service, which made it easy for us to head to Omicho Market. We enjoyed rock oysters, Noto beef croquettes, grilled scallop skewers, and more. When we returned to the Hotel around 2:00 p.m., even though it was before check-in time, we were kindly told that our Room was already ready. The Room was spotless and had a calm atmosphere—such a welcome gesture after walking in the rain. What I had been looking forward to most during this stay was the club lounge. We were amazed by how well stocked it was: their famous cakes, sandwiches, a wide selection of drinks, and even Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The evening offerings were also excellent—far beyond what you’d expect from “just a lounge,” and more than enough for us as dinner. We were also excited about breakfast. Although we had to wait a little due to full seating, the food exceeded our expectations. It felt distinctly Kanazawa-like as well, and we were very satisfied. Above all else, what left the strongest impression was the staff’s smiles and hospitality. Throughout our two-night stay, every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth, and their attentive care comforted us again and again. Even when checking out and leaving, there was one last pleasant surprise. When our car was brought to the entrance via valet service, chilled mineral water had been placed in the cup holders. My wife and I were truly touched by such thoughtfulness until the very end. Since we couldn’t do as much sightseeing in Kanazawa due to the rain this time around، our time at this Hotel became an especially memorable part of our trip. When we visit Kanazawa again، we would definitely love to stay here. To all of your staff، thank you very much for an amazing two nights and three days.

A quiet, relaxing Hotel with just 10 Rooms. The Rooms are spacious, and the staff are wonderful. Of course, the Japanese-Western fusion cuisine is truly satisfying—you can taste the quality of the ingredients. Location: Very convenient and close to Hakodate’s highlights (Ropeway [Mt. Hakodate] to historic buildings [Motomachi] to the Bay Area, etc.). *Some guests may notice minor details, but for us (an elderly couple), it was a very satisfying stay. *Thank you very much.

I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.

I had wanted, at least once, to step into “Salon Yamasato,” the private lobby lounge of Koshinosato—I've felt that way for the past 10 years. As we reached our 60th birthdays as a couple, we decided to make a Reservation and treat ourselves at this milestone. We truly loved the cuisine, amenities, and atmosphere. I was deeply impressed by the high-quality meals—it was an Accommodation with impeccable hospitality in every way. Also, the macarons and gelato at Kaho’s salon were absolutely top-class delicious—I couldn’t stop eating them. The flavor stayed with me, and I kept wondering what brand they were. It made me strongly want to come back again. Thank you very much. The concierge staff were also incredibly kind—simply wonderful.

The front desk staff welcomed us kindly, and we enjoyed the delicious welcome drink. The amenities were well stocked with a variety of teas, and we were happy to find face masks as well. The Room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were very comfortable. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.
