I always stay at Itoen Hotel when I travel. The Room was spacious, a blend of Japanese and Western style, and very clean. Since the Hotel isn’t very large, it was easy to get around with short walks to the dining area and the large public bath. The all-you-can-drink buffet at this price was very satisfying—there were two types of sake and three types of shochu, which was perfect for alcohol lovers. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing. As always, it was an Accommodation with excellent value that never disappoints. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. The spacious Room and the generously sized open-air bath in the Room helped us fully relax and recover from our fatigue. Although the building is somewhat old, it is well cleaned, and since I don’t really like newer but cramped Rooms, this Accommodation suited me well. The Onsen was also excellent and warmed me through to the core, so I would definitely like to stay again.

I made a last-minute same-day Reservation and stayed here. Thank you for welcoming me. My luggage was heavy, so being able to park right in front was a big help. The Room’s bathroom and toilet were clean, and the Room size was just right. I also appreciated the bath chair, which is often not provided. However, it seemed there was no hair dryer in the Room, and that was the only inconvenience; everything else was great. Since it was a same-day Reservation, the view from the Room was disappointing, but I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much.

It’s not a luxurious resort, but it was clean and the service, while understated, was reliable. The meals were not extravagant, but well-seasoned and very enjoyable. The Onsen was also satisfying, with both Kinsen and Ginsen available. For the price, this Onsen Hotel offers excellent value. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

On the second day, heading from Nasu Highlands to Gunma Prefecture, we stayed at Route Inn Shibukawa. Upon arrival, several cars and motorcycles had already arrived, but we were lucky to park under the covered entrance. The next morning, I happened to look at the backyard and saw nearly 30 motorcycles parked, realizing its popularity. The room was neatly arranged, the large public bath was able to relieve the fatigue of the day, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Absolutely amazing. In addition to dinner and breakfast, you can also enjoy alcohol (beer and more) as well as steamed meat buns and traditional sweets at check-in and during late-night snacks. Dinner features grilled eel, sushi, crab, shabu-shabu, and more, and breakfast also offers a wide variety—everything was extremely satisfying. The Hotel has karaoke, table tennis, darts, foosball-style soccer games, and more, so we had a great time. The only minor issue was that the Room air conditioning felt a bit outdated; otherwise the value is almost too good to share. We were very satisfied overall, including the Onsen.

This was my first trip to Yamagata Prefecture. I booked this Accommodation at the last minute as a stopover on my way through Yamagata to Niigata Prefecture to attend the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival, and the food was truly delicious. The staff’s smiles were wonderful, and their service was excellent. The Onsen was also great. Even though I chose this Ryokan without doing any research, I had a fantastic stay. Thank you very much.

We stayed here with my daughter’s family. The Onsen, the meals, and the service were all excellent. In particular, the staff’s kindness made us feel very at ease. The food was delicious and very generous in portion size—I ended up eating too much. It made for a wonderful Golden Week holiday. Thank you very much. Yubara Onsen is the best.

The Room and Facility are slightly old, but the layout was satisfactory. The large public bath and breakfast buffet deserve five stars. It would be perfect if there were additional outlets on the side. Great value for money!

This was my first stay, and the ocean view from the front desk was wonderful. The Room was clean and spacious, and I had a lovely time. The meals offered a wide variety, and I’d love to enjoy them again. The staff were kind, making this a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

It was conveniently located right in front of Beppu Station, and we had no trouble finding convenience stores or restaurants nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful with the Room and parking, and we were extremely satisfied. There were limited seats at breakfast and it was full at the time, so we returned to our Room for a while, but they called us when a seat became available, which was very helpful. The Room was a maisonette type. The door used a standard key lock, and the gap in the restroom door made it slightly possible to see inside from outside, so overall it felt a bit old, but it was kept clean and well maintained. If there had been table tennis, the Facility would have been perfect. Checkout took a little time, but the staff handled it politely and left a very good impression. The meals were very satisfying for both children and adults. The free drinks in the lounge were also something the kids really enjoyed. I’d be happy to visit again.

The Facility is old, but it is kept very clean. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and the veranda has a slatted floor, so you don’t have to worry about it being wet after bathing—it’s a very well-designed layout. I enjoyed using the open-air bath many times. Despite the good amenities and the convenient location right in front of Shirarahama Beach, it was reasonably priced. My wife liked it very much as well, so I think we will visit again.

Above all, the staff were warm and attentive, and we’d love to come back.

I stayed here before with friends and had a very good impression. Since the sea is right nearby, this time I came with my daughter and grandchild. After check-in we played at the beach; the sand was clean and the water was very clear. We safely enjoyed finding crabs and clams with my fourth-grade child. The Room was also clean, and the amenities were well provided, so we had a comfortable stay. The bath was a little hot for children, so it would have been even better if there were a warmer (lower-temperature) bath as well. I would like to stay again.

First of all, the location is great. The all-inclusive plan is excellent. The Room was clean and had an open-air bath, a washing machine, a mini kitchen, and a microwave.

All rooms had an open, ocean-view setting. This can’t really be helped, but the long layout made getting around a bit tiring.

Although the building and Facility feel a bit dated, the room was more spacious than expected, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the Onsen, and breakfast was properly prepared and delicious. Not only the Room but the entire property was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. If you go to the bath at 6:00 a.m., something good might happen.
