I decided that morning to have the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the Hiroshima local specialties—dumpling soup with shiratama, steamed egg custard with oysters, and dried nodoguro fish; everything was delicious. I usually choose No Meals Included no matter which Hotel I stay at, but this time it was absolutely the right choice. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

We stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner included. We originally planned to stay with No Meals Included, but after reading the Reviews we changed to the two-meal plan. Just as the Reviews said, the crab, Korean dishes, and breakfast were all amazing. The portions were more than generous, everything was delicious, and we were very satisfied. The owner told us what time the sun would set, and we were able to watch it from a spot just a short walk from the Hotel. The washing area in the bath was tatami-matted, which felt surprisingly comfortable. The Hotel itself may be a bit old-fashioned, but our Room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Music that people in their 40s and 50s likely listened to when they were younger was playing throughout the building, which I personally really enjoyed as well. As mentioned in other Reviews, the owner was very friendly and easygoing, so we had a great time. Using points let us stay at a great price—excellent value for money. This is an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again with breakfast and dinner included when visiting Yamagata.

The rainy early-summer weather had me feeling down, but the front desk staff’s courteous service lifted my spirits. It was a shame that there was almost no view from the room window. Breakfast didn’t offer a wide variety, but the rice was excellent and the side dishes were surprisingly delicious. One disappointing point was the smell of the shower curtain… Maybe it can’t be helped during the rainy season?

We were satisfied with everything, including the staff, Room, bath, and meals. It is also conveniently located near the station. I stayed here while accompanying my younger brother (who requires nursing care), and we did not experience any inconvenience. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. A safe and comfortable Hotel directly connected to Kansai International Airport. Convenience stores like Lawson and FamilyMart are nearby, and you can also find places to eat 24 hours a day in the area. The breakfast buffet even had champagne in the morning. At the live kitchen, two types of plated dishes are always prepared. Arriving on the last flight on Friday after work, it’s helpful that there’s very little travel needed afterward.

Whenever I visit Osaka, I always stay here. I choose this Business Hotel for its great value, the surprisingly spacious bathroom (like a love hotel), and the separate bath and toilet. The friendly and courteous service from the front desk staff also makes my stay very pleasant. The location is convenient too, with a Tanimachi Line station within walking distance, and I’m always soothed by the lush greenery of Ikutama Shrine visible from the window.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 5 nights. The staff were very attentive, and I had a comfortable stay. The welcome drink and complimentary breakfast were delightful and felt like a great deal. Since I used my own toothbrush, I returned the provided one saying "I don't need it," and in exchange, I received local Umaibo snacks equal to the number of toothbrushes—this was an unexpected bonus! Security was reliable, and the Onsen was very relaxing. Overall, I was very satisfied. The Room was slightly small but perfectly manageable for my stay.

It was great—the public bath wasn’t crowded, and the water quality was excellent. There wasn’t a good place to meet in the lobby, but it couldn’t be helped. Thank you.

It’s very close to Hiroshima Station, yet it’s not noisy and is easy to use. On hot summer days, it’s very convenient to go from the station’s second-floor deck to the neighboring Edion, then go down to the first floor and cross the traffic light in between. Edion also has a Tsutaya and other shops. There is also a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel. The amenities you need are available in front of the reception desk, which was nice.

This is my third stay this year. I really enjoy the dinner meat dishes and the wide variety of side dishes, and I can take my time and relax while dining. The baths are clean, the Hotel is quiet throughout, and it’s one of my favorites. However, this time the dinner meat platter was quite salty. The hamburger steak in particular could have been seasoned more mildly. After the meal, I refilled my tea several times in the lobby to quench my thirst. Breakfast was excellent with nothing to complain about. I will stay again.

The location is very convenient—just steps from both the station and the park—and I chose to stay because the Sesame Street theme is so cute. I was also happy to receive a pass holder. This time I booked a room type selected by the Accommodation, but it turned out to be a park-view Room, and I really enjoyed the view of the park after closing as well as in the morning.

Although it’s part of the Hyatt group, there’s no excessive service, which actually makes it more comfortable. You bring necessary items such as toner and bath towels to your room from in front of the 1st-floor front desk, and I support this effort to reduce unnecessary waste. There is no dedicated parking lot, but there is a coin-operated parking area along the local road on the annex side. When loading and unloading luggage from the car, it was helpful that there was little traffic. The disappointing part is the coffee service. I use it every year when I stay, but there always seems to be some kind of issue—such as the machine not working properly or running out of milk. Overseas guests also seemed confused about how to use it. It might be better to switch to a simpler machine like those at convenience stores. I also feel sorry for the front desk staff having to deal with problems with the machine.

With prices rising everywhere, we made a Reservation after seeing an unbelievably reasonable rate. Our group stayed for two nights on August 11 and 12. From the manager to the front desk and dining staff, everyone’s service was outstanding. When we called before our stay, they listened carefully and responded kindly. On the day of arrival, our match ended earlier than expected and we requested an early check-in; they graciously offered us a meeting room to use until housekeeping was finished. They also provided ice the next day, and accommodated our requests with genuine warmth—we truly appreciate it. As a group, we may have caused some inconvenience to other guests, but we sincerely hope to stay here again when we visit this area. Thank you very much! The Room may feel slightly small, but it has everything you need, including a refrigerator. A convenience store is less than a minute away.

Since I was out and about all day, I stayed here just to sleep and used APA Hotel for the first time. It was spotlessly cleaned, efficiently designed with no waste, and thoughtfully detailed throughout—an ideal Hotel for business trips. The Onsen was also greatly appreciated; it helped me relax, improved my circulation, and I slept very well. I was also surprised that they clean the air conditioner filters every time. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

We had a very comfortable stay. The parking lot was full, but the staff responded promptly. The view from the window was great, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The service during check-in and throughout our stay was excellent.

The breakfast here is delicious, so I stay here every time I’m in Osaka. This time, they kindly stored my suitcase and refrigerated items before check-in, which was a big help. It’s a bit of a walk from JR Osaka Station, but if you head for Izumi no Hiroba in the underground mall, you’ll be fine. Considering the price, you can overlook the surrounding area around the Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, and there’s a nearby LIFE supermarket, which is convenient. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, so it’s best to bring your own.

This was my first trip to Hiroshima, and I stayed here. The Room was a traditional Japanese-style room, and some parts of the floor creaked, but it was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The clam miso soup at breakfast was especially good, and since each table gets a full pot, I enjoyed several refills. Having that miso soup after visiting Itsukushima Shrine in the morning was absolutely amazing! The luggage storage service was also very helpful for sightseeing on Miyajima, as they even came to the pier to pick it up. Thanks to that, it became a wonderful trip to remember. I would definitely like to stay again.

The front desk staff came from various countries, but everyone spoke excellent Japanese and was incredibly kind. The property was clean, and the Room was spacious. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here with my daughter and grandchild. My grandchild lives in Osaka, so we invited them to stay with us. Thank you for a wonderful night—we had such a great time chatting until late.

The Facility is new, and I was able to stay very comfortably. I had dinner at the Hotel’s buffet-style restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also offer an all-you-can-drink Plan, which I used as well. It’s a reasonably priced and highly recommended Plan. Although it’s a bit far from the station, tram stop, and downtown area, there are great okonomiyaki restaurants nearby. In fact, it was nice to be able to explore places that locals frequent.
