Be captivated by the setting sun sinking into the horizon and the moon gently floating on the water's surface. Our cuisine is rooted in the traditional fisherman's dishes passed down in this region. Heading south from Odawara along Sagami Bay, you will encounter citrus orchards basking in the blessings of sparkling sunlight and dramatic cliffs. Enoura derives its name from "a picturesque coastline." Toyotomi Hideyoshi commissioned Sen no Rikyuu to construct a tea room here, and architect Bruno Taut admired it as "the Eastern Riviera." Enoura Retreat Rinmon, rooted in Enoura, aims to harness the land's blessings to rejuvenate the mind and body, aspiring to be a unique wellness resort.

This building was originally a village headman's house where ancestors lived since 1842 (Tenpo 13). Within the premises, there is a nagaya-mon gate, main house, rice storehouse, and garden that have been preserved for 200 years. The rice storehouse, designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property, was renovated in 2005 to start a French restaurant. The owner is the 8th generation here. With the desire to preserve it unchanged for the next 200 years and to offer a complete hospitality experience to our guests, we have built a property on the mountain behind.
