Staying in the detached room allowed us to relax without worrying too much about our dog’s barking disturbing others. We also finished all of our meals—they were delicious. We are also grateful to the staff for their sincere support during a late-night incident.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding and truly exciting. I was especially amazed by the wide variety of breads at breakfast. Everything was delicious, but I regret that I couldn’t try them all. We also enjoyed drinks and sweets in the lovely lounge, and the staff’s attentive service made our stay very comfortable. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again.

We stayed in a guest Room with a sauna. The sauna, open-air bath, cold-water bath, and the Room were all spotless down to every detail, and we had an amazing time. Meals were buffet-style for both dinner and breakfast, and we were very satisfied with both the variety and the taste—everything was delicious. The staff’s service was also excellent. We look forward to staying again next time.

Although we stayed for only one night, it was a very comfortable Accommodation. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and in addition to the amenities, there was a good selection of tea and mineral water provided, which made our stay very pleasant. (Filling up water at the washbasin can take away from the travel mood a bit.) When we visit Hakodate Yunokawa Onsen again, we would love to stay here again.

We stayed here as a family during our summer vacation. The pancakes, pudding, and every meal were all very delicious. We felt a warmth in the staff’s hospitality that isn’t swayed by changing times, and it made us feel pleasantly nostalgic. It’s a wonderful Accommodation we’d love to visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.

The Chikuma River view from the Room was beautiful. It was a Japanese-Western style Room, spacious and very relaxing. About a 2–3 minute walk from the Hotel, there is a convenience store and a footbath, which we enjoyed during an evening stroll. The bath temperature was not too hot and felt great. It was a bit disappointing that the open-air bath alternates between men and women by day. Since we stayed only one night, it was the women’s turn at night and the men’s turn in the morning. It seems the morning view was wonderful. All of the staff were very kind. Thank you.

This was my first time staying with Itoen Hotels. The Accommodation at Yunishikawa Onsen was very clean and pleasant. The buffet dishes were also replenished promptly, and I am truly grateful to all the staff. I would definitely like to stay again.

Twice a year, our family treats ourselves to a slightly luxurious trip. This time it was just the two of us, and considering the location and the Room, the price felt surprisingly reasonable—so I was a bit worried. Still, we decided to stay at Kajikaso because of its great location near the shopping street.\n\nUntil we arrived by car and were waiting to check in at the Hotel, I honestly thought we might have made the wrong choice. But after check-in, everything changed: a spacious, bright Room; a garden open-air bath with perfectly heated water flowing continuously; very comfortable beds; and even two TVs. The large public bath was impressive—big enough to swim in—and the temperature was just right.\n\nDinner was excellent, especially the appetizers and sashimi. Drinks ordered via tablet were delivered quickly, and chatting with the staff was truly soothing. We also enjoyed the karaoke room and breakfast—everything was wonderful.\n\nMy husband especially loved the complimentary beer server in our Room.\n\nThank you very much for taking such great care of us!

I stayed here on a solo trip as a treat for myself. From the moment I arrived, I was comforted by the staff’s warm and attentive hospitality. The meals were packed with fresh vegetables, with generous portions—I was completely satisfied. On top of that, the all-you-can-drink option, pre-dinner snacks, and dessert service made it a truly pampering stay. I was so full after dinner that I unfortunately couldn’t eat dessert, but next time I’d like to plan my appetite better so I can enjoy it. Even when we drove past the Hotel on our way out, the staff waved to me with big smiles, and it left me feeling warmly happy—almost to tears. Next time I’ll come with my family. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

We relaxed in the private bath while watching the stars and the moon. It was a blissful time. Even though it was reasonably priced, the Room was spacious and very comfortable to use, and we were also impressed with breakfast. The simmered dishes and rice cakes were delicious, and we ate a lot. It’s a bit far so we can’t visit often, but we recommended it to friends as well. Thank you very much.

Above all, the slope from the parking area into the Ryokan felt truly welcoming. At check-in, the staff spoke politely and with great hospitality, and they answered exactly what we needed right away—with a smile. Since it is run by Chateraise, the sweets and tea served on arrival were also wonderful. There was a wide variety of black teas as well.

This was our seventh stay. We stayed to celebrate a 60th birthday. They prepared a red celebratory vest and a congratulatory plate, which made it a wonderful memory. The meals were also very delicious. We will visit again.

The Onsen was incredibly relaxing, and I was able to unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay. I also appreciated that it is free-flowing from the source and available 24 hours a day. The water temperature was just right, and it left my skin feeling silky smooth. We had dinner on a riverside dining platform, and it was wonderful to enjoy the scenery and the sound of the flowing river while eating. The meal was delicious and had a great seasonal feel. The staff were courteous, which made the stay very comfortable. I would love to return if I have the chance.

I traveled with my partner. The Hotel felt a bit old, but all the staff we passed greeted us warmly and cheerfully, which was very pleasant. They promptly assisted with the reservation call for river rafting and handled it efficiently. The meals in the morning and evening had a wide variety of dishes, were visually colorful, and used local ingredients, which I appreciated. The chicken in the hot pot was delicious, as was the rice. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Next time, I’d like to try river rafting too!

