Not only was the Room wonderful, but the host was truly kind. Even though I contacted them just two days in advance to plan a surprise celebration for my companion, they prepared a message plate and even decorated the Room for us. I’d love to stay again.

I stay here repeatedly because I often have errands nearby, and once again I was very satisfied with my stay since I already know how convenient everything is. It’s a 2–3 minute walk to the streetcar stop (similar to a train station), and there is also shared-bike parking in front of the Hotel entrance, though the number of spaces is limited. I think this Accommodation is truly convenient for anyone staying long-term in Hiroshima City. All Rooms are twin Rooms with double beds, and the bathrooms are very spacious, so even larger guests should be able to relax comfortably. Depending on the Room, there may be a dedicated rack for hanging a road bike and an additional closet Room for storing large luggage. If I had to mention one thing: although there are vending machines, there is no complimentary water in the Room. Since it’s about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store or the nearest supermarket, it’s better to buy drinks in advance before checking in.

The top-floor Onsen features silky-smooth water, with ice pops served at night and probiotic drinks in the morning—thoughtful hospitality. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, with carefully selected ingredients in every dish; everything was delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The classic late-night soba is light yet flavorful, and I had no trouble finishing it even after dinner.

The station was close and convenient, and there were various shops nearby, which was great. There was also a large public bath, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity!

You can feel at ease with the consistent Route Inn meal standards. I think it is an excellent Business Hotel, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.

I booked without much research, but I was impressed by the drink service in front of the front desk, the ice cream after the bath, the late-night snack service, and how delicious the breakfast buffet was. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Osaka.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s conveniently located near the station, yet it was quiet, so I could relax. Best of all, the bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathtub was spacious. They also provided bath salts, so I was able to soak and unwind after a long day.

It was very convenient, as the Hotel is close to a streetcar stop and there are shopping streets and commercial facilities nearby. I really liked the bathroom with a washing area, and the bathtub was spacious. However, the underside of the drain cover was darkened, so I would appreciate it if this kind of detail could be cleaned without being overlooked. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable Room, and I would like to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Hiroshima.

I chose this Hotel mainly for its convenient location, and the front desk staff were courteous and the Room was clean, so I had a very pleasant stay. I would like to use it again when I have the chance. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay, and we were satisfied with everything—the staff’s hospitality, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the meals. Traveling with my elderly mother in the heat, we were able to take it easy and enjoy a relaxing stay at the Hotel. The Onsen also offered a soothing atmosphere, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to return again.

The sushi and champagne pairing was a wonderful first-time experience. The Room was spacious, and it was great that we could bathe 24 hours a day. I would like to stay in a different Room next time as well.

When I returned from shopping, a male staff member in the lobby kindly asked, “Shall I take your luggage to your Room first?” Thanks to that, I was able to relax and enjoy sweets and coffee at the café. He was an excellent staff member. As expected of Okura Hotel. I will be staying for another three-night Multiple Night Stay at the beginning of the year, so I look forward to seeing you again.

Trip to Hiroshima to See a DREAMS COME TRUE Concert I often visit Hiroshima for personal reasons, but I rarely stay overnight. This time, it was my first overnight stay in a while, and when choosing an Accommodation I looked for somewhere near Hiroshima Station and ended up at APA Hotel Hiroshima-Ekimae Ohashi. The location is excellent, making it perfect for sightseeing and events. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again next time.

I booked during the cold season and visited for the first time because I wanted to enjoy the Onsen. The open-air bath is surrounded by high walls, so you don’t really feel like it’s outdoors unless you look up—and it was cold, too. The Onsen warmed me up and left me feeling cozy to the core. I went in three times, and even at its busiest there were only about three people, so I could relax comfortably. It’s close to the station, and I enjoyed the nearby shopping street. It’s convenient for getting anywhere—easy access to Kyoto and Universal Studios Japan—and you can use many different train lines. I usually stay near Shin-Osaka, but next time I’d like to stay around this area instead.

The bathroom is separate, which helped me relax and recover from the fatigue of traveling. Overall, everything felt new and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The closet space is also quite spacious, so it was easy to organize my luggage.

We stayed here with our dog. It’s close to Miyajimaguchi, and to avoid the heat we took the ferry to Miyajima around 5:30 PM. The Itsukushima Shrine was truly impressive. Since our plan was No Meals Included, we got anago bento to-go from a nearby shop and ate it in our Room. We also appreciated the light complimentary breakfast. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, with no odors at all, and we couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms—so we had a very comfortable stay! We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I want to support you. I’d like to visit again after the renovation. I can really feel how hard the staff are working.

I stayed for one night because the all-inclusive lounge was very appealing. A wide variety of drinks and snacks. Since it was free, I expected it to be just okay—but I was completely wrong. Cream cheese with crackers. An assortment of ham. Salad. Nuts. Various cheeses. Chocolate. Snack foods. Everything is stylishly arranged and displayed. As soon as something starts running low, it’s quickly replenished. The drink selection is excellent as well. It’s a chic space that feels like a bar in Roppongi. Both Japanese guests and international visitors were having a great time together. I was very satisfied. Breakfast was delicious too. Thank you very much.
