I have visited Noboribetsu several times, but this Hotel surprised me with its spacious Room! It was very relaxing. The Onsen was great, and I felt refreshed. It would be nice if there were wider yukatas available for fuller-figured guests.

I visited Yufuin for the first time in a while. The newly renovated room was very clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The bath in the room was Onsen, and I enjoyed it multiple times. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and highly satisfying. I would love to stay here again.

This was my first stay here. The Room was spacious, and I was very satisfied to be able to relax in the Onsen. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay here again.

This time, you kindly arranged a special riverside Room (Japanese-style), and I found it very soothing to be surrounded by the sound of the stream and the forest. The Room also had a private Onsen bath, which made my stay extremely comfortable. I was also very satisfied with the scenic view of the stream from the open-air bath, along with the forest and the evening cicadas—it was truly atmospheric. The quality of the Onsen was excellent as well, and I was very pleased. As the building is a designated tangible cultural property, it felt like stepping back into Japan’s Taisho era. Although it is old, it is kept very clean, and I had a relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed at Naraya Ryokan before moving overseas in November. I won’t be back for a while, but I’m glad I had the chance to stay at such a wonderful Ryokan. The Room, meals, and Onsen were all excellent.

I stayed at your Accommodation in Kinosaki before, and this time I stayed in Shirahama. The Room was spacious, and the children were very happy. At dinner, a staff member kindly offered to take a family photo for us, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I would love to visit again if I have the opportunity.

All of the meals were delicious. The Room had a wonderful view of the mountains and nature, which was very refreshing. All of the staff were kind and welcoming. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. The Onsen was great, but the changing area was hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working well. To get to the large public bath you need to go down a few stairs, so it would be nice if an elevator could take you right to the entrance. The welcome-drink coffee in the lobby was very tasty, but I would be even happier if it were free. The honey apple vinegar in front of the restaurant was freely available and very delicious. The ropeway is right in front of the Hotel, and there is also a Lawson convenience store and souvenir shops nearby, which made it very convenient. The hot spring water was excellent and offered great value for money—overall, it was a truly wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much!

We stayed at Hotel Hanamaki while visiting Shohei Ohtani’s alma mater during our trip to visit family graves. We stayed for one night from June 24, and we were very happy with the excellent value for money. For dinner, we enjoyed crab, steak, tempura, and a customizable kama-meshi (I chose one loaded with crab). What impressed me most was breakfast—it was easily the best I’ve had among all the places I’ve stayed. There was delicious rice and a wide selection of both Japanese and Western dishes. Even at 65 years old, I was completely satisfied and even went back for seconds—especially for the freshly made omelet, grated yam (tororo), salted seafood (shiokara), mekabu seaweed, minced tuna (negitoro), pickles, and more. We were also able to explore several different baths, and my wife and I made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

I usually stay at health insurance association retreats or Tokyo ward-run resorts (paying the non-resident rate), but this place was available for about the same price, so I decided to try it. Since it was a weekday, only a few cars were in the parking lot, and it felt spacious and comfortable. In the lobby, there is a coffee machine that guests can use freely. The Room had been nicely renovated, was well cleaned, and provided a relaxing environment. There are three bathing areas that rotate between men and women by time slot. Perhaps out of consideration for nearby buildings, the women’s open-air bath is scheduled from nighttime to early morning, which felt reassuring. Compared with typical retreat facilities, the meals were far more upscale—generous portions and very tasty. The self-serve soy sauce soft-serve dessert is outstanding. Laying out futons in the Japanese-style Room is self-service, but if you don’t mind that, it offers great value for money. The staff were also polite and pleasant throughout. I’d like to stay again soon.

The dishes made with local Aizu ingredients were truly delicious. Both the large public bath overlooking the river and the in-Room bath were very relaxing.

I stayed at Zazan Minakami for two days to visit Mt. Tanigawa. I made a Reservation with the most affordable Plan and chose the mini kaiseki dinner course. At around JPY 10,000 per person per night, it was very reasonably priced, so I didn’t have especially high expectations at first. However, the staff kindly prepared a top-floor Room for us, and the view of the Tone River from the window was truly soothing. The Room was spacious and bright, and I was able to relax comfortably. Every meal had gentle flavors and was wonderful. In particular, the tempura served at dinner on the second day was crispy on the outside and tender inside—more memorable than dishes I’ve had at luxury Hotels. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of wholesome dishes that made me happy every morning. Even though it was an inexpensive Plan, we received such attentive hospitality that I’m both surprised and deeply grateful. When I visit Mt. Tanigawa again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much for everything.