The welcome drink and free parking at Nao Resort Hotel were great, and the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. The Naraya Group staff are consistently outstanding. We booked during a time sale at this price, and even breakfast was included—I almost felt bad. I was also happy that the card payment included the Hot Spring Tax. We had a wonderful time around Yubatake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the Onsen for personal reasons, but my sister and mother were truly impressed by Ichinoyu’s waters, several nearby baths they could enjoy many times, and Soan’s private bath. Thank you again—everything was perfect.

It was a wonderful Room where we could soak in a free-flowing hot spring bath while enjoying the spectacular views of Mt. Hakusan, soothing our tired bodies and minds from everyday life. The meals were also excellent, with delicious dishes served in a private dining room. The building feels a bit old, but it was clean, and it was a comfortable Hotel for us seniors. It is an Accommodation we would like to visit again.

We visited Shimane Prefecture for the first time to go to the Izumo Taisha Shrine we’d long dreamed of seeing for our wedding anniversary. While looking for a Ryokan, we found a wonderful one in an Onsen town—though it was a bit far from Izumo Taisha—and decided to check it out. We were especially drawn to the amazing Plan offering 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat crab, so we made a Reservation right away!! The guest Room was very spacious—more than enough for two people—and it was very clean!! Every dish was truly delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the crab until we were completely satisfied. The other kaiseki dishes were also luxurious; the clam clear soup was of course delicious, and so were the meat dishes and sea bream shabu-shabu… Everything exceeded our expectations!! The Onsen was also excellent. I personally loved the open-air bath in particular. When I went in at night, I felt the water temperature might have been slightly on the lukewarm side, but in the morning it was just perfect—so I think the weather may have had an effect. It felt so good that I wanted to stay in both at night and in the morning. The next day my skin felt smooth, and I could definitely feel its benefits. The front desk staff were kind as well. Next time, I’d love to visit again on a family trip with my parents and my spouse’s parents. We’re very happy to have found such a great Ryokan that we can recommend to anyone.

The free-flowing Onsen water pours vigorously from the wall into the indoor bath, and in the open-air bath it cascades like a waterfall from the rocks—something Onsen lovers will truly appreciate. This was my father’s favorite place, and he was very happy. The meals were delicious and just the right amount. On the way to the large public bath, it was fun to see carp gathering where the spring water flows and bathing under it like a waterfall shower. The Room felt refreshingly cool with lush green trees outside. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was my third stay. After arriving while it was still light out, I first enjoyed Goshobo’s semi-mixed Onsen and the large public bath with its golden Onsen. Since it was summer, even a short soak left me sweating nonstop. In the large bath, I shared the water with someone for the first time here; we had a pleasant chat and ended up soaking a bit longer. Dinner was a lighter, seafood-focused course. The chilled Awaji spiny lobster soup was a perfect match with Koshu wine. The highlight began with sashimi of meita-garei flounder and aged sea bream, followed by more Akashi-ura fish to enjoy. The charcoal-grilled Spanish mackerel and the Akashi sea bream acqua pazza were both seasonal specials you can only have here at this time of year. The broth in the acqua pazza was much lighter than last autumn’s filefish version. To finish, the cheese course left me fully satisfied in both quality and quantity—thank you for the wonderful meal. For breakfast, I switched back to the standard menu: milk, soup, vegetables—an all-around delicious plate—beautiful French toast, and yogurt meant to savor the jam and honey. Everything tasted exactly as good as expected. Even the mini breads were great; this time, the buttery croissant was my favorite. In my Room bath, I topped up little by little while letting it cool slightly, enjoying a pleasantly lukewarm golden Onsen. The breeze through the window felt wonderful: lush greenery everywhere, distant summer skies, murmuring sounds of life outside—and cicadas loud enough not to lose to them. Summer Onsen really is something special. After breakfast I alternated between the golden Onsen and the low-temperature sauna. It was an extremely satisfying holiday stay. Thank you very much. P.S. We stayed with three couples we know. The Room was spacious and clean, earning high marks. The bath was a proper Onsen. Because of the rain, the outdoor bath temperature was a little lukewarm, but once you soak in it, you warm up nicely. The sound of the clear stream in front was soothing, and it felt like being surrounded by negative ions. At dinner, the appetizer course in particular was delicious—delicate and enjoyable with a variety of flavors. It alone pairs well with plenty of drinks. The meal portions were very generous, and we couldn’t finish the final rice dish. I recommend arriving hungry. Breakfast rice was also delicious and very satisfying. The staff were attentive and greeted us with warm smiles. The Accommodation isn’t large, but it offers great hospitality and tasty meals, so I think it’s excellent value for money. Since it’s right by the river, we felt it’s an Accommodation where you can relax while listening to the clear stream. It’s an Accommodation I would recommend to other friends as well. We’d love to visit again.
