We had a wonderful two-day stay and were extremely satisfied with the impeccable hospitality of all the staff. The meals prepared by the Kyoto chef, both breakfast and dinner, were exceptionally delicious and left us deeply impressed. My wife, who is from Kansai, loved the morning white miso soup so much that she wanted seconds, so I shared mine with her. The unlimited rice and raw eggs were also greatly appreciated. The three of us are already talking about visiting again this summer!

This was my first time staying here, and honestly, it was outstanding. The moment I walked up the hill and stepped onto the villa grounds, I was captivated by the unique look of each building and the wonderfully refreshing views. Inside the villa, everything was spotless. A welcome drink was prepared, and the refrigerator was packed with an overflowing selection of complimentary beverages. I couldn’t help but say out loud, “This is amazing…” We also got to let our children experience farming activities—they were thrilled to harvest eggplants and green peppers. Feeding the chickens and hearing about how they’re raised was also a valuable experience. A couple of notes: there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so I recommend buying what you need in advance. Also, there generally isn’t a microwave in the Room, but when we called the management building and asked, they brought one over and set it up for us. We will definitely stay again! It was so good that I want it to become popular—but at the same time, part of me doesn’t want it to get too popular (lol).

The Room was clean and comfortable. Surprisingly, the frozen meals were delicious. There is also a convenience store next door, so you can stay without any inconvenience.

The Room size and Facility are very good. After check-in, you go to a separate building, so there is no contact with the staff at all. It seems to have been recently renovated, and there was a strong smell from building materials that made it hard to breathe.

I think this accommodation offers various enjoyable activities for families with children, as there are hot springs, a pool, a garden, and a restaurant nearby. This time, we stayed with our one-year-old child, and since we had a corner room with limited rooms available, we could stay comfortably without any worries. In the dining room, they provided a high chair for our child, and since it was our first stay, they guided us to the nearby hot springs. However, since we were with a toddler this time, we couldn't use Yakushi no Yu, so we plan to use it next time.

The Rooms and Facilities are well maintained. Dinner is luxurious, featuring cheese fondue and steak. The breakfast buffet is also plentiful. Check-in and check-out are handled by a machine, but staff will help if you have any questions, so there is no problem. The public bath gets full with about four people, so it may be better to use the bath in your Room. This is a compact and comfortable Hotel.

Perfect for exploring Sera Town. The interior design and landscaping were lovely, making the stay very comfortable. The breakfast box is highly recommended as it provides a satisfying start to the day, but warming up items purchased from roadside stations or other shops is also a great option. Both choices have their own charm!

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this Accommodation! The dinner portions were more than enough, there was an abundance of tableware, the number of amenities was comparable to a Business Hotel, and the open-air bath offered great privacy—everything was very satisfying. If I had to mention any drawbacks, they were limited to the Room we stayed in: the outlet closest to the bed didn’t work (so I couldn’t charge my phone by the pillow), and the PopIn Aladdin projection angle was slightly misaligned. However, it was comfortable enough to more than make up for those issues. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again. Facilities & Surroundings There are very few shared Facilities, and the overall layout is compact. There isn’t much to do within walking distance nearby, so it felt difficult to go out without a car. Room The Room isn’t especially spacious, but it has the basic essentials. It feels more like a vacation home than a Hotel, with a noticeable “home-like” atmosphere for better or worse. Some details also feel cost-conscious in design, which may come down to personal preference. Onsen There is only an open-air bath, but it was enough to enjoy during the stay. Service Rather than the polished service you might expect from typical Hotel staff, the operation felt relatively casual. If you’re expecting luxury-Hotel-level professionalism and hospitality, it may feel different from what you imagine. Dining The cuisine is French-inspired and makes good use of local ingredients; overall, everything was delicious. That said, in the latter courses it felt less about premium ingredients themselves and more about creatively finishing dishes with comparatively lower-cost items. Considering the restaurant on its own, my satisfaction level felt around JPY 20,000 per person. Overall Review While the dining was excellent, considering this as “staying as an overnight guest,” I felt the price was somewhat high when factoring in the Room and overall Facilities. On the other hand, if viewed more like usage rights or a membership-style Accommodation rather than a standard Hotel stay, your perspective may differ. Overall, this seems better suited for those who want to enjoy quiet surroundings along with dining and an Onsen experience than for those seeking a distinctly luxurious getaway or highly attentive service.

Stayed for one night on 2/23-24. The children were excited by the snowy scenery, which is different from Tokyo. The meals were delicious, and we could see fireworks from the Room, making it a wonderful memory. I couldn't use the large public bath because of my tattoo. There is also a bath in the Room, so it was not a problem. There was no razor among the amenities, so I took one from the large public bath. The futon was thin and uncomfortable for those who usually sleep in beds. The biggest issue was that many cars couldn't climb up the icy slope at the entrance of the parking lot even with snow tires; ours was one of them. If that area had been cleared of snow, there would have been no complaints. Since my children want to visit again, we will continue to use this place in the future.

The Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained! The bed was spacious, and the Room had plenty of space. I appreciated the free drinks available for an extended time with a variety of options. I would love to stay again.

I booked this Ryokan two days before my trip to Atami. It is located near Kinomiya Station, which is within walking distance from Atami. The location was excellent, especially being just a few minutes' walk to Kinomiya Shrine. The room was a typical Ryokan style, offering an authentic experience. Although the angle of the room was slightly awkward, I could still catch a glimpse of the sea. This Ryokan also has table tennis facilities, which provided some simple yet enjoyable entertainment. The onsen bath was small but gave a nice onsen experience. However, there were no facial cleansers available, which might be inconvenient for women. I added breakfast to my stay and enjoyed bread, bananas, boiled eggs, fruits, and drinks. While simple in variety, having breakfast at the Ryokan added to the travel atmosphere nicely.

The tent is equipped with a bed, refrigerator, and air conditioner, making it easy and enjoyable to go glamping. The kids especially loved it! The breakfast was incredibly delicious—highly recommended! The portions were large, and I wished I could take some home. There are shower rooms available, one for men and one for women, but you might have to wait at times. It's understandable though.

The views are beautiful, and the peaceful setting lets you enjoy a special getaway. There is also a sauna, and each Room has its own bathroom and toilet, so even large groups can stay comfortably with plenty of privacy. We tried the BBQ once, but it wasn’t quite what we expected. Since delivery is available, you may be fine without meals included. The butler’s service was excellent as well. For older guests, the beds may feel a bit too high.

We stayed as a couple with our dog. Our first visit was about 20 years ago, and this is our third time. Some aging of the facility is understandable. The best part is definitely being able to enjoy the Onsen in the room. The room is spacious and well-cleaned. We bought fresh seafood at a supermarket in Usami and enjoyed sashimi leisurely in the room. We’d love to come back again!

I was able to relax in a tatami Room on a futon. The Onsen temperature was just right for me. The Keroyon washbasin brought back memories of old-fashioned public baths. The Facility has a strong Showa-era feel, but it was well cleaned, and all the staff were courteous, so I had a very pleasant stay. The toilet and washroom are shared, so as long as that doesn’t bother you, I don’t think there will be any issues. Thank you very much for your kind assistance!