Since it had been rebranded and was offered at a campaign rate, we stayed in the Premium Suite. As expected, the Room was tastefully put together, and it truly felt like they had moved away from the image of an old-fashioned Onsen Ryokan. The private bath, which is usually available for a fee, was also provided free of charge. You make a Reservation through the Accommodation’s dedicated app, then pick up the key at the front desk when it’s time. We ended up departing early in the morning on short notice, but we’d like to stay here again when we visit Minami-Izu.

I stayed in the Moon Room on a solo trip. Due to various circumstances, I made a Reservation after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and with the same-day discount it was a great deal. Since my expected arrival time was set for 10:00 PM, the Accommodation contacted me, and their warm and kind response raised my expectations. I arrived just before the welcome drink service ended. Soaking in the iconic footbath, I enjoyed sparkling wine poured generously. The Room was more than spacious enough for one person, and although I initially thought the Onsen on the terrace might be small from the photos, it was also plenty for one. It’s a circulated bath from Kiga Onsen, but for someone like me who prefers hotter water, it was just right—and it warmed me up so much that I started sweating. The door from the Room to the terrace is accordion-style, so after daybreak I left it fully open all morning—it felt wonderful. The open-air bath at the large public bath uses free-flowing spring water from Owakudani. As someone who likes Kusatsu and Manza, I felt the sulfur scent was mild, but I still really enjoyed the milky-white water. However, it was unpleasant to have long hairs and fallen leaves cling to my body. In addition to the powder corner in the large public bath area, there is also a separate powder room with a ReFa hair dryer, a Panasonic hair iron, and a Panasonic facial steamer. Since I had been considering buying them anyway, it was great to be able to try them out. (For reference, the hair dryers in the large public bath were Dyson.) There were many negative Reviews online so I felt nervous until actually staying here, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. I’m also interested in one of their higher-category detached Rooms (annex), so I’d love to visit again.

Everyone at the Hotel was very kind, and the bath was relaxing. I’m quite particular about cleanliness, but everything was clean and I felt comfortable staying there! Even though it’s a Japanese-style room, it had proper blackout curtains, which was great because the kids didn’t wake up early in the morning.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, thanks to the very kind staff. There was too much food at dinner, so I couldn’t finish it. The bath was also very nice. I had hurt my knee, so I didn’t get to walk around the famous garden, but I was able to relax in the Room. There were also USB ports by the bed.

This riverside Accommodation was truly wonderful. Meals weren’t the typical one-set Ryokan style; there were several choices available. The portions were just right—not too much—so I could sleep well at night, and I also felt thoughtful attention to detail throughout. I was especially grateful that, unlike many places, there was no noise from children during meals, so I could enjoy everything quietly and at a relaxed pace. Dining while enjoying the cool breeze and scenery through the riverside windows became an unforgettable time. For bathing, I used a private bath. Because I have surgical scars, I was most grateful that they prepared a private bath where I could bathe with peace of mind. The free-flowing natural spring water was beautifully pure and felt cleansing even to the soul. The Room had double-pane windows for soundproofing and insulation, showing how carefully it had been renovated. Since I’m not used to sitting on tatami floors in daily life, having a bed and table made the Room very comfortable, and I appreciated that consideration. Also, as someone with strong cleanliness preferences, I really appreciated the small but thoughtful touch of providing unopened individually wrapped pocket tissues instead of a partly used box of tissues often found in Ryokan. The meals were also pleasing for someone like me who pays attention to additives; in particular, they had a nostalgic flavor that reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking—she was especially good at German cuisine. The juice served was freshly squeezed as well, and it was clear that each dish had been prepared with great care. I was genuinely happy to find an Accommodation like this in Japan. Both the proprietress and her husband were very friendly and interacted with me at just the right distance—even though I’m shy—so my stay felt truly comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Gero Onsen, I would love to book a Multiple Night Stay—starting the morning with German beer and then enjoying lunch as well. From start to finish, including our departure, the service was heartfelt and attentive. Dinner and breakfast were not only delicious with fresh seafood, but also so plentiful we thought we couldn’t possibly finish everything. The Room had a calm atmosphere that helped melt away everyday stress, and in the morning the song of bush warblers served as a natural alarm for a pleasant wake-up. The amenities were well stocked, and since they were available in the lobby, it was helpful to be able to pick up more at any time. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and five days on our golden wedding anniversary trip. The meals and service were excellent. We also truly appreciated the beautifully and carefully written travel itinerary, which became a wonderful keepsake. Thank you very much.
